    @JioCare @reliancejio Due to shifting I hv applied for cancellation of Jio fiber and all the instruments and devices was collected by engg on 02/09/21 with account details and OTP as required but till date I hv not recieved Refund. Pls Help

    @reliancejio @JioCare HI, facing low internet data speed for last 15 days. One of the worst speeds of my jio experience since its beginning. I would like to hear your side of view and if possible recitify the issue otherwise I will have no option except switching to other network

    @JioCare Kindly help me out. I wanna relocate my jio fiber, but unable to get it done through my jio app, as it is saying that on new location service is not provided. While jio fiber is working next to my new house, I m relocating in the same area where I was earlier
