Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@reliancejio @ranveerbrar @jiotvplus I contacted an employee of Jio and found out that Jio did not pay money to some country so Jio's SIM is not being registered. It is not the fault of Costmer This problem belongs to Jio SIM company. Do the solution as soon as possible

@JioCare Hi I took a new JIO Fiber connection and disconnected old Since 5 days i am getting a msg that they will come but no one comes to take the old box and give my refund. Extremely disappointing . Very bad experience. SR000013CWY3

@JioCare My network is suffering since morning. Tried all numbers 198,199, 1991,all toll free nos live chat, helloJio.Every service is redirecting other one. Tried so many times. Frustrated as h*ll. At least show some decency to have a 24*7 service.
