    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber down since last 3 days, service request raised that put on hold by Jio saying "customer asked for reschedule ". Called customer care to inform that no hold from our side. Again appointment scheduled for this morning, again no show.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber what is the way to connect with you guys? My internet in office is not connecting from past 2 days. You are rescheduling it yourself. And when we call to customer care , it says we send you the link , you can schedule it from there. Rourkela

    How u ppl rescheduld it for 12-15 days nd then fixed all messages sent by u is with me now u ppl tell me due to ur bad service and carelessness i didn't used internet having recharge plan 4 that I paid now explain hw u will compensate my loss of 15-16 days @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet speed is practically zero in Bhalukdubi, Goalpara. Pages aren't loading and calls are dropping. Is there a tower issue here? Please fix this network slowdown.

    @JioCare @Satya0296 Satya, don't go ahead with this as there is no customer care exist here. Nobody responds on call emails etc. Once you area a customer. Life will be HELL... Going through the same to get my refund back...
