@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at my present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

How do we use the 'Arogya Setu' App without Internet. No jio internet speed here at my location where the tower is at 3-4 km distance.I called to JioCare & they r saying this issue resolved in 3-4 hrs.We r wasting money for jio recharges. #NojioSpeed @JioCare @TRAI @PMOIndia

It has been a year now , still no network coverage inside home at Aryan One Badlapur Maharashtra .To call anyone we need to go near window beacuse inside home there is no network present at all. Around 500 airtel users facing the issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

I tried calling @airtelindia customer service and @airtelindia fibre team at sangli. No response from customer care(!). Also, from sangli team, no one is answering to my calls. Simple solution- If you are willing to buy fibre, please go with @reliancejio fibre.

@reliancejio Jio fibre needs to improve there service as there technicians do not bother to visit customers complaints. If this is the service they provide than they will not survive more and we customer will discotinue there connection due to poor service.

@JioCare There was a call from Vignesh of 'HCMS Velachery JC-15' saying that he has received a call(?) from 'National HQ regarding a complaint. Brilliant. If this is the speed at which the National HQ,to customer complaint,No wonder the last mile stinks.....
