    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare Pls share the number of the area division city level supervisors. This is not done. Every two days the network is down and we keep bearing with it. What quality of service is this??? @TimesNow

    @JioCare It’s been more than 10 hours our Jio Fibre connectivity is down. Do you really care . I tried your DM but fail to get reply . This shows you are hiding information and only in the front of public try to establish the image that you care . I don’t see your point. Of JIO CARE .

    @reliancejio @JioCare last night I requested to cancel eSIM request. I got the req No and executive said after 4hours it will be done but still no update. Pathetic customer support now they said it will take 24hrs.

    Other network's 3g services are faster than 5g services of @reliancejio Worst customer support, most expensive and lowest speed network. @jiocare

    @JioCare Internet has been down since yesterday. Last week internet was down for 3 days. This has now become a regular affair. Extremely disappointing service. Will need to start looking for other options.
