    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi,we are working from home. I purchased new sim card of jio,bcoz airtel is not working properly. But now jio is also not working. Ghar ke pass network tower hone ke baad bhi.500 m hardly. Ab recharge nhi karoonga

    @reliancejio/@JioCare its better to retire a service like "Live Chat" in your app when its of no use. I was never able to get an agent online to check on the issue, then why to have the feature whem its of no help to the customer. #JustAsking #JioFiber

    It's been more than 7 days till now @JioCare had not resolved my issues. Very poor customer service. Not expected from @reliancejio . No one is giving perfect solutions. Everyone in customer service department is confused what solution they will provide. Horrible

    @JioCare I am Unable To Browse Internet from 21st March 9am, I have Raised phone Complaint , Many Times Technician Visited and Said they  cant fix my issue. Recharge is not an issue ,  Wire Has been Disconnected Long Time ago. I hope i will get Proper Reply Jio Fiber-9144-79687989

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jio app shows an unknown number attached to my profile. I called that number and confirmed he is not related to me by any medium, can you please fix this asap
