    @reliancejio pls get your advisors trained for customer service before putting them on call.. I had called for a concern however that didnt get addressed but your advisor was very good at being sarcastic..

    @JioCare When will I get money back, as said by jio 14 days is over, Refund of security deposit will be processed on the above mentioned account within 7-14 days depending on the condition of the returned device. Engineer can help you out in checking the condition of the device.
