    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @Rahulg54l @JioCare @TRAI It's better then waiting for engineers, take your device and submit this nearby service center. And take all details about your refund with proof. Because they give multiple statements don't believe without any proof.

    @JioCare Shame on management. Thirdclass Network Provider. @JioCare is talking about 5G but their current 4G network is thirdclass. 2G is faster than their 4G. no issue resolution since 4 years. That is why people prefer to pay more mony to Airtel because jio network is worst.

    @JioCare Please provide me process to refund my deposit. It's been more than 50 hrs I'm not getting Fiber service. I want to switch @airtelindia in Ranchi. If u can't fix the problem in 50 hrs in Ranchi then u need to pack ur bag . worst customer support @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare Thanks for making me realize how big mistake I have done by using Jio since almost more than 5 years. Immediately I'll switch to other mobile and broadband network. And also encourage my friends to switch from Jio. You lost 1 customer for 1000 rs.

    @aroonkhuriyal @reliancejio The sorry state of #jiofibercare (@JioCare) is appalling. Customer care does not to much apart from rescheduling the visit. The technician never visits and when he does all he says is - he cannot do anything about it. And then they start dodging my calls

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a worst service you guys are providing to customer? I hv recharged my jio no. On 23rd july with ₹.395 for 84 days but my plan got expired 3 days back, so can you let me know how you are doing calculation?
