    @reliancejio I have disconnected my jiofiber connection and the devices have been picked up. It has been around 2 months now and customer care team is saying devices have not been picked up from my place due to which they are not giving back the security deposit.Too disappointed.

    @JioCare Do you need 4 weeks to check and update? What about my hard earned money which you Jio cheated by giving connection where it is not working after recharge. Who will refund my money here? I want an escalation ASAP

    Due to call drop and slow internet I did port my number from JIO to Airtel on 06 Nov. 2022. But nothing changed my life. still there is no network in my phone, many times call disconnected. Now you suggest where we go.@airtelindia @reliancejio
