    @JioCare #realincejio I'm facing the network issue in my location and I'm unable to attend the online session for using bad network. I called so many times to care number 198 they said we are resolving your problems our technique doing their work but still no response from past

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare I was really happy when you fixed the network issues last month. It worked well for 4–5 days, but then the same problems started again. At this point, I can't trust the service anymore. Thanks for your response and efforts, but @airtelindia is providing much better service in my area right now. 👋

    My JioAirFiber service has been down for over a week. Despite multiple complaints, my request (SR000038BV13) wasn't resolved by 16th June. Even after a follow-up call & 24hr assurance, nothing has been done. @JioCare @reliancejio
