    @reliancejio i visited my village at Bihar Pandeypur, PIN 802118, bad network coverage, I visited 25 away my relatives village there also no/poor JIO network unable to talk too, village name:- EKAWANI near Dumraon. At VISAKHAPATNAM also poor network quality less than Airtel.

    3rd grade service from @JioCare ,cant send a person to repair from last 3 days. MyJio app is completely useless and so is their customer care number people working there. Cant fix the internet since 3 days now.

    @JioCare Also, when I call to the Jio air fibre customer care, I received the computerised message. Your order is cancelled and refund will be traded in 7 business days.

    @JioCare @JioCare I received a call from your engineer regarding JioFiber installation, but he didn’t speak anything on the call and disconnected it immediately. After that, I received a message saying my request was cancelled without any proper communication or resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am fed up with repeated false promises and vague “future date” messages. It has been 25+ days since payment for my Jio AirFiber order (Order ID: NO0001D08Q5C), and no installation or technician visit has occurred. I no longer want the service. I demand a full refund immediately. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will proceed with legal action through consumer court and claim all expenses, including additional compensation for harassment and delay. Complaint already filed with NCH (ID: 9228818).

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet not working since yesterday. Complaint already registered but no technician visited yet. Complaint was closed without resolution. More than 24 hours passed and office work is badly affected. Kindly reopen complaint and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is my 3rd complaint in 3 months, with every resolution taking 3+ days. No accountability from engineers, no escalation process and nowhere to give feedback.
