2/2 Called again today to raise a complaint and was given a number that turned out to be only for verification, not complaints. No issue logged, no accountability. @JioCare this experience has been really frustrating. Please look into this and provide an actual resolution.

@JioCare i’m facing a problem with my wifi router it blinks red all the time and only for few minutes it appears green i tried jiocare they only responds is that temporary service interruption in my area but i asked other people near my area they are not facing the same problem.

@JioCare @reliancejio My Number 8075684022 , I’m currently roaming in Qatar and my network signal disconnects frequently. This is causing major inconvenience, as I need my line active to receive OTPs, and important messages, Please check the issue and reconnect/stabilize my roaming network service as soon as possible.
