    @JioCare Even multiple followup, my request has been closed without resolution. I am wondering how Jio is providing the services. I have to raise the request to close this connection because they are not bother about customer satisfaction.

    @Airtel_Presence 10 different times since yesterday thats what I got. Either your technician are not competent enough to assess the issue and provide correct time of fix or either not competent enough to fix it in mentioned time #pathetic will surely swith to @reliancejio fibernet next month.

    @reliancejio i switched to jio fiber recently. Advertised speed is 150mbps but mostly the 5g connection doesnt work. Disappointed. No customer service as well.

    @JioCare Funny system. I was given an appointment for 11 am but by 12 am also no one has visited. Do I keep waiting forever for your grace to make an appearance. Probably customer time has no relevance for jio team. Have been following up with your team for past four days noww
