    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare requested to port from VI to Jio couple of days ago , old sim got deactivated and then I inserted the Jio sim but it's not working. I even got the message from Jio that your new sim is ready for tele-verification but there is no network.

    @Balvant_Basu Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    Indians using telecom services here are left with only two options either choose one who throws everything at cheaper price with lowest quality..another one says we will give best and charge more with worst service of all time.. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare my experience with jio fiber is very poor. I was told by jio that refund fully amount if you are cancelled connection within one month But refund is not initiated still. Name- Ajay Kumar Gupta Please with due respect, refund my amount. Order no.- NO0000I1YFL8 शर्म करो

    @iamkksengar They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Sir, as a customer if I subscribed for 150 mbps for Jio Optic Fibre and getting a fluctuating speed of 10-20 mbps. Kids online school and exams getting affected. Complaining for more than 2 yrs. Pls help with a solution
