I booked Jio AirFiber over 1.5 months ago, and my order has now been cancelled twice without anyone even visiting my home. No proper explanation, no resolution just cancellation. How is this acceptable customer service?

Also, Vi's recharge plans are affordable, and the service is excellent. Put an end to this Airtel-Jio duopoly. #airtel
