@JioCare Refer to the request ID: SR000012XM0K, I am unable to login to partner apps like sony liv and the network speed is slow. I received a message that the issue has been resolved but it is not so. Helpline person says that site visit is not possible and closed the complaint.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI please resolve my issue ASAP. There is extremely poor network coverage in my area for the past few months. I have already complaint about that but still it is unresolved. I am unable to access internet and terribly frustrated by your services. 🙏
