    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    Horrible experience with @JioCare. Over 2-months of runaround for a simple duplicate payment issue. Installed Jio-fiber - June 5. Paid twice by mistake. Reached out via email multiple times starting June 6. Issue unresolved yet. No complain no generated. @reliancejio. Details👇

    @JioCare Internet sooo good i can't even send a WhatsApp message. I save 1.5GB out of 2GB daily data. India's fastest 5G network indeed. @reliancejio

    @JioCare what is this behaviour ?? I placed order for a JioHome and paid for it after KYC was done by your executive at my place and then no one even contacted once for installation or activation and it's been 2 days ?? Is this a joke or Whatt ?? Poor customer connection

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @TRAI Even no response in customer cares they disconnected my call without proper answer.. if we not paid single day after due they will disconnect but last 3 days am paying jio for no network. Even some time customer care team telling my area team not responding to them also

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very poor Jio 5G internet speed in my area. Although 5G is showing on my phone, the internet speed is extremely slow and the network signal is also weak. Please check 5G network 🛜 in my area #Jio5G #JioCare #NetworkIssue
