@JioCare Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio Network issue still not sorted out. It's more than 3 months. If you can't rectify the issues, it's better to shutdown your services. Useless network #jio

@theankitdangi @JioCare Yup true they dont even respond to the service ticket service engineer does not even come they just reschedule it i got it reschedule for the 4th time. I will not use jio fiber after this

@JioCare, your team dealing with Fibre/Broadband service are randomly cheating customers like me. Your customer care is equally bad. Mails and calls for cancellation and refund have been completely ignored. Is this what @reliancejio stands for?

@JioCare The 2nd time in a month, JIO cell services are disrupted in Mumbai. Some real issue in your network or hardware or both. And the brand Jio takes a bad hit. Pls take some action post RCA. @DoT_India

@JioCare @reliancejio Wrost service ever I have seen in jio .jiocare employees are also not resolving the customer problem .and customer care behaviour is also worst .I think Airtel xstream is far better then jio fiber
