It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@JioCare

Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

@JioCare hi There, though we have 4G but we worst than idea 3G. Earlier in my village sultanpur district, UP I was able to watch videos from youtube. Now even whatsapp hardly works. We talk about moving to 5G. Possible for u to fix this as I am going to be here for 10 days.

@JioCare Who will reimburse for 4 day internet down? Further I came to know that in my are there is connection for 6 slots but u r providing slots to 8 people and keeping 2 peple down. So this good way of earning money by making people fool.

@JioCare I wanted to convert a physical sim to esim. Followed the SMS process. Got eSim number yesterday evening. The physical sim got deactivated. But I didnt get a QR Code to setup esim on iPhone12. Called 30 times on support they dont know what they are talking about. Pls help
