    @JioCare poorest of knowledge levels of customer support and in-store people. Harrassment of greatest level. Two times visit at store no resolution. 5 times call at 198 no resolution. Wastage of time illiterate staff @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare how worst can you service actually get? I paid for the connection charges on 15/02/2021 and your Malleswaram, Bangalore executive Mr. Vivek has been constantly making fake promises to activate my connection. He atleast agreed to come by 10th, now isn't picking calls.
