    I haven't seen such worse service in my life #JioFiber not working since morning. Is this for what I'm paying for? I spoke to customer care 4 times and each time they say it will be ok in 2 hrs. But still no internet @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare And gave me lame excuse that in WFH cultures no senior could assist me for my issue. Please do not appreciate my patience, instead work on loopholes in your process. You lost me as a client, but working on loopholes might help you to retain the existing one.

    @JioCare Why the request cancelled? Is that the solution to OTB required problem? The solution is to install the OTB and provide the connection. Kindly, initiate an additional 10k INR as a compensation towards the inconvenience & the harrassment I've been through since the date of request

    @JioCare Since Morning Red Light is blinking There is no internet I called Jio Fiber Customer care they created a ticket SR000014QTH1 I am damn sure from my previous experience no service engineer will visit within 24 Hours Please add the downtime period in my validity Share SLA
