    @reliancejio I'm a loyal customer of Jio from so many years, I've two Jio numbers one is postpaid and one is preonpost. I use Jio App from last October 2020 I'm facing problem with my postpaid number. Twice I was charged for 3month's and once for 2months.

    @JioCare What a cockamamie?? It's the same canned response that I have been told from past few years. Let me know the TAT, do you guys need a month, 2 months or a quarter to " Fix the temporary issue"??. Please check my previous complaints and you guys have sung the same broken record.

    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber is giving very poor performance. Internet stop working for 30sec - 1min every now and then. Its affecting my work. I WFH. If this issue doesn't get fix. Then I have to switch. Location Guwahati, Resham nagar

    @JioCare Relocation request for Jio Fibre no 5223595456 RMN 7084150241 is not accepted. We are an organisation and shifting to a new premises. At present we have Lease deed as new address proof. The old premises will be vacated within 3 days. Urgent Support reqd.
