@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic support, no progress on installation since 3 days. Fake promises being provided by sales and support taking the entire payment in advance. I want my COMPLETE REFUND today. Not interested to go further with Jio Fiber.

@JioCare pathetic customer service, since 26th following for fibre relocation i scheduled for 28th, was auto moved to 27th, I asked engg to visit on 28th no one contacted, again changed to 29th, moved two times again on 29th, 4 times rescheduled, better movin to @airtelindia

@reliancejio You are still not able to provide jio network at prominent ghats in Karnataka like Shirady, Charmady, Hulikal, Sampaje yellapur, Agumbe ghats etc.

@Vikrams2485 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare
