Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@JioCare This num 9345642098 who spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

@JioCare @reliancejio My jio no is 7974667639. I have recharged the number 2 months back for 84 days. But my sim is not working and for 2 months I am following with customer care and local Jio centers but not get any help. Nor they have replaced my Sim. pls look in to this matter

@JioCare @consumerforum_ @forum_consumer Fraud by Jio Fiber. Installed new connection and promised to refund whole amount Rs. 2500 if not satisfied with services within 30 days. But on disconnection before 30 days, Rs. 1000 deducted. JIO Fiber service ID 300382097216.

My @reliancejio connection is a joke. My internet is not working and I’m paying 1500 a month. I’m getting better internet connectivity with a hotspot. Even the engineers aren’t fixing it and i haven’t been able to use my connection properly for a week now @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
