It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@reliancejio

hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

What a rubbish service from @reliancejio. For the last 10 days, the data of Jio has stopped working, even though the 2-month validity is still there. I have raised a complaint on its app but it's not solved yet, cannot even contact customer care. @JioCare @RelianceMobile

Hey @JioCare , my jio Router which was supposed to be picked up by 2 Oct, 2021. It's 8th of Oct, and I'm still waiting for the enginner to arrive. Everytime I call the customer care they assign me a new pickup date. Kindly look into the matter.

Most pathetic service ever by these internet provider @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice. Been waiting from past 4 days to get my connection.On the first day this guy Vicky-+916281849808 came home made me disconnect my connection with act fiber.
