  @JioCare I raised complaint for internet issue, from last 3 4 days the connection is getting disconnected. No internet. Today its is blinking red I restarted the device multiple times.

  Jio-the worst internet provider one can ever imagine. Since yesterday, the internet services are disrupted in our area. More than 24 hrs have passed. Just recd sms that service has been restored but still no internet. Now it's showing in home connectivity issue. Rubbish @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber is down for 24+ hours! Complaint No: SR00002N0N38 Support is falsely claiming line is broken, while everyone else's internet in the area is working fine. Visit rescheduling 4-5 times without my permission fix it urgently!

  @reliancejio @JioCare I was assured that the connection would be provided by extending the cable if required. Now I’m being asked to pay additional money for the installation—something that was never disclosed before taking my payment.

  Can you please launch unlimited 4g plan like Airtel & Vi for 4g users as many people are still there in 4g networks & not able to upgrade to 5g & in many areas even with 5g handset but the 5g network is not proper stable & strong it goes mainly to 4g only @reliancejio
