    @SwarajyaMag @TVMohandasPai I expected this on the day Jio released Tarrif plan. It's simple & old tactic, kill the opponent wt money power & enjoy the monopoly I am glad that @airtelindia & Sunil Mittal didnt buckle. I was never a @reliancejio customer & Big No in future also. AirTel has responsible ethics

    @JioCare My refund of Rs. 3,332.46 has been pending for over 3 months. Marking it as "Refund Initiated" is not a resolution when the money has not been received. If already processed, please provide the ARN/UTR, refund date, payment mode, and proof of successful payment.

After 9 working days, my refund is still pending. This raised serious concerns about Jio's commitment to consumer rights and accountability.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took a new Jio number 4 Days back. every mrng my WhatsApp gets blocked & into review without using.I get calls asking about the previous user who had taken loan. Ur customer care asked to visit store.The store asked to call customer care. @DoT_India
