I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!
