  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service in Chennai (West Mambalam). My relocation request raised on May 16, 2026 was cancelled without any intimation, and I have received no response to multiple emails so far. This level of service is unacceptable. #jiofiber

  @JioCare Reply sent and u can check the previous chat history also. I downgraded my plan from 100mbps to 30 mbps for this reason only as I was hardly getting a speed of 10 mbps and now the internet speed is down in single digits.
