    @JioCare I have already replied to your tweet on DM.. you people dont have that much time to get the resolution for the customer.. people are going to leave your network very soon,maybe then your network would be better for some of them..

    Ran a A/B test today. Broadband was down since yesterday afternoon. @JioCare registered the complaint and said it will be resolved in 24 hours. No followup or resolution happened. So called again to escalate. This time, in parallel put in a request for a new connection.

    @JioCare Switched to Jio hoping for better services. But here the situation far worse, very low network strength. Incoming/Outgoing both are highly affected. Even not able to reach customer support.
