    @JioCare @citiznpandey have ported my Jio number to Airtel, I was expecting my security amount will be adjusted to current month bill automatically. So i did paid last bill. But today I got to know my service has been suspended

    @JioCare I redeemed an Add on voucher and it is not working for me, I reached out to the customer care and they say that this is because I changed my phone. I do not find this justification valid and if this is the case why MyJio is not showing this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The network in my residential area bearing pin code 794112 in the North Garo Hills district of Meghalaya has become so pathetic over the last 3-4 days that it has gone from being able to watch live football matches to not being able to open the My Jio App.
