    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    @reliancejio @jiocare @JioCare No one picks up call on Jio Store Sayaji Plaza, Indore. Pathetic employees and service. No ones pick up the call at this store , irresponsible and unprofessional staff whoever is handling this store contact. The number is 9082710798.

    @mohdnavajish275 You will keep waiting for the resolution. Instead, get your number switched to some other operator. @reliancejio could be the best option as they are launching 5G superfast & network connectivity has been improved over the period of time.

    @JioCare am at Pravachmabalam Junction, Triavandrum now. My phone got connected to your 5G network automatically(using 4G for first time). But unable to make/receive calls. Internet is superb. If I switch to 4G, calls work. Using Samsung S20 FE 5G #issue

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Internet signals not working in my area and call signals was very very poor we all rise complaints but no use , it’s almost 24 hour still facing issue .. please try to resolve ASSP . Or give alternative option… my are pin code was 533577 Regards, VV
