    @JioCare Again a person called today asking what the problem is. I find it so amazing that after complaining for 10 times at least @reliancejio team still does not know what the problem is. I have asked many times to send the wiring team as it is a wiring issue in the main box.

    @JioCare @aribitauhl It's a total waste of time listening to the customer care. They just can't understand anything. Better to stay out of their service. Even their own employees aren't using their network. Pathetic attitude to say the least.
