@JioCare You have already given the update, that inspite of the fact that your co. is at fault for not conveying to the customer, you have refused to waive off the late payment charges. Your co. doesn't provide customer service rather they do gundaraj. Badly disappointed. #jioFraud

@JioCare Jio customer service representative informed that my request is showing resolved status with out actual resolution. @JIOFIBER1 what sort of engineers do you have, they are not visiting the premises and marking the request as resolved. It's been 4 days now with any resolution
