    @JioCare i have a jio fiber connection at my home and it's not working for some reason. I was on my way to office and i saw jio technician working may be on a new connection, since they working my connection stopped working. Now they are left and I'm left with non working fiber

    I booked a request for door Activation (port Airtel to @JioCare) . He did all process for port after he was asking 339 money for porting number. I asked to him why he explained 239 for recharge & 100 for service and I denied him bt he wouldn't agreed to take only for recharge

    Dear @JioCare I had raised a Jio Fiber Installation request on 31st March and installation was supposed to happen today. My installation has been put on hold without any communication. And it is mentioned that customer has requested for an hold whereas I have nothing 2 do with it

    hey @reliancejio @RedmiIndia for some reason my sim hasn't been detected in my redmi 10 prime since yesterday tried it in a couple other devices, sim works without any issue I just tried another jio sim in my phone, even that's not detected.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but My Finger Print is showing blacklisted at Jio Store. You can help me with telling my IMEI number so I can lodge an FIR.
