    @SwarajyaMag @TVMohandasPai I expected this on the day Jio released Tarrif plan. It's simple & old tactic, kill the opponent wt money power & enjoy the monopoly I am glad that @airtelindia & Sunil Mittal didnt buckle. I was never a @reliancejio customer & Big No in future also. AirTel has responsible ethics

    @JioCare I was asking since 2 years to install a network and now due to your network issue some one is in critical condition. What a pathetic service you are providing ****. Congrats you made someone's day so bad that they are gonna remember it their life.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio SIM activation process is extremely frustrating. I’ve called the support number multiple times, yet no one seems to have clear information about the activation process. This reflects a serious lack of knowledge and very poor service.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber is still not working even after ODU replacement. Device is connected to tower (RSSI -56 dBm, Associated) but no internet. It is clearly a backend issue – no public IP is being assigned (only 192.168/169.254). Please fix provisioning/DHCP from your

    @JioCare It's been 10 days since my order was returned. I went to the Samsung Service Center, but they also refused to return the order. They told me to contact JioMart or say it's a fake order. When I contacted JioMart, they also refused to accept the return and wouldn't refund my money.

    @JioCare This is highly unprofessional of you people. We have raised service request against our set top box since Saturday but no action has been taken yet. I have called customer care numerous times and they have fixed reply: We will update by message.

    @JioCare Your customer care asked me to recharge with 824.32 now asked me to recharge 232. I did that too. What the hell is going on

    @JioCare Thanks @JioCare issue has been sorted. Looks like someone messed with the fiber wire at your junction box. Engineer said they will put a lock on the box. Hope I will not face such issue again
