Vikas Yadav🇮🇳 (@Mahaarathiii) reported@JioCare 1/3 Thank you for the response, but I am looking for a resolution, not a generic assurance. The issue has been ongoing since 9 June in Sikiya Narayanpur, Mirzapur 231305, with near 0 Mbps speeds and latency of around 2000 ms despite showing 5G coverage.
