    @JioCare Hi Chhavi, this area has a monopoly of a certain service provider whose service quality has worsened over the year. A lot of consumers are looking for a change and you guys might as well get a lot more customers than expected, so it would be really great if you guys hurry up.

    @JioCare disgusting service by Jio. Feeling disappointed to be a part of this service. Request to all, never be a part of Jio. U will repent all yr life wasting yr valuable money for Recharge which u can never use.

    @JioCare Technician came and said that it’s with the old router which doesn’t support this speed asked to upgrade to 999 plan to get the new router . Meanwhile am getting 20 mbps to 30 mbps .. crap .

    @nikhil_c95 @JioCare I tried to call @JioCare customer support multiple times and the response is "Sorry sir issue will be solved in 2 hrs". Then don't even tell approximately when the connection gets resolved. Also their messages are total bogus.

    @JioCare Also for other Jio Fiber customers...in case you are facing similar issues then you can use TP-Link wifi adapter (high gain) AC1300 for your 2.4Ghz band only laptop as I am using it for 2 days and it is working well. Just heats up alot but comes with a 3 year warranty.

    @JioCare Jio network is my area is the slowest of alll, please look into it, i cannot even browse in google chrome
