  @JioCare How does the feedback work if there is absolutely no change on ground? Inappropriate communication and gaslighting with incorrect information on mails is not accepted even if there was a huge technological failure. It is a #trust #deficit issue now. Avoid @reliancejio in #Mumbai!

  Dear @JioCare, My JioAirFiber internet has been down for the last 7–8 days due to a wire issue. I have called customer support multiple times, but no engineer has visited. My service request SR00003C2OIX was cancelled without my consent, even though the issue is still unresolved. Please arrange an urgent engineer visit and restore my connection as soon as possible. #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare No call or even a missed call was received from @JioCare. Please stop making false claims. Call the alternate number I shared via DM. I no longer want another engineer visit or repeated assurances that are never fulfilled. Cancel my order and refund my payment ASAP. @reliancejio
