@reliancejio Tryng 2 activate IR to Jio Sim in USA, Recharged with IR ,yet no calls(in/out) ,N/W is full though,contacted cust care, no support Provided in calls, Instead asking to migrate whatsapp num to jio number and then further support will be given..please help on this..

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Again called customer care for fake assurance but Mr Suraj Singh on 18008969999 called at 9:23am was very rude arrogant. Fake commitment fake assurance and now arrogant and rude also. Well done Jio keep going doing good job by treating customers such.
