    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Dear team, JIO give bad service on IR Pack activation, I had a hope that once I had done the recharge everything will be fine , I will connect with my family, since 2 days I am trying to connect with all the customer service no one responsive , &still the same problem I facing

    @JioCare The problem of low speed is still there. No improvement whatsoever. It feels like we are running a dial up connection. Kindly close our connection and refund the remaining amount.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Customer care ensured that local engineer will callback and do the installation but no response after 4 days. For every request to get processed, we have to call 100 times. #Jio is Least bothered to retain its customers. #Ambani

    @JioCare what pathetic service at Naupada,Thane store. After 8 pm they straight away deny services to customers stating that biometrics is not working and other silly excuses. Why have a store when executives are trained to send customers back rather than helping @TRAI pls help

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Being active Jiouser, experiencing worst internet last few months,worsening daybyday team failed to fix,even not able to load pages,Jio only for call,For internet used to choose Airtel or BSNL, complained many times not working Area 757016 CNR Bank #jio
