    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare has visisted yet to resolve the issue. When I call customer service they say the complaint has been raised at a time when I did not raise the complaint. So, I'm not sure what's happening with Jio but I would really want to have a word with some senior member

    @JioCare @JioCare Your engineer confirmed my AirFiber device is working fine and that the slow speed is due to poor 5G coverage in my area. If that's the case, why was AirFiber installed and sold at my location? Please provide a resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My eSIM activation is stuck on "Activating". Physical SIM outgoing is barred, so I can't send RECALL to 199. Store says a pending eSIM request is blocking resolution. Need urgent assistance.

    @JioCare I freaking raised a complaint 2 days ago!! Still no one at recuse, waa! Jio!! You will be doomed if you dint value customer time and support. Attaching the picture for reference! At least now assign a technician!

    @JioCare So, your Engineer is visited and does not bother to give details of problem and say problem from upline/main box. Than he go to check main box then disappeared. No status, no ETA, not come back to says what is exact problem. Your service is getting worst day by day.

    @JioCare Priyanka have you checked with customer before replying here. Have you tried calling the engineer or customer for verification. Its laps of duty to check if service is completed or not. I need a proper explanation for for this why the ticket was closed.
