@JioCare Service department I have visited they not allowed me he given person number. I have contact the person he told he will call me back. Since 56days over not able to do any thing. Out of 56days hope 34days is lockdown people as to consider this.

@JioCare Your customer care told me over phone that I will get 98 Rs (14 days uld pack) free as offer if I recharge any unlimited pack worth 129/329 Rs etc.I recharged with 329 Rs unlimited pack but not received the free 98 Rs (14 days pack) unlimited pack as promised.Check DM

@reliancejio @JioCare Really You are Giving the Worst Network. Day by day the net speed is getting Slow . if It's only for traffic Issues and bad Network You are Responsible for this because we're paying for good Network Even Downloading speed is only 100 -200 Kbps .

@JioCare @JioCare should try to help the customer, but not to take their eligible offers. And this voucher concept was removed after my plan activation, which is a good thing, voucher concept itself is confusing. Based on the user choice, validity change should happen from your backend.

@JioCare very froud network. It just takes lot of money and doesnt provides good network. Also when i called in jio help care they didnt connected my call to the invigilator. I think i have to change my network now that is tge only option left.
