    @reliancejio @JioCare Fibre service is not working since afternoon Have raised ticket SR00002NDDW2 Bigger question here, who will take the accountability of this? I do WFH and its affecting my work I pay for 28 days, will I get refund of this day or I get 1 day extra internet?

    @JioCare U did nt state d reason 4 disconnecting your connection. I will inform X people about this. Aftr 28 days of follow ups & complaints, u were unable 2 resolve d issue. Unfortunately, I had no other option but 2 disconnect d connection.This was a prepaid connection, so you owe me 💰

    @JioCare Worked for a few hours and stopped working again. What a ****** company. Customer service isn’t responding either. Absolutely pathetic service.

    @JioCare is getting worst . I had complained about wifi issue and wifi was having less speed. The man came from jio and made it more worst ,that my wifi totally stopped working and now I rescheduled it but they are just wasting my time. Resolve my issue.@reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare I will not share my personal number due to security reasons. But, I tell you, I am facing internet speed problem at My native place which 1. Palghar Maharashtra 2. I went to Delhi there also the same issue. 3. Now in Jaipur top.
