    clients, this problem caused me a lot of inconvenience and damaged my finance. I can't make an emergency call which made me very frustrated. I don't know how long I'll survive with Jio but this is killing me slowly @reliancejio will be responsible for anything that happens (3/4)

    @JioCare the most horrible customer care support. You guys chase us to buy your connection, and now it’s been over a week and no one is coming to set up. Obviously because money has been paid. Excuses after excuses. I need this resolved asap ! Who should I connect with ??

    @JioCare All residents with approx 50 fiber connections in our society are fed-up,tired and helpless with frequent breakdowns and slow speed,as I told Mr Malhotra,they wish to migrate to Tata play fiber, service is getting bad to worse

    @JioCare This not problem of corner of building or specific part of house. The fact is that you do not provide proper network in the area. Your signal is very week. You do not spend money on improving service.

    @JioCare My jio number is not able to make or receive any calls from the last few days. I've contacted you Saturday but have not received any update yet. How much longer would you think this would take? Have you even started working on the issue?

    Still how long it will take to MNP @ViCustomerCare it's been 3days over not yet my MNP completed and request of MNP was confirmed by my present network operator @JioCare already kindly let me know

    @JioCare I ordered Jio fibre connection on dt.10.04.2023 having order no NO0000P7JHG6. But no one is responding to connect.I have urgent.I got worse service from jio.@reliancejio @jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare 6) In this era when service providers are processing refund within minutes or instantly. Why does it take 21 days for 1 refund. How is this good in any kind of development. Still waiting for a resolution.
