Mahavir Hanuman Bhakt (@VeerHanumanOG) reported@JioCare tried to port in my airtel into Jio and was told by the showroom that a recharge is mandatory even before the porting can complete. What kind of policy is this? How will a customer get a refund if porting request is rejected.. Disappointed.
