  @reliancejio I am very disappointed with your service. Someone came in an hour to take money and finish formalities on last Thurs, I told him that I need the connection by Sat. It's Mon, they keeping taking complaints but no action whatsoever. I will make sure to let others know

  @JioCare Happy to hear as I am the shareholder of RIL. Bt my experience wit JIO Fibre is vry bad. Fr connection formality & fee ur guy came same day and then nxt 28 days my connection is pending and nw i have recieved a msg that my request is cancel. Kindly share is this a quality service

  @JioCare WiFi network off from yesterday5 pm , complaint made yesterday but said enginner will visit today between 11 am to 12 pm , no visit yet , called the call center they say visit not scheduled for today 🙄 Enggr will come tomorrow.
