    24 hours since service request raised SR00003BKVRT, whenever i gave call to customer support every time they said ek ghante mein ayega aadha gante mein ayega 2 gante mein ayega but engine is still not assigned lagta hain Jio ko ganta farak nahin padta customers ka @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its almost 3 days and JIo Fibre network is not working on PM Road, Vile Parle East. Can a solution be found? 3 days is too long a time to fix

    Hi @JioCare, my JioFiber has been down for 4–5 days. Complaint raised, zero response. Customer care is a joke—just an automated “engineer visit booked” message before disconnecting. Disconnect my connection. Request ID: SR00003BJSER. **** your service. I’ll go with other ISP.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I raised a Service Request 4 days ago for my Jio Fiber connection. Still no engineer is visiting. All of them are marking them as Hold saying door is locked. No one came to visit till now. What sort of service is this?

    @JioCare this jpeople r bunch of trater both for company & customer.immsjin how this team is fooling customer with computer generated ans. they confirm recving payment next day they disconnect,take back instrument in lue of jio air fiber. now manupulat with in & swalo Money ,there is law

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I've been using Jio AirFiber for over a year without any issues. Since yesterday, my router has been blinking red continuously and my Wi-Fi is not working. I work from home and urgently need this fixed. Please arrange a service engineer ASAP.
