    @SwarajyaMag @TVMohandasPai I expected this on the day Jio released Tarrif plan. It's simple & old tactic, kill the opponent wt money power & enjoy the monopoly I am glad that @airtelindia & Sunil Mittal didnt buckle. I was never a @reliancejio customer & Big No in future also. AirTel has responsible ethics

    Today, I booked my Jio Fiber and the agent said that it would be installed within 4 hours for sure but now it has been 6 hours. I am suffering many problems without Broadband. Please Improve Your Service @reliancejio otherwise you will loose a huge number of customers.

    @JioCare I already wait for 4 days and getting the same reply from care customer as you mentioned. I logged complainant previously but no solution provided by you. Your visit engineer making me fool. My working is hampering because of no interest available. Solution?

    @JioCare seriously you people are thinking public was chuteya or what? Your service operator will set postpaid connection by saying prepared and now after a one month if I ask for refund amount which I used to get now you people are saying it just got redeem ? Just worst network.

    I have not yet received my refund of 1500 INR in to my bank account, I have contacted Jio care to check this issue and they advised me that the amount has been transferred on 05 Apr, however I have not received the refund, I have already shared by bank statement with @JioCare

    @JioCare Thank you so much! Can clearly assume or even assure that you don't have engineers with proper expertise who can resolve the issue. I guess there are many engineers but everyone kept on stating that this particular engineer(Madai Mistri) will come and will be able to resolve it.

    @JioCare my IR facility is not working since 13May when I landed Malaysia . IR support whatsapp didnt help at all. My money of Rs1102 is. WASTED. Can anyone ho urgentlt

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a low ind of service is Jio is now providing.....Have been chasing Managers of Jio Fiber in Gurgaon sec 82 since 3 weeks however they are least bothered.....This way you people will loose your business
