    @JioCare sir, at that time I am stay in Marayoor, kerala.I want to raise your concern for low internet speed. Mostly people using Jio here.if the network remain same we forced to change our sim. .So,My request you to facilitate with good speed internet.

    @reliancejio providing excellent customer support facility. Their customer associate pick instantly and even they call back in call drops. They provide correct information. Unfortunately I didn't got rating SMS to mark excellent for complaint id SR00000XCFIH. @JioCare

    Even after multiple follow-ups and escalations, my JioFiber installation has still not been scheduled. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I no longer wish to continue with such a pathetic customer experience. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Uninstalled my @JioMart app after a 2-month-long ordeal. I must be among millions that chucked their relationship with what is definitely The World's Worst e-commerce platform. Will not be renewing my @reliancejio mobile connection, too. Jio, in my dictionary, is a ***** Word!

    @JioCare Shared all the details in DM 3 days ago and still no fix. Just keep getting “backend will check and update” with zero progress. Almost 50 days now, bills keep generating but no vouchers for the money I paid. Need my refund ASAP. @JioCare #Refund #Badservice

    Day 3 facing same issue.What a shameless customer service. Not even a single call received to know about the issue. No technical visit was scheduled. This is what peak fraud and monopoly looks like. No worries this will the last month of this fiber with me @JioCare @jio_fiber

    So @reliancejio, what exactly is this business model? You sell a “28-day” plan and then, when there are still hours/days of validity left, the internet suddenly becomes painfully slow, practically pushing the customer towards another recharge. If the validity is 28 days, 1/2

    Reliance Jio, your company's internet network is very slow. The network in my area has been slow for about three months, and I am not receiving any response from your company. If this continues, all consumers in the area will port out their SIM cards. @reliancejio
