I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

You regularly have network outages in my area. Your customer care's are equipped with what kind of devices. My ookla speed test shows 6 Mbps for 30 Mbps connection.

After multiple complaints, calls, incidents raised; not even a single representative has taken into consideration of visiting the vicinity and resolving. No escalations made whatsoever.

I tried contacting the local serviceman but he told to schedule a service first.
