    @JioCare sir, at that time I am stay in Marayoor, kerala.I want to raise your concern for low internet speed. Mostly people using Jio here.if the network remain same we forced to change our sim. .So,My request you to facilitate with good speed internet.

    @reliancejio providing excellent customer support facility. Their customer associate pick instantly and even they call back in call drops. They provide correct information. Unfortunately I didn't got rating SMS to mark excellent for complaint id SR00000XCFIH. @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI jio fiber unresponsibly putting connections in home without any online support / onsite visit support, they claim that they provide 30 days trial if you didn't like it return the modem and they will refund you, i am almost chasing them for 15 days.

    I had complained in jio on 20.07.2021. and I have chosen the 7 pm to 8 pm time slot which is provided by jio's customer care but jio engineer told that the last time of our duty is till 6 pm. Or still, my jiofiber is not working. My SR No. SR000015UVIR. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My service request number is SR000015S6H9. Jio fibre not working since 15/7/21.What is wrong with jio service personnel? Pathetic service. Please advice do I have to surrender my jio fibre connection or do I have to tweet to Shri Mukesh Ambani ji to get service done.

    @JioCare Still the issue is not resolved. How much time do you need to resolve this problem? I have paid for the services yet not able to use it. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY please let us know which forum to complain for such issues.?

    @reliancejio @JioCare failed again I called two service provider for broadband connection and asked same thing Can you install and start my connection within 24 hours #JioFiber replied me I will come to take order after that you pay and after that will install and then start (1)

    @reliancejio @JioCare I asked what will be maximum time he said lots of thing but not able to understand my concern Aadhar bla bla .... after some time he called me again when the other provider was installing the device and checking signal and I replied him boss connection done and he said how ...(2)
