@Tushar_onelife The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

But I got no whereabouts the guy he is sending nor he contacted me, so this is the kind of lovely service you provide even before installation after already recieving the payment of the fiber. Better to opt for jio fiber. Refund my money.@reliancejio

@JioCare So what compensation yll providing for not providing 3 days internet access for which I already paid...I hv already complained against you for OTT app issue n now no internet..I'm suggesting you to pl return my advance paid amount alongwith 2500/- security deposit n installation.

@JioCare Ty for letting me know that my issue is being checked on priority !!! But does ur priority means 2 totally ignore my issue ?? No resolution provided yet... BTW my jio bill has ben generated.shld I pay d bill till ur guy comes to relocate which may take months I guess..??@TRAI
