@JioCare @reliancejio really pathetic service. My jio fiber is not working from 24 hrs. I have already raised a ticket but you guys reschedule the visit & the technician is still not assigned. If this is the way you are going to provide service I will prefer disconnecting jio

@JioCare Very disappointed with Jio customer support. I have switched my Jio number from postpaid to prepaid after paying all the outstanding amount, I also recharged my number with prepaid plan. I have received postpaid bill again and they have suspended my number.
