    @JioCare In the bill copy send to my email address the Pin Code isn't mentioned. It's JioHome-WiFi service by Jio I can provide the mobile no. if u want. I thought u guys were smart enough to trace all the details with the subscriber account number & Jio number which i already provided.

    @JioCare I applied for a Jio Fiber connection on 22nd May, got a call instantly for payment. But since then, I have been chasing for installation, but no one is responding or visiting. Several timelines have passed, what kind of service is this???

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Paid on 12 May for SIM porting, but still no SIM, no update, and no response even after promised resolution date. Order Ref: NO00015EFS19 | SR: SR000036F50V. Very poor service. Please resolve immediately.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @_MukeshAmbani 👉When the internet stops working, the power switch is still in the 'ON' position,but all the lights on the router box go completely off and stop blinking. 👉 Voice calls don't work when Wi-Fi is connected 👉 "If a network service is unavailable and money is non-refundable"👏

    @JioCare @JioCare “Temporary issue in the area” doesn’t explain why this keeps happening repeatedly, why a technician already visited once, why the issue returned within 10 mins, or why another scheduled technician never showed up. The issue is happening again right now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare our wifi services are down since last 3 days. We are getting messages that services will resume shortly. There are people working from home and it is causing lots of inconveniences. Very bad service
