    @JioCare I have rescheduled it almost 5 times . The problem is that we don't get the engineers number and they reschedule it everytime

    @JioCare Provide the contact number of engineer. Why Jio is not able to adhere to timelines given to customer when visit for Kyc. Do not try to give lucrative timeline when can't fullfill. In delhi within same day installation kyc all done. Here unnecessary taking. Will complaint higher.

    My jio fibre connection has been down for the past three days. I keep receiving massage stating that it will be fixed by a specific time ,but it never actually get resolved. The jio service is actually terrible. @JioCare @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY

    @JioCare @reliancejio Most worst service I had ever faced Worse than Airtel After 8 days suffering now jio says your installation of Jio fibre is on hold and someone will initiate refund (don't know who) Local Man Kedar Rabari 9213018402 and his Idiot Boss Ansari 8780444461

    @JioCare Jio Fiber down for last full week. No sign of fixing it or resolution so far. Support engineer visits is scheduled after a week now. Reschedule option page is broken

    @JioCare This level of service is extremely disappointing. My office work and daily activities are badly affected because of this continuous outage. Customers deserve better support and timely resolution.

    @jiobroadbandchd @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Facing regular internet disconnection issues for the last 3 years, yet no permanent resolution has been provided. Customer support has been of no help, and even after multiple engineer visits. #JioFiber #Poor
