It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. Ridiculous!

Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.
