From last 2 -3 years my @reliancejio jio network in my region is worst and whenever we call customer care agent they tell us this is temporary issue and we solve it and in hope we are connected with you...plz improve ur network experience

There’s huge problem in network as I can’t use WhatsApp also. These problem arise at peak time between 7 PM- 10:30 PM. If something can be done by your side will be pleased. Meanwhile @reliancejio Tower is near to my home. Kindly update the no of user’s. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 @reliancejio

@MukeshAmbanima you jio support team need educations. They are not willing to understand or resolve the issue rather they are good at reading scripts. Jio team failed to pickup device in 60days.I am punished for that. Need justice. @TheJusticeDept @JioCare
