    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare Which team is working ? And no deadline ?? Is it a technical issue where sometime it is beyond your team while this is simple commercial issue created by your team so someone authorized has to understand process the refund ! What else is needed ?

    @JioCare I had enough with your DM's and customer service calls. No point in doing the same again. Also anyways I have applied for Airtel. So please initiate my refund process and cancel my request.
