@JioCare It's been 48 hours my Jio Fibre is not working. I raised a complaint with req no SR00001CFJFB Still no updates. No service engineer has visited yet or called. Whenever I call back to customer care , the agent disconnects the call intentionally. Very poor services by JIO

Please look into this matter and find a solution asap. It's been 2 days now. We pay for the plan and are still not able to use it. Your company is simply postponing the time by 10AM tk 5PM and then again shift it to 10AM the next day. Very poor services @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare It's been 3 days without the Jio Fiber working. Absolutely zero updates, service engineer refuses to show up. The last SMS was for a visit at 5pm today and there's still no update. And this is the condition in South Delhi, not some Tier 3 town.

@reliancejio Very bad service. Yesterday I was recharge 1101rs against international calls and Roaming still not refection on this number (9850457060). Lots of time i was call to customers care but no any solution the same. Very bad expression in Jio.

@JioCare Hello Team, yesterday your engineer came by, was there for around 1 hr. He discussed with your CC and told me issue will be resolved in 1 hr. Since then it has been 27 hrs and problem still persist. If you guys cannot fix problem let me know
