  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio If you don’t have WiFi then surely this will be an issue. Have that one at your and enable WiFi calling. WiFi router works like network tower.

  @JioCare I request all jio customers which are suffering from poor network and poor internet kindly sift to bsnl which now give good network and internet with low price.Mind jio never solve your problem. I have complaint regarding this issue from last 3 yrs till now no solution.
