Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

Also I paid โน50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
