    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    I purchased a new @reliancejio SIM from a #Jio Store, but the number is still linked to the previous user's WhatsApp and bank accounts. This is a serious privacy concern. I want to surrender this SIM and receive a refund, but the store manager is refusing to help. @JioCare @TRAI

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Regarding Slow Internet Speed I am facing very slow internet speed on my Jio number. The internet is not working properly despite good signal Kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible. This is a recurring problem.
