Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@reliancejio @JioCare #Jio #JioFiber Seems Jio has more than sufficient customers, because they don't seem to care resolving issues. Don't know about there SLA, but I am living without internet for past 8 days, thanks to Team Jio.

@JioCare Jio team sleeping tight....it's almost a month...u guys have taken monye for jio connection...no results...no installation....no one reach out to address the issue....sleep well...ZERO results pathetic people
