  @JioCare connection not working from 5 days and no solution. Useless customer support says no engineer available in the location. Jio works well, but when it doesn't, even Mr. Ambani would struggle to align an engineer.

  @dmmathura7512 sir please help here. @JioCare is cheating with their customers, they took the 3 month service fee in advance from me and it's been almost half month since the internet not working and they are not even fixing it. It's impacting my work and studies

  @JioCare In the last some seven days i have experienced the time & date change of #Jio server automatically more than twice. Is it know to you or no one reported so far?? It is serious concern and Jio should treat this as emergency. This may lead to any fraud or scam.

  @JioCare @JioCare, haven't got any resolution yet. Atleast the customer care team doesn't know why the subscription is not working. Why should we pay the full amount every month when we are not getting the services as promised???

  @JioCare How long we keep loosing matches like this? If few more series keep telecasting to DD Sports Jio won't take any action? This is #shame if I need buy other DTH if I need to watch IND vs WI cricket series. I belive, this issue is facing all jio fiber customers all over India.

  Dear jio fiber , What have we done wrong to get your ignorant behavior. I applied for cancelation of my fiber connection but nobody is responding after so many appointments. I want my refund because jio service is not available in my new vicinity. #JioFiber #jio @reliancejio
