    @JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at our present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

    @jiocare @reliancejio #IshaAmbani, #AkashAmbani 9 days that i have requested to collect Jio eqpt from my place after service termination. Do you think i keep paying rent of vacated premise for Jio engg to come and collect. BTW there are 3 jio enggs in my society all the time

    Hey @JioCare , I am currently in the USA. My jio sim doesn’t seems to work here at all. I have seen in your website that it has partnered with AT & T here. But it says it has no service on my mobile. What should I do? @reliancejio
