@JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

@JioCare Not willing to rectify speed issue after many comp.its ur decision n I accepted evn though u took 3mnts rental in avd. Left with no choice, I decided to dc. Its been done now whts stopping jio to collect the device and refund the amount. Is it tht diff to arrange device pickup?

@reliancejio @JioCare My prepaid validity expired today so I recharged for full year. Yet my plan is not active. I am not able to make calls. Jio has no toll free num I can talk to. I am getting msgs to recharge. Only selling no Cust Care. How can I speak to jio exc n solve issue

I filed a complaint regarding my #JioFiber at 6:40 am this morning. Till now, there is no response from the service providers. A bunch of inefficient, incompetent and irresponsible people who don’t have courtesy to even reach their customers. #shame @reliancejio @JioCare
