    @JioCare My father was not getting any call on his jio number. Regarding this when he tried to reach ur customer care, the agent misbehaved and force him to cut the call. As call ends several otps flooded on jio number from website like meeso, Apolo, baju etc that he never requested

    And even making calls is tough, call drops within 2 min if I call @JioCare @reliancejio mobile number. It takes minutes to download image of 30-40 kb size. Do u have enough technical calibre to fix this..?? @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Why the installation is put on hold and how much time is need for the installation? With your response shall I assume that your services are too bad? You providing such type of bad services to the customers?

    I'm repeatedly complaining that I am not receiving any SMS for OTPs & from banks or any other institutions ?Not activated DND service. But no one from your side is solving my issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. If this the quality of your service I will shift to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @MIB_India @Anurag_Office As per the attached flyer and the OTT subscription details shemaroo me is an stand alone OTT service which i have paid for. As per the above comments i understand you guys are giving incorrect information to customer.

    @JioCare You guys have already taken 2 months, Give me a date by which I will get a resolution i.e Service for 2 years for the amount taken by your Sales guys. Don't send empty responses-We are checking etc.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup JIO FIBER HAS THE WORST SERVICE FOR CONNECTING TO CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE. PEOPLE CAN'T COMPLAIN REGARDING ANYTHING JUST BOTS WHICH YOU CAN CHAT WITH, WHICH IS ALSO NOT HAVING FULL LIST OF QUERIES.
