    @eyya_ahmed @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare How much time your team more required? I already waiting to resolve the issue since 3 days and your customer service agent saying same words that engineer will come today but yet waiting for engineer in my place to resolve the issue
