@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

@Airtel_Presence But didn't show any tower work in your map. And no any service call from @Airtel_Presence so pls provide me any solution...if u don't solved my problem so pls inform I'm port my num in @reliancejio cozz coverage is good...so I'm clearly talk. But internet speed is not good in jio

Don't take jio fiber. They will ruin your business. There is no customer care number and while you take number from Google, they said, we can not serve you, they will provide you another number to call and that number not ring only. I have emailed also. No response @JioCare 1/2

@icici_direct @Airtel_Presence @JioCare icici direct is working on some devices only. On Jiofiber wifi not working but jio mobile it is working. Similarly Airtel it is working on one device but not on other device. Is there a glitch at icici direct end & network operators end.

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a message from Jio that my issue has been resolved. Noone has even visited my home to rectify it. The issue still persists. No audio in any app in Jio Fiber. TV sound system is working as expected. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP!
