    @JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at our present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

    Even the worst part is that you guys don't bother to satisfy the consumer . ITS MY PERSONAL REQUEST BURN YOUR MONEY BUT DONT GO WITH JIO. This my final warning next time I am taking Legal Actions against jio (3/3) @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare If OTB required, then you should install OTB first & then install my Jio Fiber & not cancel the application. And to give you an update, OTB has already been Installed. Now provide a Jio connection ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence Frequent disconnect n lowest speed in today’s day also u provide 16 mbps where as other provider like @reliancejio gives 100 mbps , stop showing adds which u cannot fulfil it . And stop duping customers . Worst network provider .

    @JioCare Still isn't resolved. Was told issue is with cabling and will br resolved in 2 days. 8 days of no net connectivity in entire building. Would you please refund my 6 month subscription fees paid and also my deposit.

    @JioCare It is the slow internet speed problem. Same issue at same address i have mentioned earlier but no resolution just assurance and it is with every application and website. Using sim in note 10+ nd Samsung said its the issue of network provider.

    @reliancejio The issue is of more than couple of months and you guus are unable to refund my security deposit why? I have changed from postpaid to prepaid from more than 3 months and you guys are not refunding my security deposit
