    @_MukeshAmbani sir can you help me? I visited 2 different jio Store 3-4times for replace my sim,but both store not able to help me in this, your jiosupport also not able to send agent for sim replacement. I request you to please look into it and do the needful @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Esim got deleted while transferring to a new phone and could not be reissued due to some issue with E-KYC. I have asked Jio center for paper KYC but no response has been received till today. My number has stopped working since 21.10.2022. Please help.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare If you guys have any shame left then please fix the network issues in my region. I've been complaining since 2.5 years yet no action has been taken. And don't give excuse of no of users because you don't charge less when users are more!
