    @JioCare I hate you as you are NOT trustworthy for me and also you do not trust your customers either! 3 days before plan validity expire you play a 30-second horrible reminder before connecting to the call!!! As if the customer is new and he will not recharge.

    @JioCare we all know, neither you care, nor you will stay true to your commitments. Your Customer Support, the toll free number doesn't function. These customer support emails obviously seem auto-generated. The executives who come and collect the activation payments are scammers.

    Dear @JioCare , Your service is getting worse day by day. I'm unable to use your internet since the day before yesterday. Either draw your kind attention in below mentioned ticket number or I'll go for porting my number to BSNL. My Jio complaint number- MR0000ZR1AY9.

    @JioCare @soumyadeep_1997 Pls don't take their services. There is connectivity issues, not stable. And if you get into billing issues, rest assured they won't resolve it. Am chasing customer care for 5 months, 1 more month left before I disconnect

    @JioCare I had taken plan for 6 months, getting the above reply that your team is getting it checked on priority for the last 5 months. Excellent response and appreciate prompt customer service. Had you looked into the issue for even 1 week, you could have resolved it

    @JioCare Installation was scheduled today which again got cancelled by your engineer. What gives @JioCare? This is the 3rd time my installation got cancelled and your customer care is utterly useless. I regret going for you guys and now I’m stuck without any broadband service!
