    @JioCare Is this your world class service????? If such then we have it. As it is we have lost almost 1 week without it and again from today morning onwards this issue. Who will bear this amount?

    @Portfolio_Bull Can someone do it for @reliancejio ? They are just as bad. Service requests/ complaints keep getting marked as resolved even though no one ever visits . My connection has been down for over six days in spite of repeated escalations !

    @JioCare we are a jio air fibre user. Currently we have seen 1 new app, LIVE TV+ in our monitor. We assumed this app will help us to view FIFA WORLD CUP 2026. But regret to inform you that the app could not be activated. Do something to enable us to view W CUP N Bhattacharjee

    @JioCare Very disappointed with your service. I paid for a 6-month Wi-Fi plan under an offer that promised a ₹300 voucher, but I still haven't received it. I've fulfilled my part of the offer, why hasn't the voucher been provided? Please resolve this issue ASAP.
