inkedrover (@inkedrover_) reported@JioCare For context: ODU reorientation & reset were done around 4:30 PM, and I was told it would stabilise within 1–2 hours. It’s been several hours since then, and the connection is still unstable with very poor speed, in-fact worse than before. Clearly, this hasn’t been resolved.

suprateek (@suprateek13) reported@JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.
