    @JioCare As promised initially by your team installation will be done in 24 hours which was not done. Now please refund the amount as I don't need the service now. I have already taken the service from other provider. Don't want delays in the refund process.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio what is wrong with your internet connectivity? My wifi has been down since morning. Your helpline says highlight kar denge, makes us wait 15-20 minutes on a call, but does not arrange an engineer visit. Get this resolved ASAP!!! #Jio

    @JioCare my internt is nt working frm last 12 dats,1st Complaint logged on 12 april,So many appointment scheduled but evrytime engineer ubnable to rectify my issue, plz resolve my issue otherwise suggest me other better internet service provider. SR0000343DXX, SR00002KFVS8

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now the government is still silent and took zero action on these telecom companies. @JM_Scindia are you taking bribes from these companies if not then no strong action has been taken yet for poor coverage and neglecting complaints of people.

    @JioCare Do care to check CO0001RTUGM9 and CO0002DU6TUU The Access Point is full. Infrastructure planning problem. But they closing by saying "Incorrect Address" Why so much lethargy, incompetence & false flag closure instead of stating the right reason ? @RIL_Updates @reliancegroup

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Ported in on April 21 (ORN: NO00015DHHON) and paid ₹349. Delivery boy refused to deliver the SIM, and Customer Care is useless. ​My current SIM will stop working soon, leaving me with no service. Is this how @reliancejio treats new customer
