@JioCare If there is any service interruption from you, are you not accountable to compensate with extension of validity? Charging for 30 days and providing service for 27 days. Is this your ethics?

@JioCare I have tried JIO, trust me your services are equally horrible. In fact, I had to close the JIO number in just a week since I was getting no network at all on my number. Not only that, such horrible CS, i am still getting SMS and email to pay the bill for I don't know what.

@JioCare @reliancejio get this sorted asap. you don't return installation charges if customer don't return your device in a time window and you expect customer to wait even after 14 days, which is the communicated deadline for refund.

@JioCare 🙏🙏🙏 I anyhow need my 20 days back, and also Internet needs to be fixed today Itself whatever the problem is! Can’t wait anymore end of my patience level. Now I am m totally fed up of calling Jio customer care every single day from last so many days😕😕😓😓😓
