    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , Please help as your representative took away my devices . This is a serious matter. I submitted request to close my Jio connection and gave back my wifi and setup devices but my devices not submitted yet to jio office

    Four days, two reschedules from your engineer. One promise from your escalation team that this’ll get resolved today and still no resolution @JioCare. @nch1915 for a recourse since there’s been no resolution post an escalation.

    @JioCare Already send a DM. Stop this public posturing . You never extended or paid back for all previous outages either. Just because you are too big doesn't mean you should get away from theft.

    hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I am not sure if it is on purpose that you don't provide option to have a call with agent. We need to talk to real people for issues. I want to close JioAirFiber connection. Please tell me the process.
