Anilesh (@anilesh196) reported@JioCare The appointment used to postponed automatically with no representative being assigned the service was down for more than 2 days which hindered my workflow so I had to change the ISP. No use of rectifying the issue as the core issue was never been sorted.

I am repeatedly receiving the same "Temporary Network Congestion" SMS, but there is no resolution. My router and set-top box are showing offline in MyJio app and internet is not working at all.
