    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare My JioFiber data got over so I recharged again instead of buying an add-on thinking it wud start a new cycle..but you’re still asking me to buy an add-on for a plan expiring tomorrow... Tweeted twice already no help yet. Please fix this

    Hi, Internet connectivity has been very poor since last night in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (201014). Data speeds are extremely slow and services are frequently disconnecting. Please investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you. @reliancejio @JioCare @Jiodelhi

    Very good offer in jio postpaid but i tried twice to do porting to jio but what a level of customer service they have no one knows about the plan executive told me you have to recharge after 28 days i mean in postpaid? Confusing security deposite @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @CMODelhi We have lodged a complaint SR00002LGIAC on 04th June but it isn’t resolved yet. But they has closed this call w/o providing solutions & still internet isn’t working. In today’s era everyone is dependent on internet. Worst service

    @JioCare Whole month I sent atleast 40-50 emails . Location where i live even 2G service is not working. Pls πŸ™ do not treat us like illiterate. I will not recharge unless you compensate for Rs 700 which i paid for 2 sims. In 2026 you are offering 2G service and charging for 5G service.
