Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

KYC done, marked active, yet ZERO physical installation and zero communication for over a week! Your helpline is completely helpless and openly admits they can't even do anything.

After recharging, they now say the problem still exists and I must wait 6 months. No refund given. This is unfair and against basic consumer rights. #Jio #ConsumerRights
