    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    Thank you @reliancejio for everything till today, But now your network sucks @JioCare . It was my last recharge I have made, now I'm not going to do any recharge on my Jio number maybe later I'll port my number to other network. #JioNetworkIsBad

    @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my number with unlimited calling and data for Year. But there is no network at my home, my building. I have to hang out in balcony to make call and use internet. I live at the center place of PCMC, Pune. I called customer care, but no results.

    I have converted my jio sim 6378760252 to e sim and the physical sim has been turned off, due to some problem in the settings, the sim is unable to start. Customer queries are not responding properly. Stores are also open in lockdown. Please help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @hi_sarcasmwale @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio I am a loyal customer of Vodafone since 2002. I had 4 postpaid connections. Got irritated due to poor service & changed all the numbers to prepaid. Trouble started all the more after prepaid as the app in not allowing me to re charge. My pack is valid till tomorrow. Pls help
