Very very very pathetic lame disgusting ridiculous service of @reliancejio in Pune! Asking for #jiofiber installation since 3 months and i haven't got it yet, the jio team here just keeps postponing, looks like @reliancejio really doesn't want any more customers.

@reliancejio My Jio Fiber is not working over the past 2 months. Have complained many times and there has been no permanent solution. Thus from January, I have stopped recharging. My jio number is +33 35902386. It is disappointing to see such pathetic customer service from Jio.

@ManishT03639238 @reliancejio Please cancel it as soon as possible and hope u get ur refund back. Same thing happened with me and am waiting for a refund from 20 days. Very pathetic service. Don't use any of the jio platforms. Local service providers are much better. @JioCare pathetic service u have
