@JioCare It is more than 24 hours that the JioFiber connection for the area is down. This is unthinkable and unacceptable. Unfortunately we have paid for 6 months or I would have discontinued your service. Feels like I am dealing with MTNL.

@JioCare very poor service support. Broadband down for last 3 days. No response on multiple complaints also. Service engineers haven't called even once in last 3 days. Customer care resources are such a waste of time and they are helpless. Had just put my call on hold for 30 min
