    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    @GTPL_Hathway I suggest to make necessary corrections to your service, or You may loose bunch of customers. as @reliancejio and @airtelindia fiber services has arrived last month in my area and will be active max by next month.

    @JioCare If TV does not support external connectivity, don't suggest buying a new TV to use with @reliancejio, it's easy to replace @reliancejio with another provider. think about this.

    @suniltsavalam @HathwayBrdband I too have the same issues so I removed the services and shifted to @reliancejio . Suggest you to remove Hathway asap.

    @JioCare I hv made payment through MY JIO APP for postpaid & received payment confirmation from JIO. Payment receipt not issued by JIO. I hd requested to call center they said we r not issuing payment receipt. Surprising that JIO is not issued payment receipt. Pathetic service.
