Then we got message that engineer couldn’t locate premises. Totally false, I am waiting for engineer, he didn’t call. Sorry bad service as well as false reason.

My JioFiber has been down since today, and despite scheduling a home visit, your engineer is not answering calls and no one has arrived. Customers shouldn’t have to chase support for basic service. Resolve this ASAP.
