    @reliancejio providing excellent customer support facility. Their customer associate pick instantly and even they call back in call drops. They provide correct information. Unfortunately I didn't got rating SMS to mark excellent for complaint id SR00000XCFIH. @JioCare

    @JioCare sir, at that time I am stay in Marayoor, kerala.I want to raise your concern for low internet speed. Mostly people using Jio here.if the network remain same we forced to change our sim. .So,My request you to facilitate with good speed internet.

    @JioCare seems like you don’t really care to answer customer. There is no official info about faulty power adapter replacement for WiFi router. Strangely service person asking to pay ₹399 to personal account no receipt & product without any packaging @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare My main concern is 4G, 5G and calling connectivity. AirFiber is secondary because I rely on my mobile outside home. I've shared all details in DM. The Appellate Desk said a state level complaint would be raised, but no SR appears in the app. It's been a week no update.

    @JioCare Hi Shrikant, I got a call from Jio Customer Support last night. I was told requested to ignore the re-verification messages and that the number would get deactivated automatically after 45- Days. Please make sure the emails and SMSs stop after July 2026.

    @JioCare iam facing worst network in my area no signal since night . If it rains signal will be gone & i live in tier 2 district head quarters. This is the poor service of jio. Not this time every time if it is raining signal is gone even i can't access 4G

    @JioCare @reliancejio Installation tech Dheeraj (8091436621) took the OTP without verifying the connection worked, and eKYC exec Suraj Singh (9317474072) rushed the activation. I’ve been raising SRs via MyJio Diagnostics and calling support for 4 days with ZERO help.

    @JioCare Order Reference Number NO0001EQ25PQ. Home delivery of sim not happening. The concerned person not lifting call even after several attempts. Called their office, again no response.If initial response is itself so pathetic,what will you support going further?Unprofessional
