    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio With respect, saying “no delay from our end” is incorrect. I waited 4 days with no TV/OTT. No technician reached out — I had to call and get it fixed. If customers have to follow up for basic service, compensation for those 4 days is justified.

    @JioCare "Rest assured" won't recover my losses. My JioFiber has been down since 12 July, yet you've scheduled an engineer for 16 July. I pay my bills on time, but your delay has caused me business loss. I need an engineer today, not another false assurance. #JioFiber

    @FibreJio @jiocare I am extremely disappointed with ur services. My Internet connection is down for the past 5 days. Despite repeated complaints no one from your company has visited to sort out the problem. If you cannot sort out the issue please disconnect and refund the balance

    Paid for my JioFiber connection, but it's still not installed. No one is answering my calls or providing any update. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. Please resolve this at the earliest Orn number NO0001EL8FQI @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.

    @JioCare It's 5 days now. No wifi connection. Jio is supposed to be the largest in this field and it's getting trouble from local cable operators and still can't restore it's lines? This is surprising.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your customer care team lacks problem-solving skills and doesn’t keep proper case notes between calls. After nearly a year of repeating the same issue, every new agent still asks the same questions instead of resolving it. No one seems to care about fixing the problem.
