How do we use the 'Arogya Setu' App without Internet. No jio internet speed here at my location where the tower is at 3-4 km distance.I called to JioCare & they r saying this issue resolved in 3-4 hrs.We r wasting money for jio recharges. #NojioSpeed @JioCare @TRAI @PMOIndia

@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at my present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

It has been a year now , still no network coverage inside home at Aryan One Badlapur Maharashtra .To call anyone we need to go near window beacuse inside home there is no network present at all. Around 500 airtel users facing the issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

@JioCare Thanks for already wasting my month calling jio customer care and writing emails, this is the worst service I have ever seen no action on employees who are doing fraud and customers are suffering because of them, and cherry on the cake is that Jio can't take action on them.

@JioCare You fix appointment today @ 11.30, but till now no engineer called me or came to fix the problem, every 2 months y u loot ur customer hard earned money, u wont give waiver too, I paid and sitting without net for few days every month

@JioCare 13th March the payment has been made and the ticket was supposed to be resolved by 14th March and today being 25th March it still lies in open state without any update. If there is any challenge in providing the service refund my amount Ill go for some other service-provider 😔

@reliancejio @JioCare JIO network stability issue is causing problems for making calls, most of the time it says unreachable/switch off even though phone will be ON. This is happening since 2-3 weeks, hoping Ambani sahab is using JIO simcard and not facing same issues..
