@JioCare #realincejio I'm facing the network issue in my location and I'm unable to attend the online session for using bad network. I called so many times to care number 198 they said we are resolving your problems our technique doing their work but still no response from past

@JioCare More like the 5th biggest fraud. Pathetic service. Since 48 hours I am being told that my connection will resume in 2 hours. If you are the 5th biggest brand then you are even more pathetic. Brand of lies is what you are.

Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio, I was using jio sim as well by yesterday but since morning when i switched ON my cell phone it showing "No Simcard", I restarted mobile and reinserted SIM but still facing the same. Please support ASAP.

@JioCare The fiber conection that was installed at my place is not stable, 3 months ago the router was replaced by your technician the same problem started happening again, I just need my prblem to be fixed, please send some qualified technician instead of school boys

@JioCare From the last 10 days,there is continues outage in my locality and nothing is getting fixed up even after calling customer support . If not resolved,I will switch to Airtel fiber and other members in my locality too. #JioFiber 👎🏻

Hello We have applied for DLT registration. Our entity is registered When we are applying for new header registration then it is getting rejected. Error is - Entity ID does not exist. Please do something. Our hold business is in hold due to SMS problem. @reliancejio @JioCare
