I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

GK (@Khurana_Gaurav) reported@JioCare has hotstar replied to my issue ? They unprofessionally stripped my account of the benefits. I also escalated to @TRAI on the issue. With this type of #fraud and #cheating , no one would like to be a member of hotstar. It should be rightly renamed as Flopstar.
