    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is the situation in the heart of the city - Hyderabad. Home location: Madharam Nagar Colony, Kukatpally - No internet at all. Office location: White House building, Begumpet - Very slow internet, heavy call drops. Both on 4G & 5G

    @JioCare Dear Jio, money deducted instantly for my JioFiber recharge, but after 3 calls to customer care, I got 3 different explanations. Taking payment was easy. Who’s actually going to recharge my account, or is this the premium experience?

    @JioCare Very disappointed. It's been 9+ days since KYC and payment for Jio AirFiber, but installation is still pending. The promised installation date has passed, and support has not helped. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    @JioCare 24+ hours of outage and counting. Service unavailable. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra money spent on backup internet. Will @JioCare compensate customers for Jio’s failure to provide a paid service, or are customers expected to bear the loss?

    @ViCustomerCare app don't show payment from the banks, how do we pay the bill ? UPI is not mandatory by Govt yet and if u have made mandatory, plz give 30 days time to customer @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Despite repeated complaints, there has been no resolution. Furthermore, I received a call from one of your executives who informed me that Jio service is not active in our area and that they are unable to provide support. 3/4

    @JioCare I have paid for JioFiber on 2nd June. Still my installation has not happened. Either do the installation by tomorrow or cancel and refund the money
