  @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 10 days with no internet. SR00002MX9M0 (27 Jul) was closed without resolution, and SR00003D6SY5 (4 Aug) is still pending. No engineer has visited despite repeated rescheduling. Resolve this today, or I'll disconnect the service. #PoorService

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have complaint many times on 198 regarding the internet issue I am facing, and the issue has not been resolved even after that. If I'm not getting any proper resolution on this I believe it's time to change the network provider.
