    From 2020 to 2023 Jan there's no service available in proper kolkata,I live in Kolkata 700004 but there's no jiofiber connection. Please take care of this issue and resolve ASAP cz lots of consumers are waiting to get your @reliancejio connection.@_MukeshAmbani @neetaambani3325

    @reliancejio @TRAI From 18 December I am facing issues with call drop no satisfactory answers provide from JIO support team SR number SR00001GCDLM. Today all out going call not connected. After taking yearly subscription issue facing.

    @reliancejio Hi, I had cancelled a trial plan for Jiofiber approximately a month ago. But still the refund is not initiated. I tried calling the customer care, there is no option to check the status of refund as the account is deactivated. Please suggest how to proceed.
