@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at our present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

@JioCare I am facing signal fluctuation since I have converted my physical sim to eSim. Sometimes signal strength goes to lowest for hours. I can't even do online meeting properly.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am trying to purchase a new sim card for myself. I chose 2399 yearly plan. The customer care executive says 99 rupees prime membership is compulsory? Why not give me an option to choose? Why i is mandatory to buy prime membership?

With reference to service request no SR000014JBEC. dtd July6 at 12: 22pm for non availability of internet services. Till date our complaint has not been resolved. We were assured that it will be resolved in 24hrs but its still pending. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio @JioCare

2/2 THEY SUSPEND MY CONNECTION. HOW SHAMEFULL , NOW WHEN I ASK TO SHARE MY TOTAL BILL AS ON DATE I WANTED TO PORT TO @JioCare CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ASK ME TO PAY ₹240/-+₹230/- = TOTAL 470 - and MY CONNECTION HAS BEEN RESTORED, BUT IM UNABLE TO PORT.
