@reliancejio worst support engineer in Shahjahanpur, they do false updates and don’t rectify the problem. My internet is not working since 7 am today and its more than 14 hours. Instead of visiting on scheduled time, service engineer put the complaint on hold by himself.

@JioCare This was the message I got from you ppl. Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services for Service ID 4435517266 are impacted in your area since 07-08-2022 09:36 AM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 07-08-2022 01:36 PM. Yet to the issue has not fixed
