    @JioCare Your team has visited and said that we need install tower , if not we can't provide services. Why can't @reliancejio provide proper network zones.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio Network issue still not sorted out. It's more than 3 months. If you can't rectify the issues, it's better to shutdown your services. Useless network #jio

    @JioCare one of the worst service i can say After delay for installation by a week now when they installed Jio fiber Still it is not active the modem keeps blinking red Been 24+ hr of installation What's the procedure to cancel the service Refund my money Poor service

    @JioCare Its not a concern.... just send the freaking technician already, its been 4 days, no one came today as well. I am paying money for the whole month, i had to arrange internet for my work due to ur laughable service. Are you going to lay for this

    Please give me answer. Is it mandatory to force customer to recharge? as per #TRAI rules if any no. is not in use till 3 months then only the no. will be deactivated. but this type of harrasment to customer forcing for recharge is it good? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Jio, I have been experiencing internet speed issue, every now and then at my location since last 2 months. Whenever i connect with your Customer Care. The only resolution i get is there are multiple users at your location. I am residing at lacchuar, Jamui, Bihar.

    @JioCare This information also have shared to your customer care executive 3 weeks back, before you schedule for the uninstation appointment. Cancellation request I have given in 5 days of new connection. Completely poor response from your side. I shall not recommend jio fibre to anyone.

    @JioCare it's painful that only for a remote replacement I need to call 2 times to call centre in 48 hrs and still left with a solution to call back again tomorrow as the customary care executive can't help. I have wasted 30 min each day for requesting a remote if Rs 500 .THANKS
