    @JioCare I am continuously getting interruptions with my jio fiber and so far the engineer visited twice and could resolve the issue and I dropped 2 emails last week and no reply from jio care. Are you guys still taking customer query or shut down ?

    @JioCare Repeated same responses every time. Issue still not resolved even after claimed engineer visit. Only asking for more time without action is not acceptable. Provide a clear resolution and timeline immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio

I have tweeted multiple times regarding this issue but no solution from your side, only 1-2 calls & several messages/replies. Our villagers are fed up with your services.

    @JioCare #TRAI Ongoing issue with JioAirFiber for 10–12 days. 30 Mbps plan but actual speed only 4–5 Mbps. Frequent buffering. Multiple complaints raised Severl email sent but no resolution. If not fixed immediately, will escalate to consumer forum. #JioAirFiber #PoorService
