Hi @Airtel_Presence and @airtel, seems like that you guys have no respect for your loyal customer who is with u from 12 yr. One of my order placed to install a dth is not yet resolved frm last 4 days. @reliancejio can you help me out with better service of dth and fiber net both?

Your 150Mbps plan's performance is no better than existing 100 Mbps. When trying to contact customer care, it only either use prerecorded idiotic scripts or disconnect when I press 9 to speak to an agent. U don't even have a proper call center to pick user's phone. @reliancejio
