    which is nowhere close to the promised speed. Even basic usage is affected. I raised a complaint, but received a generic “connection refreshed” response with no actual resolution. This clearly shows poor service quality and lack of accountability.@JioCare @reliancejio

    I rescheduled it again, and you AGAIN pushed it to 14 April. Do you people even care about customers or is this how you run your service—by wasting people’s time? And what’s worse—your customer care is USELESS. Calls are getting disconnected automatically. Fix this @JioCare 2/2

    @JioCare i have had enough of your drama. It's been 5 months since I have raised the concern. Because of the greed of sales and installation guys, I'm suffering. I was promised a refund in the month of January for failed service delivery and I have shared my bank details thrice.

    @JioCare your store is only denying to replace my stolen sim card saying can't replace other circle sim in Delhi .what service you guys are providing? I replaced airtel sim also , it was done hassel free and when I went to jio store they denied simply

    3/6 I chased @JioCare multiple times (call drops, repeating my story endlessly, fake escalations). Out of nowhere, I got a cancellation SMS I never requested. Reason later given: "installation not feasible at location." Then WHY was KYC done on-site? Why was my money taken?

    @JioCare Very disappointed with your service. For the last three months I have been paying full monthly charges but facing frequent connectivity issues almost daily. Every time your team gives the same excuse of an outage, yet the problem is never permanently resolved.
