    @reliancejio I am so so disappointed at yr service . I was to get a refund of Rs 1500 which d man took d details of my bank etc more than 3 weeks ago . Nothing happens . Then another refund due after installation is removed for which I have a service request,no one has come .😡

    @JioCare jio tower that is just 20 meter away from my work place has network issue but airtel tower that is 300 meters away from my work place is having awesome network. Need to switch to airtel 6006300398 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @JioCare I port my number to jio , hope I will recv good service. But day day jio data service detoriated and I recv my data cxn speed like 2g or below. Sometimes I think it may be temporarily, will be up some time. But not a chance, most speed like that. Need to switchover.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare No one from your team contacted. At least enquire why there is a network slowness issue is occurring in my area. Suggestion from loyal customer. Finally switching to Other network.

    @JioCare I have complained multiple times but still no solution from your end .atleast if you can't provide a solution say so and I am glad to move to another network.
