I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

The technician said the wire comes from a long distance and isn’t covered by company policy, and put my request “On Hold”. But Jio provided this connection in September. How is this my fault? At times, the network signal even drops to 2G. This has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my ability to use mobile calls and internet services reliably.
