@JioCare I had surrendered my jio fibre connection last month when there was network issue and your engineer told me to cancel the connection and I will get a full refund of Rs 2500.

@JioCare @reliancejio Requests: SR0000174MGP, SR0000174MG2, SR0000174ME0. Look into it and cancel these prepaid numbers asap. Have been going around in circles since the past year for cancelling these numbers. If not solved on priority basis, I’ll approach appellate authority.

@JioCare Are you an idiot? The due date was yesterday and the erroneous charges have already been deducted through autopay. Check the screenshot attached. Which means @reliancejio charged me twice for previous month additionally charged me Rs 100 for non payment of previous month #fraud

Need help @JioCare After the recent update long standing sound issue was fixed as it was too low before. Now the issue is voice is too loud that it cracks. For first words someone speaks if its loud then cracked voice comes. It's a new problem never occurred before.
