@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at my present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

It has been a year now , still no network coverage inside home at Aryan One Badlapur Maharashtra .To call anyone we need to go near window beacuse inside home there is no network present at all. Around 500 airtel users facing the issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

@JioCare I’ve been contacting customer support for the past 3 days regularly because I don’t have a stable connection and am being promised an engineer visit at the end of every call which does not happen.Tried asking for a supervisor but no one is able to connect one to me. Help

@reliancejio In making your life prosperous, we are being cheated by the Jio Mobile App. My data of 2gb was consumed overnight when I opted to chat to complain about this incident, bluntly it ended in between. First you guys steal data and then you ignore a complaint against it.
