    @reliancejio I am activating IR pack for first time. I am not connected to Jio network as I am currently in Germany. How to proceed further so that i can get Jio network in Germany???

    @JioCare After many complain, there is no respond from @JioCare. The network is very poor, internet is too slow and also voice is not clear during the voice call. Without verification of the area, they are always asking absurd questions.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is there a way we can raise complaint about poor coverage, the way @airtelindia has. Oberoi commerz II at Goregaon East Mumbai is a big commercial hub but with almost 0 jio network coverage. Every time a phone comes one must go near window pane. do something

    Letter few days completion of plan 3month period call recieved to pay the bill of billing cycle 17th july to 20th july as to complete billing cycle . After that customer care told me there is no such plan exist as promishedbyMr.Robin.@reliancejio @DigiAnalysysInd @consumerforum_

    contactd custmr support 4 help wthout my permission&saying anythng advisor transferred my call& it's been now 30 mintes no one is thre to help me.such a poor & pathetic custmer srvice.I want 2 disconnect my no.and move to Airtel now.I hope you guys can help me with it. #JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare hi, I m a regular user of Jio Fibre. Usually i recharge my account with 999 plan but this month, by mistake I recharged my account with 699 plan. Call center agent said upgrade is not possible, I have to wait for a month. Pl help to upgrade
