If Jio's systems cannot schedule a technician for nearly a week, that is a serious operational failure—not the customer's problem. Every missed apmt has been on Jio's side, without even a courtesy call.

Aarnav Gupta (@aarnavg17) reported@GauravGupta3786 @reliancejio “with my IR plan” is the key. Jio sucks without an IR plan as you won’t even get any bars. Airtel at least gives you bars, and until last year, they gave free incoming SMS too without any plan. I trust Airtel to have network in areas in China where even my HK SIM doesn’t get.
