Raj (@raj_er04) reported@JioCare I talked to 4 persons to today, nobody gave me resolution. One said this is a service ticket, he needs work order to provide stb. One said call customer care. Customer care creates ticket every time. This ticket was created on 24th. Why is it so difficult to provide a stb?
