@JioCare #realincejio I'm facing the network issue in my location and I'm unable to attend the online session for using bad network. I called so many times to care number 198 they said we are resolving your problems our technique doing their work but still no response from past

@reliancejio The #WORST Network I’ve ever seen..Everytimes when I call to customer care they just told me it’s a temporary issue..But I don’t know that Temporary means 3 years or more than it..But It’s true how uneducated people knows about the word “temporary”..

@JioCare very bad coverage and no rectification from JIO. Whenever taken up the matter they ask some questions and finally says your area is covered well. My experience for the last 5 years from JIO is mentioned above. I have surrendered 3 JIO due to this.
