@JioCare i know your app is saying that we are facing difficulty....there is a hotspot near me ...i used it daily but now its not showing up even in app....there is someone fishy plz solve my issue is jionet on maintenance ??

@reliancejio SR0000166B3Y recorded yesterday. Called up multiple times requesting urgent help as work was getting impacted. Yet to hear anything despite a committed resolution of 11.47 am today. No enginner has called, no status update. Why is it so difficult to service requests

@JioCare This is how you are resolving my issue, one your customer service agent is calling me and asking me about my data services. Your agent doesn't even know what is my issue ! So you are just trying to do formalities here and not at all working on the actual issue. Jio services Sucks

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber My JioFiber trial period has ended on 8th August, 2021. I want a complete refundable installation deposit (Rs. 1500/-) back and you can take your equipment back. I am not at all happy with JioFiber and how they treat their customers.
