    @JioCare @samAbaddon I am already a subscriber of jio fiber and prepaid card but do not agree with the speed of your network, in the name of 4g, 2g speed is available, even fiber does not work well, how can we agree with you?

    @JioCare service request number is SR0000168MW6. Not fixed even after 24h, no appointment was scheduled and customer care keeps stalling for 24h more. Pathetic service.

    My jiofiber installation with order id. NO0000I9WQHU is pending for more than a week now, stating technical issues. @JioCare not able to communicate with any of your executives at all, no replies to emails. Cancel my order and refund my money asap. @reliancegroup @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima Not get resolution till 12 August after booking new Jio fiber, every day got new meg of extension of installation, customer care even on Twitter says, we are working but not get any resolution yet.
