    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained to Jio so many times, but still haven't checked upon my internet speed and it's been more than 2 years. Whenever I call customer care, the network becomes better, but after sometime, I face the same issue.

    @JioCare there’s some issue with my network people can’t reach to at once when they call it’s been happening since 2 days I get msgs saying I missed a call while I have full bar network even the internet service is slow however my main concern is for calls

    What is the actual problem with jio ? From last 3 years i am noticing it's network is worst than BSNL 3G And whenever i complain to their customer care they respond- Sir our tower installation in your area are in progress and y'w able to benefit 4G internet soon. @reliancejio
