    @JioCare sir, at that time I am stay in Marayoor, kerala.I want to raise your concern for low internet speed. Mostly people using Jio here.if the network remain same we forced to change our sim. .So,My request you to facilitate with good speed internet.

    @reliancejio providing excellent customer support facility. Their customer associate pick instantly and even they call back in call drops. They provide correct information. Unfortunately I didn't got rating SMS to mark excellent for complaint id SR00000XCFIH. @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare, Facing an issue with my JioFiber connection since this morning. The troubleshooting tool shows everything is working fine, but the internet is not available. I'm also unable to reach a customer care agent for assistance. Please look into this issue.

    Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've had has been with jiofiber. It's been over 4 days since I've had my fiber connection disrupted and so far they've done nothing. No Engineer visit. No response to emails sent. +Scummy practices.... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.

    This is my final message—if this isn't resolved immediately, I will disconnect Airtel and switch to JioFiber. Extremely disappointed with the service. @JioCare

    @JioCare How can you confirm that the issue was resolved. Are you saying that I am making false accusations to your company. Nobody ever tried to contact me regarding my complaint. Even after complaining again & again.
