  @altaf_abra53453 @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉

  @JioCare how to cancel internet connection. Your IVRS doesn't have any such option. Your app also doesn't have any such option. On call you keep on booking service engineer visit, which is not at all required. Reply fast, as I have to switch soon.

  @JioCare Ishveen, what's the update on SR00003C5U11 ? Y not use this equation of, Phone(support team + jio social media team + customer with issue > 1 month) = Any issue resolved can b used? How about using it to fix my issue
