    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Dear JioFiber, your technicians seem more interested in getting the OTP than actually fixing the issue. This is unacceptable. Customers need solutions, not complaints being closed as a formality. Please take accountability and resolve the issue.
