    @JioCare It been 325+ days giving feed back related to recharge on emails Regarding "pre on post" recharge is not possible to do from paytm and Amazon while postpaid and prepaid are easily done No improvement in app regarding this and no attention given to customer feedback

    but nothing till now. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare wake up Jio. My service ids are SR000012YGOQ and SR000012XJHZ. I don’t expect this tweet will make a huge difference in service, thought I just wrote and it’s time to change the provider to Airtel.

    @reliancejio worst customer support for their jio fiber user. I applied for new connection paid installation fees but in 11 days no one have contacted for the connection. Their customer care have no clue and when I asked for refund ,I am yet to get any. Please don't opt for jio

    @AJIOLife pathetic 😶#WTH can’t sort orders and deliver a wrong size, 4 which I cannot place a exchange so i had to sit an hour waiting for customer care to do it and upload/scan 🏷 now comes the delivery guy with no 😷 says product not matching and cannot even wait @reliancejio

    @JioCare is not taking any step to prevent #wangiri or #OneRing scam to safeguard its customer's interest. Instead it has deducted Rs.45 from my talktime. Pls disable all outgoing international calls from my number. I've DM you. @jagograhakjago @consaff
