    @JioCare your customer care executive who is very difficult to reach just left the chat midway and ended it on his side. His name was Avinash T. I didn't expect jio to handle grievances like this

    @JioCare @JioCare What to do in the meantime? As there is no network coverage, it would be better to switch to other network providers. Worst service by Jio, really unexpected and disappointing. Kindly give me the resolution for my problem.

    @JioCare 2 days is fine, but the 4th day of bad service really pinches. There are no real humans in we can talk to. All the bots don't understand anything and there is no specific grievance action taken from the company side
