    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 3 months of request for optical fiber in my area,even the optical cables are available in my area,still no one cares to call and provide connection, worst service,wasting our time and testing patience

    @JioCare Why don't you provide the minimum standard speed under 4G.. most of the times the dload speed is less than 1 Mbps n upload speed of less than 0.1 Mbps which is horrible.. please let us know if u can't do it then we'll not recharge Ur jiofi

    @JioCare I'm not sure staying in Gurgaon sector 62, which is my home to your network distance between minimum 200 meters only. But day per day your network very sick. Why not you changing equipment on require basees

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I'm not able to access internet as previous since last 1 month, for that i have informed the same to support team several time by call and chat but there is no resolution. Mobile data work only when i'm connected in call. My neighbors also have same issue
