    @JioCare #realincejio I'm facing the network issue in my location and I'm unable to attend the online session for using bad network. I called so many times to care number 198 they said we are resolving your problems our technique doing their work but still no response from past

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my number the amount was debited, but the plan is NOT reflecting in my account. To make matters worse, Iā€™m getting an error when trying again, and there is zero support available to lodge a complaint.Resolve this ASAP.

    At present in India, @airtelindia is the only true 5G network, @reliancejio sucks. Even at exact same point, airtel works like a bullet train whereas jio struggle to maintain even 4G speed. V! and BSNL were never in the competition.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio Team, I took a Jio Fiber connection on 24th April and the installation was completed on 27th April. From the second day after installation, I have been facing internet speed issues and frequent disconnections.

    @JioCare More than 1 month now. Problem still remains unresolved. Now @JioCare don't even reply to my post/DM. Kudos to @JioCare for such a HORRIBLE, PATHETIC service. I highly recommend all of you TO NOT šŸš« TRY/ SWITCH to JIO. They don't care about their customers

    @JioCare Cancel my order of Jio Fiber and return my money. Nobody is responding to my installation request Order Number NO0001DBXCTE. Such a worst presales service by Jio.

    @JioCare Are you out of your mind? I applied for a jio fiber and made a payment but the installation is not possible on my location so please cancel my request for jio aur fiber and refund my money!!!!
