    @JioCare @fiber_jio Jio fiber is down since one day. Ticket is logged but no one came till now to fix it. Just checked with customer care as per them ticket is still not assigned. Does it take 24 hours to assign ticket.

    @JioCare firstly in 70 days you didn't resolve my issue now 20 days of complaining 3times no one comes to pick my jio box for connection closing how pathetic your service is i think your jio fiber team is collapsed in dehradun.

    It's very easy to commit ... Commitment which may not be fulfilled yes .. @JioCare @reliancejio .. you have been like a red wine bottle which I have bought but unfortunately cork got broken and now it's inside the bottle .. Before installation service 0/10..

    @JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

    @JioCare Such a shame jio team...it's been 6 days now and you are still saying allow us some time.....how much more time do you want to resolve the issue. I have not seen so irresponsible behaviour from such a big brand. Shame on you.......

    @JioCare We have been requesting and following up with Reliance Jio Fiber Team for providing services since July 2020, but there is No Single Response from any one officials. May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

    Over 1 YEAR of garbage network in my area and zero accountability. Calls don’t connect, internet crawls, and yet the bills come right on time. @JioCare this isn’t a telecom service, it’s daylight robbery.     @NezamiEr @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing the same issue—completely wasting our time with fake schedules. No one shows up, no calls, nothing. It’s been 4 days now, and I’ve already paid for a yearly plan. If this continues, I’ll switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service. Since yesterday, I’ve had no 5G connectivity, and 4G is barely working. It was completely down from 6 PM to 10 PM yesterday and is still unusable today. My work is suffering as I can't even load basic pages. Please resolve this urgently!

    @JioCare @JioCare I m not satisfied with your respond , as my account is valid for next month ..? Then why did you ask for again base plan for just getting the network signal ..?? I don’t want to accept or dial the call while roaming , I just want to keep active my phone in network to receive SMS . Hope it’s free of service , if we have enough validity on our account .

    @Airtel_Presence What the hell is happening had raised a complaint for connectivity issue escalation team had called saying the issue was escalated for billing and international roam and also no mention of manager misbehaving also no one has called me for network issue time to move to @JioCare

    @JioCare Hey, it’s been 17 hours since I raised request here and 48 hours since I actually raised a service request in myjio app. Still the resolution status shows “Assigning an engineer”. How long should one wait ???

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio Airtel is the only good option. Jio has a problem with internet quality as well as customer service.
