    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The customer care service of Jio is worst,had opted for jio fiber 6 days back. The internet connection was never established. The maintenance guys never pick up the calls nor they come to repair. After numerous attempts to contact them finally surrendering

    24 hours and my internet is down for 96 hours now. Last week it was down for more than 72 hours due to unprofessional customer support of @JioCare. 7 days of no internet in my 30 days pack and it's been only 15 days yet.

    @JioCare Your answer is not yet all acceptable, if you're willing to provide new connection without asking deposit and deduct from my previous connection deposit,i don't have any issue take new connection.
