@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at our present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

It has been a year now , still no network coverage inside home at Aryan One Badlapur Maharashtra .To call anyone we need to go near window beacuse inside home there is no network present at all. Around 500 airtel users facing the issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

@JioCare Ok now the issue has been resolved. But it took 3 days waiting period. I hope and request that in future make sure these issues don't take more than one day to resolve. Bad service is the reason why customers are migrating to other networks from Jio.

@reliancejio your service is very poor. Now it has turned from Jio to Marro. I am from Faridabad and facing extreme problem from last one week. Instead of calls I am only receiving missed call Alert messages that people tried to call me. Please fix it at earliest.
