    @JioCare seems like you block users after registering their issue and tagging it 'solved' closing the service tracker. I haven't recieved any response from @JioCare since days. Is is really okay to trust such a brand with high reputation doing these kind of jokes? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why are you not providing me the OTP like other requests? once the request is completed, i will give them the otp. My work is being affected because of all this issues.

    @JioCare Hi Team, The issue was never about slots. I received regular calls but the technicians refused to come. This is primarily because the person who came to book the connection has filled the address section wrongly, as such there is mismatch in your system

    @JioCare You guys really need to pick your support team man. It's pathetic to say in a soft manner. I have raised multiple service requests on the service interruptions for the last 1 month, but no response. I have raised the requests to deactivate but still no response. PATHETIC

    Been struggling with #JioFiber internet issues for the last 7 months. Multiple complaints and support interactions, but still no permanent resolution. Several users in my area are facing the same problem. SR00002L6U88 was raised, but we need an actual long-term fix now. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioHotstar I bought the ₹949 Jio 2GB 84-day plan on 16th May 2026,which includes jiohotstar subscription as well,but JioHotstar is asking me to subscribe again,It’s already included in my recharge plan but subscription shows unsubscribed.Resolve this issue on priority

    @SagarPrabhas141 @JioCare is too worse brother. Same issue I faced. Already paid amount until May 20 in March for broadband. Again they charged me in April. When mailing them. No proper response. When calling customer care. No proper response. @reliancejio
