    @JioCare Is Nelson a human or a bot? Just replying with set templates can't solve a problem! I'm complaining about unilateral rescheduling and the attitude of your service staff and you are advising again to follow those things as per My Jio ! ****** advise indeed !

    @JioCare The 5g network at my location is pathetic. It barely works like 4g. I can't do a basic video call to my family. Tell me what is the definition of 5g and the speed I can expect. Your myjio app says enjoy 5g issue resolved. And by what standards you charge that much

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have given complaint number of SR000034LZT for our out of order JioFiber. Parvez Khan Quresh, the technician, has been dealing with the fault for two days. He is not responding. My kids need to work for their online exams. Please help. 9560316262

    @JioCare Req ID: NO0001CYC682 — Paid ₹3536 in advance after being misled. Technician refused installation (no ports). No response on refund despite follow-ups. Issue full refund + 10% interest immediately or I escalate legally.

    Pathetic customer service by Jio. Even the direct LAN connection is not working. I called customer service yesterday, only to be told by the customer care representative to restart the WiFi router, which was a completely senseless solution. @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI (2)
