Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.
