    hi @JioCare , Unable to get a resolution for 299364090959 Open Ref: SR000014FWGL since last few days !!! Just to get a simple set top box have been calling your support team since last few days and emailed and chat and yet no resolution !!! Appreciate if you can look into this!!

    I have been using WFH home plans never face such an issue, @JioCare If you cannot fix the issue in India's silicon valley, where can you fix it? What about my plan that got activated are you going to extend my plan validity? you are looting money for poor service. (2/2)

    @JioCare Jio is the top 5th brand but no use , providing the worst network speeds and coverage ,I don't understand what is the use of the spectrum recently jio purchased

    @JioCare Highly disappointed with the pathetic service of Jiofiber installed at my home 4 days ago. VPN and Internet doesn’t connect. After 1 day of complaining no resolution. Guys avoid JioFiber. I hope @reliancejio resolves this otherwise refund my deposit
