    @reliancejio @JioCare The network quality in our location (Atpukuri Nayhat) has become extremely poor lately. Constant call drops and barely any internet speed. Please fix this frustrating situation immediately.

    Team, I had installed JioAirFiber last month on 14th July. I was told that you will get unlimited data for one month but it got over today on 4th. I talked to the service team and they said nothing can be done, these are false promises. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Habiba thanks for writing you were 1st person whom I explained my refund issue 2.5+ month back & still waiting. Pls get this issue closed in couple days. At times I feel like you guys ain't so sure also of resolution that's y not confident to give me no. of days

    @JioCare Fed up with frequent disconnect and no internet thing. Called customer care and requested a visit by the engineer and she kept insisting to restart router (which I did several times since a few days). She instead suggested to close the connection @airtelindia cn u help?
