Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID 1243638613 in your area. Services are likely to get restored by 26-02-2022 08:41 AM. This time will keep on increasing.this is usual @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Service ID is already provided if you take the pains to read (assuming you are literate). Quality & customer focused companies don’t need anything other than service ID to understand the concern. Thanks for proving yourself & your company otherwise!

@JioCare the services in my area are again pathetic. Internet speed is too low. 5G pe jaane ka kya faayda agar ab bhi 2G jaisi speed mil rahi he to. These telecome companies are fraud and making fool out of common people. They charges hefty amounts from u but services r too bad

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence In my area jio's network is too much pestilential, I complaint many times but not any improvement. I can't download any attachment from mail and not run a video. Will you fix the problem or I can port to another provider?

Refund pending since almost 2 months. Even the APPELLATE team isn't providing any resolution. Can someone pls look into this ?? @JioCare #JioFiber #WorstCustomerService
