    @airtelnews Not only this from that past 6 months I have been complain regarding Internet speed and how extremely slow it is and doesn't even work sometimes. The app is useless for solving problem until you hear us out. Kindly solve my issues ASAP or I will shift to @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am back at my house in Jharkhand. I have tried everything but all in vein. Signal bars are either one or none. only In our locality their is problem. About 200m away from here speed looks good. Some kids are going to have online final exam. Please increase your signal strength

    @JioCare Although Jiofibre is giving the subscription of Discovery+ but how to download the app in the Jio set top box as it is not available in the jio stores. Please help.

    @JioCare I have raised issues multiple times, the service request was raised multiple times but your technical team simply refused for their ability to solve the problem. May be you need to look for a better infrastructure and stop trying to control everything.

    @JioCare @JioCare .. I HV tried calling many times waited for more than 40 minutes in queue.. but not able to reach out to any customer care representative.. in last 15 days internet went down for 4 days.. last 12 days have gone by with my slow bandwidth issue due to modem problem..
