@reliancejio @JioCare Hi Jio Team, I have ported my number to some other mobile operator because of network issues. As assured by @reliancejio that the security amount will be refunded after the disconnection. It's been 3 months but I haven't received my security amount.

@DoT_India Thanks ! Instead of delivering the commitment @reliancejio have blocked my number unable to reach the cust care . First request of relocation was registered on 9th Sept. But after so many failed commitment of 24hr 48 hr. still issue is unresolved.
