Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@TSP_KamaalKhan I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare Yesterday had a word one of customer care executive Rahman and he said I am assigning another knowledgeable technician and he will re-visit by 6 to 7 but no technician has come, again in the morning I called to the customer care and had a word with any shruti and she confirmed
