  @JioCare my data speed is less very poor not even equal to GPRS . When I contacted jio care I was redirected to an advisor who spoke Hindi while I chose a different language. Does the company lack employees ?it's very pathetic that I had to press nos for about 5 mins for this.

  @JioCare even tried calling 1800-896-9999. When the call was abt to connect with advisor, it got disconnected. It’s so frustrating with poor service and ignorant brand.

  @Jigesh24336367 I had faced a similar problem and they took 5 months to resolve. The customer care has standard reply with no solutions and leader. @reliancejio you need to improve your systems to help customers. You cannot survive in market with this ****** service and unhappy customers.

  @reliancejio Sorry to say in Lucknow,Daliganj service of Jio is worst and poor. So much buffering is there it takes 10 minutes the things to load and cant enjoy smooth service. If in 4g it is condition what we expect in jio 5g,disappointed

  Its pathetic to use @reliancejio in ambala! No network , no connectivity, no speed. Kindly chk with area service team. Its been a week , the network is poorest like in underground station. Have complained many times, but no response from the @reliancejio team. @reliancegroup
