@JioCare #realincejio I'm facing the network issue in my location and I'm unable to attend the online session for using bad network. I called so many times to care number 198 they said we are resolving your problems our technique doing their work but still no response from past

@JioCare Jio customer service does not ever FAIL to disappoint. I've been trying to raise a complaint for a internet issue which I'm facing for the last 1 month and the customer executives are saying they won't take a complaint because there is a "temporary" outage in my area

Such a shame @JioCare @jio_gigafiber i am complaining about router issue since 4 days no one is taking my complain everytime they troubleshoot then after hangs up the call? This i have to expect from Jio Fiber ? My id is 299297141867.

@JioCare Why a new request has been created ? There is already a request created on 8th Sep which is not resolved till day ref. SR000016KU37. I receive prompt reply on Twitter, can't your service be as efficient. This is really frustrating

@askairtel @airtelcomplaint your service stinks at the moment. On a fibre optic plan, where I'm supposedly going to get 40mbps consistent speed (or that's what you claim) I'm getting less than half of that. Help me understand why we shouldnt move to @JioCare
