@JioCare Who needs this ? All i want is at least 3GB/day and unlimited calls ! And that is 20% expensive in case of jio ! So I don’t need your service! Not now and maybe not in future !

@reliancejio Stay home with 2g/3g speed with poor qos, push other competetor also a low quality service providers, this cheap company did the minimum recharge for sim card retaining atleast 125_inr, sometime it gives the 4g speed on that time we can use the web incase 5g🥵

Worst Network Speed From @reliancejio I Tried Contacting Their Custmer Care a lot of time but the custmer agents only makes us fool saying that area has heavy users even 2 signal bars are not found to be setteled .plz help if uh guys can. @JioCare @TRAI

@reliancejio On 13/03/12 I have opted for your Jio Fiber Service which I cancelled on 12/04/2021. After that in fact of my many calls, the engineer from your side has come on 24th May 2021with Service ID 301050365529. Now I have only been refunded ₹500/-@JioCare please look into the matter.

@JioCare I am trying to do an ownership transfer on my jio fiber. I want to change the name on the account to a different person and your customer care says that option is not available. Isnt this a very basic ask that should definitely be possible?

@JioCare My issue is still not resolved, as I have mentioned I had paid security deposit of ₹ 2500/-, for connection & your executive Mr Abdul knows I had taken to show it to members of the complex. I returned all devices in orig box. Still ₹750/- is balanced to be received.
