    Ever since @reliancejio took over Hotstar, it’s been a total downhill slide for watching IPL • Quality capped at 1080p?? • No back/forward seeking,can’t even skip 10s • Live viewer count replaced by cumulative views Absolute **** show by @JioHotstar. Huge downgrade. 👎

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I understand this may be due to an increase of internet users, but it’s unfair for customers to experience such poor network coverage when we are paying for quality service. It is your responsibility to upgrade the network as demand grows.

    @JioCare i have registered my complaint for internet connection issue by yesterday. It's more than 24 hours but issue not solved. Technician (vimal Parmar, navarangpura, Ahmedabad-9) scheduled visit for today between 12 to 1 but not come.

    @JioCare I was told the technician would reach within 30 min of scheduled time, yet nobody came. I didn't receive any call. I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.

    In my area(state bihar ,patna barah pin code 801112)jio airfiber connection is to slow . I have complained so many time but nothing was happened so I request you to raise my concern @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    Whenever we recharge our jio prepaid with an unlimited pack like 299 or other they promise to give a high speed data but the fact is they never keep their promise. Is not it a punishable offense? @JioCare

    @JioCare I said that’s fine as long as the work gets done, but I asked whose fault it was that a customer had to suffer for 6 days. As soon as I said this, the Basni JioFiber staff got angry. It seems they don't even have two minutes to talk to a customer properly.
