Even when the 5G signal is showing, the speed is very slow. I have complained four-five times but there is no solution. I am thinking of porting the SIM to another network. @JioCare @Reliance

Payment made 15 days back, can't connect to customer service, jio officials who done kyc also not picking up phones.
