    @JioCare But i have to vacate my home premise today… i have already informed this on my earlier communications …i have also informed that i will take fresh connection whenever i find a home in next city but a poor response from Jio may make you loose a loyal customer

    @JioCare Had a terrible experience with jio connection , will never recommend to any one. Slap on my face for choosing jio fiber @reliancejio @reliancegroup Need to train your field staff a lot

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber connection stopped working on 12 June, and your team has scheduled an engineer visit for 15 June. How is it acceptable for a customer to remain without internet for 3 days?

    @JioCare I am getting no internet connection issue with my wifi. When I make the call they are assisting me to do the dignosis. After doing all the steps the issue persists. When I called at 18008969999, I am not able to talk to the assistant as the call get disconnected.pls help
