@airtelindia @JioCare And while Airtel Team sleeps with a frustated customer awaiting help, Jio team has contacted me for porting nd after 10 yr of being an Airtel customer, I leave disgusted, having to put up with such bad service. #Airtel #airtelcares #airtelthanks. @JioCare My friend's building is just 2 houses away. Surprisingly, I was told it is not possible and suggested me to close my connection. Is this really Jio saying this? I have initiated closure of my service as I am left with no choice.

@JioCare my landline number for Jiofiber is 2613561195 and Internet is not working since 4 days - on repeated complaints just getting reply that issue will get resolved in 24 hrs but not happening. No engineer has visited our place and just getting fake promises. Im fed up of Jio
