    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Still no resolution. Instead of resolving the issue, your team is just playing the email game. I'm paying for the service every month but I'm not able to use it properly due to frequent disconnections. Either fix it immediately or process my cancellation and refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints. If the installation is not completed immediately, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline. Please take urgent action.

    @jiocareindia @reliancejio It's been a week we are have been following up with the jio team, utter negligence. Same scripted response we are getting everytime we call them and the complaint is being closed everytime we raise without even consent and no engineer visit. Refer complaint number - SR00003ARCA7

    @JioCare Your technician connected my JioFiber device to another customer's connection during a new installation in my building. Since then, my WiFi is not working. Multiple complaints raised, but no resolution. Please fix this urgently. #JioFiber @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare I have put in my service request to get the JioFiber connection installed at my place with number 9716060564 but it isn't installed yet and no one even visited. Kindly check and get my connection installed on priority basis.

    There is no mechanism in Jio Air Fibre to raise a concern. They have a bot with fixed replies and just nobody to actually address the problems. @JioCare @reliancejio
