    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio i took a connection of jio fibre and cancelled on 16th June. It's 12th July and no one has yet picked up the device. Despite following up regularly there is no update. This is a scam from you guys. You are not working properly. Fraud hai Jio.

    @JioCare When will be the relocation done, after 3 days till now no one has contacted me. My business is suffering a lot, do not behave like a local vendor behave like a MNC, Service must be your utmost priority. Please relocate my connection asap

    @JioCare Point is I had earlier received installation date of 10th July . And after raising complaints in customer Care I have been assigned 13th July . Why should I wait so long for installation while I was promised same day installation before making payment 🤔

    @reliancejio @DisneyPlusHS @karanjohar Sir, I have applied for a new postpaid jio fibre connection with an advance payment of Rs.3536 for the order no. NO0000M4WULG on 05.07.2022. but till now installation process has not been arranged. I have experienced a very bad customer service with zero responsibility.

    @reliancejio @JioCare its been 12 days and you haven't resolved my problem of relocation and cancellation. Your employees continuously cancel my request and after the cancellation request they are saying your relocation request is on.
