Despite accepting our request no one has visited so far or made a all to us for the request.. I was keep trying to connect with you're customer care which seems never exist before,A pathetic experience from Jio.

Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.
