    @JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at my present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

    It has been a year now , still no network coverage inside home at Aryan One Badlapur Maharashtra .To call anyone we need to go near window beacuse inside home there is no network present at all. Around 500 airtel users facing the issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    How do we use the 'Arogya Setu' App without Internet. No jio internet speed here at my location where the tower is at 3-4 km distance.I called to JioCare & they r saying this issue resolved in 3-4 hrs.We r wasting money for jio recharges. #NojioSpeed @JioCare @TRAI @PMOIndia

    @JioCare I have raised a request for cancellation of my new jiofibre connection which is not possible as per the technician. It's been more then 2 weeks and still it is not cancelled and I have not received refund yet. Customer service are giving false hopes. Need refund asap.

    @JioCare I already had an active JioFiber connection and was told my existing balance would be transferred when upgrading to JioHome. Instead, a new Service ID, new fiber connection, and new set-top box were installed, and my previous balance was not transferred. Please help

    @JioCare My service request is kept on hold from 2 days where I’m unable to call technician. When I called customer service they don’t have answer nor timeline by when it will be resolved. Truly disappointing and worst experience.

    @reliancejio I have not received any complaint number, SMS, or email update. This level of service is unacceptable. Three days without internet is causing serious inconvenience. Please provide an immediate resolution and a valid complaint/ticket number.

    @reliancejio Today morning, your executive assured me that the service would be restored within 4 hours, but it is still not working. When I called again at 3 PM, I was told the issue had already been resolved, which is clearly not true.

    @JioCare Hey, I'm having trouble booking IRCTC Tatkal tickets and keep getting a "client IP error" even though I'm using Jio AirFiber. Do you think it's because of my public IP address, and that's why I can't book tickets? Please help me to fix this.
