    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare ******* network for ever.. I am residing near to International airport Cochin CIAL.. here I cant make a voice call also.. I tried to get your complaint cell to regester a complaint.. then your voice recorded lady told me to **** on 1 for your dads funaral band... fckng

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare has been providing the worst service & it is worse than worst when govt. electricity supply is disrupted (might be tower generator is working) & now the recharge has just expired & i got the idea of porting But w/o active plan, i am unable to send sms help me @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service. Complaint 17 Mar: engineer refused JioFiber repair, forced AirFiber with false same-day promise. No install done. Staff (Pramod) rude: “refund khud lo”. Cancel both & refund ₹807 + deposit in 48 hrs or escalating to TRAI/Consumer Court.

    @JioCare For the last 2 months, AirFiber speed has been below 1 Mbps. My parents have tried connecting multiple times, and I’ve contacted customer care repeatedly—no resolution. We’re just paying monthly bills for nothing. Extremely disappointed. #PoorService #AirFiber

    @JioCare When payment is due from our end, @reliancejio shamelessly starts reminders about 10 days prior n disconnects when bill payment is missed by a day. But no service for the last 3-4 days, zero accountability. Shameless @JioCare Worst service. No update yet.👎

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was in Singapore so couldn’t recharge as there was no signal. Now my number 8851347072 is showing as a choice number and charging 1500INR. It’s a genuine case—please help recover it as I ready to recharge otherwise I may disconnect other family numbers.
