    @JioCare this is not the first time am using this nw or MyJio/maybe u DID NOT understand the issue/what is the USE of Jio APP when it is giving FAKE info/Not Allowing complaint?DM has no value as u CONTRADICT ur own app findings/get rid of the APP if you want me to answer THOSE Qs/or fix

    Jio AirFiber service is the worst in my area. I'm paying for a 100 Mbps plan, but I'm only getting around 8 Mbps. I reported an issue with my set-top box on July 1, and it's still not fixed. It's been days with no resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio #jioairfiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Everyday I’m just calling and registering a new complaint but no one is checking and resolving the issue, how many days should I wait it’s been 15 days, multiple calls multiple tickets, can someone take this on priority (SR00003AABGF)

    @JioCare I am unable to make and receive calls nor use internet in my area (134003), while other operators are working fine. Fix this issue. Can't even contact customer support coz I CAN'T EVEN CALL SOMEONE!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have also contacted customer care multiple times, but every time I received different and misleading information. No delivery executive has contacted me or attempted delivery.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I didn’t pay to hear that your call can’t be completed due to network congestion. Never heard such case or scenario from anyone here. You guys have made the hell out of Indian telecom industry. No data speed | No calling | Charging premium.

    @reliancejio trying since last half an hour to connect …. No human support… since last 4 days my jio fibre connection is not working…. Not a call yet… dont know whom and whr to connect Jio fiber worst service… taking the help of X to reach u @GoI_MeitY
