    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare This is extremely frustrating. An engineer was assigned again, but nobody has actually visited or resolved my JioAirFiber issue. I have been waiting for days with repeated false assurances and no proper service.

    @JioCare It’s been 1 full day since your last response. What is the actual resolution? Pls don’t say “still processing” or “we’ll get back to you soon.” I’ve heard this repeatedly for days. Give me the current status, action taken, and a firm resolution date. Enough of the generic replies

    @JioCare Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with @reliancejio at this point. What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date. All this trouble just to get a SIM. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Please look at the whole case why your engineer visit my house on first place when it was working perfectly i did not raise any complaint and then suddenly your engineer visits my home and messed up with out unit and now its not working at all #customerServiceFail

    @reliancejio please prove digital life , just wanted to work from home for 2 weeks because of personal emergency , could not even attend a single meeting since last two days . If this is the reality of your service then I wonder how will we achieve digital life in India

    @JioCare I have already tired that. I have called ur person who installed he told me the part which gives signal is damaged. If this issue not fixed I have to file FIR, I'm facing this since the day I installed ur wifi. Highly disappointed
