    @reliancejio Hello Jio! I booked and paid for my Jio fibre connection on Monday and was told that it will be installed on the same day or next day! Nothing happened! Now, your executive is not even taking the call nor responding to messages. Is this your new customer policy?

    @JioCare The reason why your jio fiber will not grow specially in Dehradun is because of your employees who are rude and slacking. They took my money 1 week ago and still have not installed the fiber connection. All employees and managers and the engineers are rude.

    Worst service by @JioCare i have subscribed to jio fibre recently in dehradun but after making payment no one is responding about installation process. This is very bad start for me .. i think i hv made bad decision. #JioFiber

Since then whatever problem i face i contact here first Its evening ryt nw ., if it was morning i might contact the head here

    @JioCare @reliancejio Refer my direct messages and replies to Mr Abhijit and Mr Tanmay over the past 3 days. No action taken by any agency to rectify my reported faults in JioFiber. This is not Reliance culture! Do I have to raise the issue to Mr Mukesh Ambani?

    @JioCare How much more time does JioFiber needs to rectify a simple issue? Have been without a landline for the last 11 days! You expect patience from a customer but have no solutions for the problem faced by him/her. Take some corrective actions. Hold your assigned team accoutable too.

    @JioCare Ok but tough to seen phased covering time was too slow and its impect other authority will cover that range faster .... and once services are started then came in same areas .. right now our area is best suitable area but no service is here ...
