  @reliancejio 3. On 31/8 again applied for fiber connection and visit was scheduled on 1 Septat 11.00 am but they again rescheduled it on 8 Sept . This behavior of Jio service provider with customer is the same as it was in BSNL before 2010.🙏🏻

  @JioCare @DoT_India NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done 19/08/26,status installed, but in reality the device is not installed still) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned(9263702401)to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

  @JioCare 🚨 Fraud alert. be cautious with Jio! If you’re in a non-metro city, think twice before paying an advance for Jio services. In my experience, they may take the payment upfront, fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues, and then refuse to refund the unused amount

  @JioCare Sorry to say but youre unable to understand my issue & are responding roats. My problem is with a repeatedly logging out Google play downloaded Jiotv+ app on my smart tv & not my STB. I prefer using the app on tv instead of STB for convenience which you seem to work against
