    @JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at our present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

    @JioCare I am still waiting for that call. And stop asking me the same questions again and again. Everytime a new agent is messaging me and asking the same thing again, when I have already sent you an email with the issue description and the call recording.
