    @reliancejio providing excellent customer support facility. Their customer associate pick instantly and even they call back in call drops. They provide correct information. Unfortunately I didn't got rating SMS to mark excellent for complaint id SR00000XCFIH. @JioCare

    @JioCare sir, at that time I am stay in Marayoor, kerala.I want to raise your concern for low internet speed. Mostly people using Jio here.if the network remain same we forced to change our sim. .So,My request you to facilitate with good speed internet.

    Been more than 24 hours since #JioFiber is down.... @JioCare is Fooling Customers By Saying It Would Be Up In Few Hours.. Is this why we pay prepaid amount for services not working? Our entire work is stuck

    @JioCare @reliancejio for Jio Fiber uninstallation request CO0000LYOSVV, refund has not been processed after 30days also. Customer Care not giving any resolution except rude attitude. Pls do need full at the earliest. For detail, call at registered mobile no. #JioFiber
