@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

@reliancejio Got Jio welcome offer two months ago, using iPhone 12 with iOS 16.3 but still not receiving Jio 5G network. As Jio already announced that Kolkata city under Jio 5G coverage, that means Jio 5G welcome offer is not true, just a publicity stunt.

Again same problem everyday after 12 internet is getting off i have ip camera for survelliance it wont work then @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its getting very frequent take the router i will apply for different broadband @JioCare .

@reliancejio Even after 15 days no welcome offer nothing, Jio incompetent team will even raise fake complaint and offer fake commitment n the name of 5G that will not get resolved till eternity, people in lko may switch to airtel 5G+ Vi or Bsnl as per area, for better service unlike fraud jio
