    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @Rajesh1993arma @reliancejio You are not alone,my device pick up was done more than 20 days ago,refund is still not given,just false assurances are being given each day,wait for so many banking days,each time a new timeline is given,the worst possible customer care anyone can imagine
