Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.
