Ajay Nagotha (@Ajay_Nagotha) reported@JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber. As a 100 Mbps subscriber, I'm getting only 10–20 Mbps every day for the last 10–12 days. Daily complaints get the same response: "outage" and a new timeline, but no actual fix. Paying for 100 Mbps regularly.

Saksham Mehra (@Sakshammehraa) reported@JioCare Complaint raised at 16:00. Got SMS for technician visit 21:00–22:00 (SR000038EUSD). Technician called repeatedly at 17:00, said he’d come in 30 mins, then blocked my number. Customer care promised resolution by 21:00. No visit, no fix, now rescheduled. Very poor service.
