    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Jio's network has become terrible; I've faced so many issues lately that I had to recharge with Idea instead. Does Jio not care about its customers at all? Customers are suffering significant losses because of Jio. It's totally cheap by Jio.

    @JioCare it is very difficult to receive any service from Jio when overseas. Virtual agents are useless. Made selection for English speaking agent few times but received only Hindi speaking agent.🥵. JioCare is unable to resolve simple issue related to Plan😡

    @JioCare Its not even resolved on calls nor on DMs. What is the “earliest”? Give me a timeline Everytime I call someone, it’s always something different update. I call everyday with no resolution. Don’t test my patience

    No power = Complete communication blackout in Pangri-Nanded-431606! @Airtel_Presence dies instantly without battery backup. Switched to @JioCare hoping for a fix, but there is NO usable network either. 1,200+residents left helpless during outages. Urgent fix needed! @TRAI

    @JioCare dear Jio my 4 complaints have fallen on deaf ears. no resolution. No complaint number given in sms or email and every time it starts afresh. Very poor service. Not expected this poor response from your technical team. My connection is through my mob number 8788801876
