    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I cannot use internet and uninterrupted calling at my location. As I have one or rarely two tower signals on my phone. So please solve this problem or I will have to switch to airtel network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup from last 15 days we were facing consistent network problem and persistent slow speed. Although we have complaint to 198 jio helpline number no necessary action still taken, after this frustrating and humiliated experience I just want myrefund

    @reliancejio data speed netwrok at my location is too slow. Cant access any web pages or any video So kindly provie a better data netwrok for your older jio customer for better experience. Kindly trace my location and provie a high speed data network in this area

    There’s huge problem in network as I can’t use WhatsApp also. These problem arise at peak time between 7 PM- 10:30 PM. If something can be done by your side will be pleased. Meanwhile @reliancejio Tower is near to my home. Kindly update the no of user’s. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Really its a very bad experience at this location. The network single bar is in very good postion but thr data spees it really disgusting. Cant access any web page or any video. So kindly provide a good data speed netwrk in my location wating for good response

    Looking for someone to install Wifi connection at my home in Ramna, Muzaffarpur. Someone who is more promising than @reliancejio @airtelindia who failed to extend their network to 200 metres in last 6 months.

    From last 2 -3 years my @reliancejio jio network in my region is worst and whenever we call customer care agent they tell us this is temporary issue and we solve it and in hope we are connected with you...plz improve ur network experience

    @JioCare Your service is very Poor.i will never Suggest to Anybody for #JioFiber . I have installed Airtelfiber and the service is too good Within 30 minutes Installation has been completed into my shop.This is the way of service.

    @JioCare Technician visited said issue cannot be resolved due to a tower problem. Advised me to cancel the connection instead of fixing it. Is this how you keep your customers? You tell customers to discontinue the service instead of resolving the issue? @_MukeshAmbani @TRAI
