    It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    The WORDT CUSTOMER SUPPORT is from @JioCare I have been chasing for 2 days, escalated to the next level but everyone seems to be sleeping. Looks like there is so much INCOMPETENCY at @JioCare that no can actually help, everyone just copy paste bot replies and DO NOTHING.

    @JioCare Frustrating to see a “reputed” service provider rely on trial and error instead of root cause analysis. Customers deserve structured troubleshooting, not guesswork. How long do you expect customers to wait for the resolution.
