@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

@airtelindia I have purchased a Airtel 4g supported sim but looks like Airtel 4g is not working now due to bad network service.When are you planning to start 4g network so that we can use it.Please start it otherwise @reliancejio will get all customers as he is supporting 4g now.

@JioCare worse after sale service. My jio fibre has not been a activated though the fibre box is just near my door. Very poor and pathetic service. I want to cancel the order. Hope they refund the amount. How can be so laggish and incapable service.

@JioCare i am a old consumer of jio, and now i wanna try jio fiber service. But that shows 'that is not currently available in your area'. What should i do? I have 10-15 days remaining, if you can then start your service in our area, otherwise i have go for @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio @JioCare I have to say with sadness that even after my repeated complaints since 2016, my problem has not been corrected. Internet speed is too bad in our location, I complained many times about this but problem didn't resolve yet.

Very pathetic service by Jio Fiber. Raised a online complaint on MyJio App but the issue was not resolved. Hope to get a quick solution on this and expecting quick response going forward @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima
