@JioCare I ordered jio fiber at my place in dehradun . Order number NO0000FLEOFF . It has been 2 weeks still no connection setup. Everyday team comes and says not possible. The person who booked is not returning calls. Jio customer care ia useless I want my refund. Please!

@JioCare Your team finally came today after 15 days of complaining. They found the fibre broken at the pole on the main road and corrected it. Could have been done long back if somebody had responded right away. Will appreciate an extension of my plan by the number of days it was down.

@JioCare How much more time does JioFiber needs to rectify a simple issue? Have been without a landline for the last 11 days! You expect patience from a customer but have no solutions for the problem faced by him/her. Take some corrective actions. Hold your assigned team accoutable too.

I haven't seen any operator worst then @JioCare @reliancejio they can't resolve my simple issue of calls it keeps saying no you are trying to reach is switched off/not reachable despite having full network in 3 months and they keep saying we are working on it. Useless CC.
