@JioCare my service SR000017USO4 has not been completed after repeated reminders to pick the hardware and return my 2500/- deposit. This is really bad service from Jio and will not go a long way. I am really frustrated and no one is helping including your appellate team

I just switched to jio like not even a month ago and using internet is almost impossible on it I called the customer care they clearly told me the area I'm in is not covered and there is nothing they can do about it It will be a problem if you go to place like this
