    @JioCare #realincejio I'm facing the network issue in my location and I'm unable to attend the online session for using bad network. I called so many times to care number 198 they said we are resolving your problems our technique doing their work but still no response from past

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Service Request no SR00003FNBPT JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. Engineer visited but left without fixing it, saying it’ll be fixed tomorrow. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.
