    Facing continuous red light & internet disconnect issues on JioAirFiber for nearly 20 days. Multiple complaints & technician visits done, still no permanent fix. Technician also stopped responding. Paying for ₹3333 active plan. Need urgent resolution & compensation. @JioCare

    @JioCare Issue is not permanently resolved, no technician come to resolve neither I got any call to help. How poor service you provide with Jio fiber is known to Whole India and how badly you are looting us. Other service provider at least come to location and visit to check

    @JioCare since 4 month and since 1 month also dm explained what issue I am facing joinjio related again team asking.sometime repeat 🔁 same message since 4 month technical support assistant visit 3 time he said he is not understanding issue 4 months waste my time in dm
