    @reliancejio pathic services,I have converted my no. jio postpaid to prepaid. customer centre guys are so pathetic they dnt even know how to pay the pending bill for a previos postpaid account.

    @reliancejio are you seriously trying to setup 5G systems or renaming 4G as 5G and giving it to public. I am getting 3G speed in 4G internet service on 5G mobile and tower is just 500 metre from my house. Please do something in local area. Address- Jamuniya, Shahganj, Jaunpur,Up

    @JioCare I got in touch with your executive via DM regarding poor network during night & morning times. But, completely dissatisfied as he's blaming others that they're using network with me simultaneously. If this is the reason, why don't you charge recharge amount from them?😡
