    @reliancejio providing excellent customer support facility. Their customer associate pick instantly and even they call back in call drops. They provide correct information. Unfortunately I didn't got rating SMS to mark excellent for complaint id SR00000XCFIH. @JioCare

    @JioCare sir, at that time I am stay in Marayoor, kerala.I want to raise your concern for low internet speed. Mostly people using Jio here.if the network remain same we forced to change our sim. .So,My request you to facilitate with good speed internet.

    @JioCare I already use myjio app for making the jio wifi connection payment. I choose the right option and right connection to make the payment, but still you guys are blaming me for your app issue.

    Joker of the broadband services @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has mastered the art of making customers feel invisible. Fast enough to collect monthly payments, impossible to reach when something breaks. Endless bots, no accountability, no human support. Customer service shouldn't be a treasure hunt.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Only 1 week since installation and Jio AirFiber is already unusable due to lagging connectivity and poor speeds. SR No: SR000037RKB9 Need an immediate switch to JioFiber. Kindly take urgent action. #jio #airfiber

    Dear @JioCare jb 5G network dena nhi hai toh unlimited wala recharge kyu karvaate ho?? It's been 3-4 months that there is no 5G network in my area. Literally, need to switch to some other network.

    @JioCare Came to Rourkela,Odisha from Chicago a month ago,and the internet hasn't worked properly 4-5 times since.Not only that, but raising a service ticket isn't helping,nor do service engineers call or resolve the issue. What's going on? Who is the area in charge? SR000037RJN5
