@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

@JioCare its been 4 days I had problem with wifi router. Technician changed it and now no internet from 4 days. Called customer care 10 times they just say your requst will be resolved earliest, but don't know when? Requested for disconnection but it also don't work for me.Tired

@reliancejio I am a Reliance Jio Fiber and my office boss Arup Banerjee has treated me very badly One person was forcibly taken regination and one person was held hostage and that picture was posted. This is very bad behavior which makes our mental thoughts go in other direction

Total disappointment. Never thought that reliance jio would disregard its broadband customer. Had been using jio fibre for the last 15 months and suddenly faced network issues. Scheduled a service appointment but got no valid response even after 7 days. @reliancejio
