    We have been facing Jio air fiber issue since many days Outdoor unit has completely shut. No indications lights We have been facing service disruption since many days And Now TV and internet is not working due to Jio Air fiber shut since last 3 days Service request raised nothing solved Kindly help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Will you then give free internet for 7 days? How can one stay without 7 days resolution if one is working from home None of my neighbours are facing the issue only I am facing the issue
