    @jagograhakjago bringing under your attention mobile network connectivity issues being faced in my area with @reliancejio as provider. Been facing intermittent no coverage issue since a month, network connectivity is poor since 6 months.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Guys there has been an internet connectivity issue for the past 3 days. An engineer visit is scheduled for today 3.15-4.15 pm. I have been trying to get in touch over calland neither has the person reached out. No responses Can you please intervene!

    @JioCare JioAirFiber down for 30+HOURS. SR: SR00002NNI3E Technician visited & couldn’t fix it. Customer care failed. Now Jio keeps rescheduling visits instead of fixing the issue. Even escalated to Karnataka Appellate Team. Enough rescheduling. RESTORE MY INTERNET NOW.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst experience with JioFiber. Raised a no-network complaint on Sunday, and it’s Monday with no resolution. The technician is not answering my calls and keeps cutting them. Customer care keeps saying case is “high priority,” Very disappointing service.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare @reliancejio ​"I went to the Jio store this evening to port my number, but the store manager refused, saying that the server is down. If this is the condition at a Jio store, what must be the situation in the rest of the city? My experience wasn't good.

    @JioCare How many days do you still need? It's unfair and it appears that you guys are scamming me. I have paid money and the countdown has started. You will bill me completely for the time which I didn't even use the service because it wasn't provided! Enough is enough, disconnect it now

    Jio Postpaid service is pathetic! Bill paid at 7 AM, still no service. 10+ calls, everyone gives a different timeline—20 mins, 4 hrs, 24 hrs. No proper resolution. Don’t take Jio Postpaid. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Enterprise postpaid customer. Multiple mails sent by authorized signatory from saturday for plan change. No response till now. Please help.
