    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Mam, I have also faced similar isssue. We are paying the price of Free Advantges. When Jio was introduced 2016 everything is free and most of people get PORT into JIO from exisiting service provider. Now there is no competitor of JIO, only Airtel and their service same

    Jio has to be the most pathetic Internet service provider I have dealt with in 20 years of my usage. They keep automatically holding engineer visits and need you to reschedule via the app. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    Took JioFiber for the first time and already regretting it within less than a week. I was promised a 4-hour resolution, but it has now been 24+ hours with no proper accountability or support. Very disappointing experience. Regretting to opt jio. Worst service. @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @FibreJio @JioCare blinking red continuously and for the same I approached many a times to customer care to resolve the issue and even after seven days issue has not been resolved and only assurance has been given that it is a temporary issue and will resolve after two hours.
