    @JioCare I have a query regarding return of Jio broadband modem. I have promised that 1500 of caution deposit will be returned anytime if i cancel my connection. But customer support executive was telling only 500 will be refunded if i cross free trial period of 30 days. Pls help

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I recharged my JiO fiber plan for 6 months where I was supposed to get one month free data subscription which I didn't got. Your customer care ask me 45 days time to resolve this issue but even After expiry of 45 days issue is still pending.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why Your Agra`s Nodal Officer as Not Replied My Email. It`s Been 24 Hours Being Sent. Is This Type Of Management You Have. Just Like This Your Head Office Is Also Not Listening to My Issue and Only Suggesting to Wait More Time. This Is Not Fair Reliance JIO.
