    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare I have tried reaching Jio atleast 50 times and they do not seem to care about having me as their customer. I have applied multiple times for new fiber connection since last 4 days and yet I've got any follow up from team.

    @JioCare @reliancejio why is that your team is not willing to commit to an exact refund amount OM RECORD post my jiofiber disconnection? Moreover, your customer support execs disconnect the call if pushed to answer these questions (happened thrice already). Sounds fishy!
