Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@Airtel_Presence Y r u replying here when u don't want to send any person for rectifying the issue. @airtelindia #AirtelDown already DMed u. M not gng to pay the bill until u rectify the issue. No late payment charges also.If u put in the bill. @reliancejio is not here else we cud have taken it.
