    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    Jio Always Say 4g But Provide 2G Only.. Jio Don't Give Customer Service For Complaints.... @JioCare @reliancejio I Have my recorded call For Jio Customer Service, but no Option For Customer care Call Option.. Call not connect... Always No Solution.. #Jio2g

    @Airtel_Presence But didn't show any tower work in your map. And no any service call from @Airtel_Presence so pls provide me any solution...if u don't solved my problem so pls inform I'm port my num in @reliancejio cozz coverage is good...so I'm clearly talk. But internet speed is not good in jio

    @JioCare I have been repeatedly trying to contact the people involved in my KYC and installation, but no one is taking ownership of the issue. Responses have been rude and unprofessional. If a service cannot be delivered, it should not be promised. Very disappointing experience.

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, Please arrange for a technical engineer to visit and check the issue on-site. This problem has been occurring for many months, and I am still experiencing very low speeds and frequent disconnections. I am extremely frustrated and need a permanent resolution.

    @JioCare If the order is already cancelled.. then why this much time taking for refund? Like this I am observing numbers of issues in social media. But u have the same set of answer. @khurpenchh @nshuklain

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Team, I receive absolutely no Jio network coverage inside my home; I have to step outside to make calls. Please resolve this issue; otherwise, we will be forced to port out the numbers of all our family members.

    @JioCare I buy plan of 100mbs and last 20 days in getting 5-10 mbps what is this ?? Are you people going to provide me extra 20 days which I loss due to ur bad services - I paid money for that. @
