    Since a week no one from jio local service center contact to me about my mother sim port so wrost service I see from. @reliancejio @JioCare shame on you guys time to port my jio number to @Airtel_Presence aslo at least they give all service to at your doorstep in this pandemic

    Jio fiber user-I have no internet since Thursday. The customer care is saying that it will be back in 2 hours since then. Now I am not even calling. I think @JioCare doesn't care about work, business or anything. Looking forward to other internet providers

    @JioCare I am extremely sorry to say that since last two days the 2gb data of my mobile (7991168583)is being exhausted despite being switched off my mobile. Despite complain to customer care executive, it is not resolved yet. Please be looked into the matter afterall we love JIO.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Airtel certainly does not respect time of their clients. You failed to call me at a given time at 9 am. It is unresolved still. Compare to @reliancejio , your service level is quite low.

    @pratiknale15 @JioCare @Airtel_Presence fix the prob. else wud b better for us to port to jio. Nearby houses face same issue so jio might help them as well.

    And our area supervisor is asking us to change the network as @reliancejio is not upto mark, with these conversations I lost 3days of my time, work, money (as I was in paid leave because of the internet issues) & I didn’t get any response till now. Is this how you care @JioCare ?

    @JioCare It’s 5 days now. I am escalating this issue. Every time I am getting response like working on priority but nothing is happening.
