    @reliancejio worst service provider by them as wifi service - airfiber, if you have any query, you will die to contact their customer care but won't get support of any.

    @JioCare Stop sending copy-paste replies. My question is simple: why was ₹50 charged when no service was activated? Keeping customer money without providing service is unfair. Give a proper resolution, not templates.

    @JioCare Your agent confirmed JioFiber availability, took ₹1200 & installed connection. Now engineer says not serviceable. Internet not working. Need fix or full refund ASAP.

    @reliancejio indoor network is very poor mobile phone is not working in home even i purchase jio fiber it is working in only 1 room in other room not working what a poor service of jio, dont do bhakti work properly otherwise jio maro ho jayega

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber very bad sevice. Our time of schedule was changed from 02-May 1-2 pm to 04 May 11 AM. Why are we paying money for the days that we don't get the services. Everywhere they want to save costs and inform that it is written in the contract. 1413599686

    @airtelindia has pathetic fiber Broadband services. Since last 2 days my WiFi is not working and no resolution is provided has been provided till now. I want to surrender my connection and will opt for @JioCare broadband services.

    Jio charges full money from its customers but fails to provide even basic service quality.The network is so poor that making calls and using the internet has become extremely difficult. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no improvement. This is unacceptable @reliancejio

    Everyone in my family is user of @reliancejio, I personally had 2 Jio number and 1 Airfiber installed. But now I and my family members have decided to port. If you complaint @JioCare about the poor network issue, they will only ask for your details. Poor customer Support.

    .@JioCare What pathetic service? You want us to live without internet for 3-4-5 days? Even tho we’re paying you? Pathetic customer care. Pathetic engineers who visit, do nothing, close the request. Cancelling your broadband now. Will find a better company.
