There’s huge problem in network as I can’t use WhatsApp also. These problem arise at peak time between 7 PM- 10:30 PM. If something can be done by your side will be pleased. Meanwhile @reliancejio Tower is near to my home. Kindly update the no of user’s. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 @reliancejio

@JioCare I have given the details in DM. But the issue is pretty straightforward. As informed by your CS, Your STB customers are locked into STB plan, no way of going back except cancellation & re-booking. @TRAI, isn't this unfair trade practice. Operator did not show MITC while booking.
