@reliancejio plz close ur service the worse network provider in puri, odisha the employees at jio office aren't available to take the compalint regarding network issue and what a third grade of network is being provide since yesterday night 200times network had become nil..

@reliancejio I have ported 3 numbers from Vodafone to jio but it is very bad experience with me in Jio within a week. I was informed about same from others and came true. It is really big task to reach Jio customer care even though having portal, chat and calling options.

@JioCare @JioCare u never assist . u just refused to do by saying that it is a temporary issue. Temporary issue lasts more than 4-5 years according to jio. 9797381672 call on this. Bt unfortunately i dont think u'd be able to call me as d mobile network is required at receiver end too.

@JioCare To my surprise I have received a massage from JIO care that they have resolved my query and rate them for their prompt service, I don't know what to do now without visiting at my place how they shifted my connection and resolve my query that only JIO company know....

@BSNLCorporate I would like to port to @reliancejio however I am unable to send PORT request. I spoke to customer care of BSNL. He is very rude and hanged the call asking I have to pay 147 rupees to get the port message. Pathetic service why customer wants move away from BSNL.

@JioCare I sent all my details over DM. However I am not getting PORT message where BSNL is asking to recharge with 147 to get that message though I have the min balance. Would that be possible to port to Jio from BSNL with out the message?? BSNL customer care/service is very rude.
