@JioCare Request SR00001HVTGD closed without proper fix. Technician didn't visit, informed over call that the issue was somewhere else, promised that fix is done, asked for OTP and closed the ticket. @Airtel_Presence lagwa lu kya?

@JioCare If at all engineers show up tomorrow (Since they have not shown up for the past 2 appointments) and resolve it,i will confirm and be grateful that it was resolved at least after escalating, still believe that @JioCare @reliancejio can truly do better in terms of customer service

So I recharged my #JioFibre on 13th Feb 2023 via my Jio app for the tune of ₹3.5k. Turns out, @reliancejio has recharged SOMEONE ELSE'S number and now refuses to accept their mistake and the customer care cuts the call on the face when asked about the same. @JioCare
