    @JioCare @JioCare Jio Fibre not working since last 3 days. Number ±91-3774357769 Nobody visited at scheduled time. They rescheduled it themselves for three times now for tomorrow. Worst service. God Bless the customers.

    @JioCare Multiple device I only do office work. I do not have multiple network band on my router. Thats how the technician set this up. He informed that it has 2.4 and 5 Ghz intrigated in single network. Now could you please arrange a technician so that he can visit and check the issue?

    @reliancejio I want to ask ,Do not watching ipl on jio hotstar makes us , less of a user of jio services ,because when ever i use network after 7 pm my speed is very slow neither 5g work nor high speed ,

    @JioCare Your engineers are not coming for visit, and you are giving me advice to reboot device and perform run diagnostic. Pathetic service. Wrong decision to use jio.

    @JioCare I have already tried rebooting and running diagnostics multiple times. The router is still offline for 4+ days This is clearly not a basic troubleshooting issue. Please escalate this to a technical team member or arrange an engineer visit immediately Registered number: 8595265008
