@JioCare very worst service from you guys. Buyed e-sim your executive come to my home for activation and kyc. Idk what he is doing first of he dont know how to do it kyc actvate sim. He wast 2hr of me then anyhow he did nowno service its more than 48hr.

@JioCare - JIO Promises seamless Services but actually it is Crap Services. SMS also does not work & the incompetent Customer Care on IVR have No clue for last 15 days. People please don't buy JIO , The only take money & Services are ZERO.

Reliance offered 5g in chennai and i stay in prime location of chennai Nungambakkam area but here i am not getting 5g why reliance is faking customers something is not available no use with customer care poor service #jio #RelianceJio
