    @JioCare @GVidya_Sagar Poorest service. From 2 mnth i m getting only msg to console. Worst i ve ever expereinced. Aircel, rim were much bettet at their times. U ate them, nd now 0 srvc to customer. Verry poor. Bus paisa time pe chahiye nahe to cnnction bund. Shame on #Jio

    I want to draw ur attention about Jio network in Jamalpur(Dist-Munger,state-Bihar) is really Bad. Everytime the speed is about not more than 50 to 60kbps.why u don't care of it.@reliancejio @JioCare.Sir,Please look into it.

    jio speed is too poor When I raised complain @JioCare I was told as many users are using Internet of surrounding network at a time it is slow Why @reliancejio claim loud with such feeble capacity with increasingly charges @TRAI @rsprasad @narendramodi

    @JioCare Ur network team has taken 15 days time to rectify things.If the problem will still persist after 15 days then I will have to PORT out from Jio.

    @JioCare my jio phone got physically damaged. when i go to buy a new phone the guy there forced me to buy a new sim along with phone and told that company donot sale only phone without sim. Can you please help me .

    @JioCare @ukvish Jio is providing poorest service these days to customer. Even i m among them one. I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

    @JioCare As i last tweeted that according to the postpaid plan, my amazon prime membership is not working, you replied with amzon customer care no.and they replied that operator have not activayed the plan. What should i do? Y m i suffering?

    Four days, two reschedules from your engineer. One promise from your escalation team that this’ll get resolved today and still no resolution @JioCare. @nch1915 for a recourse since there’s been no resolution post an escalation.

    @JioCare Even after 8 hrs from reaching out to u guys online, still issue perists. Getting an updated msg that technician visit is scheduled for 2pm??? WTH IS THIS?? You keep extending ETA without any update? Been more than 3/4 days without internet, what's happening?

    @JioCare despite me explicitly informing customer support that the issue was with my new connection address. The technician asked me to raise a fresh support request, which I did. The new Request ID is SR00003A0539.

    @JioCare Since then: No technician has been assigned. I have made nearly four calls to customer support since morning. Every call ends up with me being kept on hold until the call eventually gets disconnected, with no callback from the support team.
