    @JioCare , this is the worst service I’ve dealt with. My STB request (SR000039RZK9) has been pending since June 29th. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.

    Someone called from @jio_fiber called and said 'will send someone and attend to your problem. Well nobody came. @reliancejio should I escalate to your seniors? Many of them live in our society and it is easy to reach...to start your CFO. Then there are others. NOBODY HAS COME... but the team has the audacity to say 'your problem is solved as of now'. Really? How am I tweeting? I am using my @Airtel_Presence hot spot. Reliance has a better social media team, and a poor ground team to fix problems.
