    @JioCare Your technician is scheduled to visit tomorrow at 4pm (I won’t hold my breath), a full five days since the problem (still have no clue what it is BYW) was first reported. Ask yourselves if that kind of service would be acceptable to you, @JioCare.

    @JioCare When I ask for the compensation for the loss due to the advise of your customer care, then no one replies.Or replies with," that your concern has been forwarded". I need reply room some responsible authority I don't know where is it forwarded.

    @reliancejio @JioCare customer service is worst...says transferring call to senior and disconnecting the call...no internet working from morning...look after the same or i will again move to airtel

    Dear @reliancejio #West Up I am unable to use your network in #Agra from last many days. Could you please check and solve this issue? No 4g and also sometimes only emergency network available. Don't tell me to change the phone.
