    @JioCare’s support is broken. Aftr keeping my paid AirFiber disconnected for days over a 5km shift, their team called asking me wait until Aug 30. Wn I clarified I won't be available post-25, they went silent. Cmplt the relocation bfr 25 or process my REFUND. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service. Despite a long-running billing dispute, your representatives are giving contradictory information. I’ve now requested disconnection. This is not how a old customer should be treated. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio m extremely frustrated wth the net issues that keep happening every month. Despite repeatedly contacting Jio Customer Care, thy dont even raise a complaint whn we request one. Instead, we keep hearing the same excuses-our teamis working on it,it will be resolved,etc

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare @AkashAmbani My Jio Internet is not working since 18 Aug in Naroda, Ahmedabad. SR: SR00003EEY5D. Engineer visited on 20 Aug but put SR on hold without resolution. Still no support. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently. I don't recommend Jio.
