    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare How much time you will take to resolve a SERVICE REQUEST... Already more than a week paased and not given resolution.... I think you will take atleast a month or year for the resolution of a service request.... Very shameful service provided by the Reliance Jio Fibre team....

    2nd internet outage in 3 days! @JioCare @reliancejio SR00002LTRXG still unresolved. I'm helpless—this is hurting me financially & mentally. 5 years on JioFiber: the first 3 were exceptional, but the last 2 have been horrible. Please fix this. #JioFiber

    Jioairfiber service is the worst. It's been 2 days WiFi services were disconnected. No proper response from the customer care. @JioCare

    @JioCare My JioFiber cancellation request (Order No: NO0001DOIVNS) was supposed to be completed and refunded by 9 June, but it’s still pending. Customer support keeps giving false assurances and asking me to wait 24–48 hours.Please stop the excuses and process my refund ASAP.
