    @JioCare @jagograhakjago As per the defined process of jio the issue resolution time is 24 hours and now it's more than that my issue still remain unresolved...is there someone responsible for customers grievances or it's a jungle raaj for Reliance jio..

    @reliancejio @JioCare is all about sales and nothing about service.They will call you persistently for sales, for recharge, and when it comes to service, zero response. Don't sell, if you can't provide after sales service too.

    @reliancejio @JioCare We're facing network issues since last week. Network is very poor. Pin code 411027. Contact no 9579040767 & 9834341769. Look into as early as possible other wise will change the provider.

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima yes I know your team is working on mentioned service request for last 5 days. Thats y i am saying jio don't have a value of his coustmer money and Timings. You will not provide me a extra days after resolve my problem but i already give you my money for harras me

    @JioCare @reliancejio my primary jio fiber a.c has Validity of Jan 2022 but ac has been disconnected n from last 3 days of follow up n now your team is saying they can't help so do what lever you like ...no internet although paid for unlimited plan @150mbps for 6 mnts in June 21

    @JioCare I have a jio phone and my plan has expired. Jio told that without recharge I will have 10 minutes per day call in my jio phone. But I can't call anyone. So why jio told that without recharging I will get 10 minutes per day calling. Don't give fake promise to the customer.
