    @JioCare Unfortunately I didn’t get any response from Jio store. They said nothing can be done from there. I don’t have any information on delivery. Process is quite complex to get a service from Jio - please advise what to do?can’t get a human to speak on toll free as well! @ShieldVoC

    @reliancejio it has been 5 days since I booked for Jio fiber installation. Not even single person showed up and even upon calling multiple times there is no solution. Never in mylife seen such rude and arrogant response from any customer support team. Patheitc!!

    @JioCare Your people took exactly 4 days to repair the issue. I lost 4 days and had to goto my friends house to login to my office network. Those bloody idiots did not even respond. What is the use after suffering, now you are coming. Kick those bastards from your office. Let them learn

    @JioCare Hallo.again I'm telling you interest speed is wrost.this is 10 times I post same issue but still now no resolution given to me.earlier I shared my address land mark & all details which jio asked, but still now problem is same...can't access internet ...

    @airtelindia @WynkMusic I was given a plan where i can upgrade with rs100 off a few days back from 499 to 799 plan# Now i wanted to upgrade with the offer but your team denied and i decided to cancel the plan. I am going to join @reliancejio soon if u really can’t offer anything

    @JioCare Hi I had raised the service request for not getting internet. The engineer told me that the port from which I was getting net is no more active. Now they don't have any available port or option to get my connctn to the new port. So now I have discontinued my connectin

    @JioCare I don’t think that’s the case of network issues in my area as I worked on a jio connection in my immediate neighbours house which is not even 50 mtrs away .. pls stop giving me lame excuses and provide resolution asap..
