    It has been more than 48 hours and @JioCare can't even find out what's wrong with the #Jio #Fiber connection. That too in the national capital! Wow! And @TRAI probably doesn't even pull up the telcos for deficiency in service.

    @JioCare Raised a relocation request after recharge, but now being told service is unavailable. Also faced rude behaviour from support and my call was disconnected. Requesting cancellation and refund/adjustment of recharge amount. Kindly assist urgently #JioFiber #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare @reliancejio Order NO0001DOMOL6 stuck. Your delivery agent Varun Teja demanded OTP without delivering the SIM (Fraud attempt). Now customer care says I must wait 30 days for order cancellation. Absolute harassment. Resolve this on priority!

    Dear @ACTFibernet your internet has become rank bad. Last 3 months have been terrible. Numerous complaints raised. No respite. It keeps getting disconnected. Worst is after restarting router your internet takes 15 mins to connect. Dear @JioCare please tel me how can I move to you
