  @JioCare st 30 days is not justified when your own system clearly shows otherwise. I also request Jio to investigate why this recurring outage is happening every month and provide a permanent solution, rather than asking customers to repeatedly bear with the disruption.

  I sent an SMS from my wife's @airtelindia number to my @reliancejio number and it's not being delivered. Issue only with specific content. Just any other test messages getting delivered. Tried sending same msg jio to Airtel and it worked. So is jio filtering messages sent to me..

  Idk but why Jio is having the worst support for their fiber services. For the past 1 week my broadband connection is not working and the service request is getting delayed everyday for no reason. Idk if this is only happening to me or other people too. @reliancejio @JioCare
