@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at our present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare When you charge the full amount for your service, give service in the same way. After giving the internet speed a little faster for a few days, then in the name of 4G the speed has been increased to 2G. Why you guys not ashamed?

In the morning I called @ViCustomerCare but the call was not attended. So, being frustated I opted for a port to @reliancejio . After raising the port request the network and data has improved from 3G, H+ to Volte, 4G. I mean, Wow!
