    @jiotvplus @JioCare I asked to discontinue the JIO service, but I was told since Service requests are opened they can't do that. What kind of protocols is that, you are not closing the service requests keep on delaying it. I don't want to use JIO you are not willing to do that

    @JioCare I am not just sitting idle that whenever your decides installation I need to be available... your tean should decide as per customer requirements not making customer dance on your tunes..the experience is very bad

    @JioCare @reliancejio Omkar from your Twitter team is asking me repetative questions about my issue. I have already sent email and prvided dtls abt it. I think there is no point of asking questions again. You should at least respect customers time. We dont hve time to expln again again.

    @JioCare I received dm from you and your executive's about device setting but i can clear you it's not my device settings issue. Its jio network side issue on underground floor @airtelindia is providing very good network capacity on (-2) underground floor at my office. Try to resolve it.
