    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is broken since 1 week ,im calling customer care daily and also been talking to your executive dailya nd the problem is still not resolve. Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

    @JioCare I have been complaining for 9 days to transfer my jio fiber but no response was received, it is getting delayed everyday.Due to lack of relocation,Im facing a lot of trouble and it is happening and I went to my nearest Jio office and Im not getting any response from 3day

    @JioCare Appreciate the quick response. Hope this promptness can be seen in problem resolution. 48 hours seems to be very less time for Jio team. Take your time. Bitterly Disappointed with jio service.

    @JioCare worst service of jio fiber customer care ,I am facing issue that fiber not working since 3rd of May 10 am onwards but still there is no enginer visit done ,and also your customer care make a fool of customer... I am not recommended to anyone using jio fiber ...

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    @HathwayBrdband @TRAI @JioCare Hathway is creating nusinance and mental harrasement by doing regular span marketing calls & messages on our personal DND numbers. Already mailed and informed many times to Hathway care but seems they are stupid peoples who don't want to listen.

    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    My online exam was today and @JioCare @reliancejio left me stranded with a connectivity outage right when I needed it most. Service Request SR000038B235 logged hours ago, still no engineer support despite repeated escalations. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

    @jiocare I am writing to escalate the unresolved service request (SR No. SR000037ZE4V) that was raised on 09 Jun 2026. It has now been several days, and no technician has visited or contacted me regarding this issue. If JIO has little ampathy towards customer please respond

    @JioCare The issue is still unresolved. Your staff is aware of the outage, yet no action is being taken and I am being asked to wait until Monday. This is unacceptable. My work is affected while billing continues. Need immediate restoration, not excuses.
