    @JioCare sir, at that time I am stay in Marayoor, kerala.I want to raise your concern for low internet speed. Mostly people using Jio here.if the network remain same we forced to change our sim. .So,My request you to facilitate with good speed internet.

    @reliancejio providing excellent customer support facility. Their customer associate pick instantly and even they call back in call drops. They provide correct information. Unfortunately I didn't got rating SMS to mark excellent for complaint id SR00000XCFIH. @JioCare

    Now u r not going to solve my issue till the time the bill due got settled, I know ur modusoperandi, the way u r treating me. Even not a single call from @JioCare to address my concern, TAT to resolve,That's i wish to disconnect, anyway ur @jiofiber is not working..and of no use.

    @JioCare Your update is incorrect. I have checked my bank statement, and the refund for Service Request SR00003BK8E9 has NOT been credited to my account yet. Since you claim the refund is successful, please immediately provide the following transaction proofs so I can verify it.

    @JioCare my jio air fiber is out of service for last 24 hours, and top of that your technical team closes service request without any visit to onsite and without any resolution. However issue persists. Unethical way of doing business.
