@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup your service in Shillong Meghalaya is too bad. Normal calls aren’t working not to mention internet. Why don’t you try to provide a better service for the people over there? You are charging the same amount as of the rest of India.

Hi @JioCare Team, I have DM'ed my Jio fiber associated number and registered whatsapp number and stated the issue in detail. I am facing Internet Connectivity Issue. Please look into it on priority and get it resolved by today as early as possible

@reliancejio I am not getting internet speed from a long time. Tried reaching jio CC but no use. Pathetic service. Have recharged with a year plan but now i think i made a wrong choice. I could have opted for Airtel.

Wasted @JioCare No response even from Twitter also... Why should we want to use jio??? No response, Not proper customer service, Late resolves, Slow Data Network, Call Voice cutting.... Not proper answer to customers, Rude behavior.. Call me ASAP for more 100 customers to jio
