@reliancejio - i hv recd this msg arnd 12 times in the last 1 mnth. Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services xxx are impacted in your area since 12-05-2022 01:38 PM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 12-05-2022 05:38 . Who will refund my charges for the downtime?

@JioCare This is happening from last 12 days..and I’m unable to connect to customer care because whenever I call and enter the order id…it doesn’t responds…because my connection is not done yet, I just have the order I’d…I want refund now….

I contacted Jio Support and they are saying I need to wait as the SR engineer did not visit yet as per SR and they will reschedule the visit again. This is simply harassment and that too just less than 1 days after installation of new connection. @JioCare

It's seems jiofiber will be available in next life in Vasai......visited many times at the jio gallery.....only answer you get that it will take time.......horrible it's like begging for internet services @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

@reliancejio @JioCare Sorry to say but your #JioFiber router has a very poor WiFi range, you gave a refurbished router for a fresh connection and your Internet speed and latency badly disappoints. Things are much better with Airtel Fiber internet connection. A bad experience.

@JioCare For customers who are facing wifi outage, and if they have a Jio mobile number, atleast provide Data recharges/top ups so work is not hampered.
