    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Received a message at 8.11 pm on 13th confirming that service request number SR000032UOT5 Is resolved. However it is still not resolved. Jio just fools clients.

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare my issue is since installed i didn't get network like it shows green light but network not working, my technician team said that this is the backend network team side issue because they didn't activate my airfiber. Kindly look into this my issue and resolve it my issue

    @reliancejio I am making payment through Jio Payment Bank, it is saying that there is no limit and there is no option in the application to check the limit. Is there any problem in the server?
