Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

Nithish (@Nithishpk5) reported@JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–14 Mbps in the morning, 2–10 Mbps in the afternoon, and just 500 Kbps–4 Mbps from 6 PM–10 PM. The issue is worst during peak hours. Please fix this network issue ASAP.
