    @JioCare Your team has visited and said that we need install tower , if not we can't provide services. Why can't @reliancejio provide proper network zones.

    This type of behavior forces us to leave jio and switch to other networks. I can't even do simple use of internet here. This is turning out to be worst service. Everytime your customer care says that we are trying to improve. But no results since 3 months. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I am tweeting &call on jio care from past 20days but still my issue has not been resolved. Just making false promises and delaying things. Worst company ever who cannot provide resolution on priority.Just resolve by tomorrow else i will go to consumer court @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your service in Jodhpur is third class regarding jio fibre service. You have to change the on ground staff or either increase the no. One thing also if you can't provide 24hrs issue resolution pls don't advertise 24hrs resolution
