    @JioCare Your team has visited and said that we need install tower , if not we can't provide services. Why can't @reliancejio provide proper network zones.

    @JioCare Hi Team, I have a Jio fiber connection. On 27th March, I recharged twice with Jiofiber_1M_699 and Jiofiber_1M_399 plans and by mistake activated both the plans. Please help me in putting 399 plan on hold if possible. My broadband number is 01807961884.

    @JioCare have been contacting for Jio fiber connection for two days..they simply say it's not feasible in our area,even though my neighbour has #JioFiber Poor customer service guys!
