    @JioCare What horrible service you offer.I am unable to watch a few channels. The local service guys told me to give a complaint. The lady I was connected to on the service number did not have even the basic knowledge to talk on the issue. Can you send technician to sort out this

    Hello @JioCare, red light is continuously blinking in my #JioFiber router & not working. Called customer care but they say due to lockdown technician cannot visit home before the lockdown ends. Also the same technicians are coming daily for registering new customers. #Mumbai 1/2

    @JioCare Very poor response for order number NO0000H8D3TZ. Rescheduled installation several times. Very difficult for a front line worker to get off from his duty for various rescheduled installation requests in present situation.

    And always got the same answer that due to high traffic it is happening will resolve in some time (they don't care what ever your work is on that time for me it's online studying ) but they cannot solve this issue through other means. Shame on you @JioCare for your biasdness .

    . @reliancejio @JioCare is the worst service provider, I have ever used, for more then four years, I have been complaining about my slow internet speed in my area, although the main purpose of using internet for me is for study 📚✏ purpose but they don't care about this things.

    Hi @JioCare , It's 2nd time raising the same issue from Yesterday (28/04/2021) my internet has shut down on JIO-FIBER number -> 912079611874 from last 16 Hours I am working in IT so I need high speed internet Please resolve this issue before 3 PM today

    I am going to port my all family members jio number to VI Airtel nowonwards and also gonna suggest other ppl to use VI and Airtel After given do many complaints about thisNo one does anything The problem is the same Im very dissapointed with the working of jio @JioCare #trashjio
