@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at our present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

@JioCare The network problem is so bad here, many times a day the network goes away and the tower gets shut down repeatedly, many times there is also a problem in hearing the call.Sometimes the network is fine, sometimes it is bad

@JioCare What's wrong with your network? No one is able to reach me!! I am not receiving OTPs for online transactions!!! Wake-up before we decide to port. While it's easy to reach top, it takes lot of effort to stay there!!! Hoping to get better network

@reliancejio @JioCare I brought Jio fiber, during installation they cut wire my BSNL landline, they said will fix it up, since march 27th, I am chasing dat guy, not responding, nor sales person, my landline is dead.. pathetic service , can sum one helps.
