    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Now after 3 days, the ₹39 pack expired completely unused, and customer care says “we can’t do anything. These add-on packs often have confusing priority rules, the booster packs should be used first.

    @JioCare Jio's so-called 5G is a complete joke in my area. After paying for a 5G plan, I'm getting speeds in KB/s. In 2026, this level of service is unacceptable. Stop marketing "5G" if you can't deliver basic internet speeds. #Jio #NetworkIssue #5G

    Worst service ever from @JioCare. I have created relocation service request a week ago and technician has not even visited it yet. I also communicated same with jio office(anand, Gujarat) but they are waiting for TAD request number. (1/n)🧵

    @JioCare I appreciate your assistance, but the issue remains unresolved. I keep receiving the same response that bills older than 12 months cannot be provided. Please advise on an alternative way to obtain the required documents or escalate this request to the appropriate team.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, curious: what does “shortly” mean in Jio’s dictionary? 1 month? 1 year? 10 years? Enough of the false promises. The issue has caused financial loss and mental stress. See you in court if this continues.
