    @SwarajyaMag @TVMohandasPai I expected this on the day Jio released Tarrif plan. It's simple & old tactic, kill the opponent wt money power & enjoy the monopoly I am glad that @airtelindia & Sunil Mittal didnt buckle. I was never a @reliancejio customer & Big No in future also. AirTel has responsible ethics

    @reliancejio I stay in Thane and have been using your services since a year including both Cellular and Fiber. Recently shifted my location and both the wifi and cellular are having zero network causing lot of trouble ,need a path of action to go ahead.

    @JioCare May I know why my SIM# 9868945729 is given limited services? Customer care has told I have made fraud call but executive is not briefing the matter. I want proof regarding the fraud calls I made. My business is hampered as this is my business mobile number.

    @JioCare the jio fiber speed has gone drastically down . I guess it only works on myjio app rest all apps are showing unable to load . Highly disappointing #jio #JioFiber

    @JioCare suffering from last many months of frequent disconnection (even if router shows green line), and speed issue. Many times apps not opening on jio fiber but opens immediately on mobile net using both Airtel and jio mobile. Pls replaced old router which may be defective

    @JioCare @ashutoshsinghac Sir jio bhi kuch khaas kar nahi rahi ,Jio has the worst customer service , my internet is down since 7 days and no action has been taken , i regret my Descision of using jio fiber @airtelindia has better broadband service

    Being myself an engineer my few advice to you. 1. Following @reliancejio policy when you know that you will have problem-make a mass trial run at free of cost. EX-Give scooters in a limited city road with particular population at subscription method and swiftly correct grievance
