I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

He claims, the company doesn't provide ladder, its the consumer, who has to provide it. I asked to call his superior, he named, SONAL, and Sonal also told, we don't have any ladder. Pls let me know, should i go and buy a ladder first??? or your people, can fix the issue? @reliancejio @RIL_Updates

How come now there is a pole removal issue coming up ? The internet pack I have should provide 100 mbps speed. I'm not getting even 20 mbps speed
