Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

Eventually, frustrated with @JioCare i decided to port out of Jio and downgrade my plan to 199 and informed @JioCare that i will not be paying the bill for the month which includes the charges for Amazon prime membership linked to jio as the service has abruptly stopped by JIO

@reliancejio Hi, i am an existing Jio Postpaid customer since 2021. However, i don't have a Set Top Box. Can I get the free set top box if i opt for the Entertainment package? Or do i have to pay for the set top box?

@JioCare Unable to receive calls on 5G sim. And jio care is not able to resolve this. They end the chat saying it's an issue from my side. Worst service !!!

They told me that the service was stopped by @reliancejio and they will be happy to resume service once they have entitlement id for the Jio linked Amazon prime subscription.
