@JioCare Hi, Free trail end date is on 21st April. Will wait till 15th April, if still issue is not resolved.I have only option to disconnect this fibernet connection. And not sure why it is taking more than 3 weeks for making correction in the account name.

@JioCare no internet since yesterday. Your customer care colleague came and mentioned he can’t help due to external factors and will do the necessary by 9:30 am in morning. It’s 10:15 AM & still no internet during “work from home” time. I expect better customer service from Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare STARNGE I NEVER GAVE ALTERNATE NUMBER FOR MY COMPLAIN AND ONE GUY CALLED MY WIFE ON HER VODAPHONE. wE HAVE PLACED HER ABOUT HER MOBILE IN FEB 15TH ( TENTATIVE ) THAT TIME SHE GAVE ALTERNATE NUMBER ON THAT HE CALLED AND AFTERWDS CALD ME N ASKING MY ISSUE
