hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

@reliancejio modem and STB are removed and not functional their sales guys sold me another plan without STB. Now their executive called and bullied to forcefully activate the plan and they did that (read previous tweet). Jio this way you'll never win a customer ony cheap money.
