    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    @JioCare we have got a number of network towers but no network. Everytime there's a power cut, the network goes off as well. Don't you guys have back up power to keep the network flowing? Worst service ever 🙄 better port out

    Wow, it has been almost 20 hours, but @JioCare @reliancejio didn’t give a damn on it. This is when the escalation made on social media where they must respond, imagine the suffering of people who aren’t on social media.
