    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    I had subscribed jio dhani card last month, at that time I had paid 299 fee. Now I have to pay his loan emi then they are pressurizing me to subscribe again and pay Rs 353 fee. If I do not subscribe,I will not be able to pay EMI and my civil will be bad,please solve it.@JioCare

    @JioCare worst network Provider, recently I have shifted to Esim for my new iPhone 12 , it started giving me trouble & again changed to physical sim, same network problems, please refund my 555/- which will come into effect on 10/30. I will port to other provider.

    Dear @reliancejio stop sending me reminder 5 days prior to my plan expiry date, Do you think mere paas paise pedh pe ugte hai? Have been a loyal customer since 3 years, and yes recharge tab hoga jab salary aayega Don't add more pain to life with constant notification

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber it's been almost 5 days still not got any resolution from jio team ,SR is getting closed without customer confirmation ,this is how you guys will provide service ,if the jio team is not able to resolve my issue please refund my amount.
