It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@reliancejio

Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

Hey @JioCare my jio fiber connection is down since 2 days and ur customer care has been absolutely of no use whatsoever,, only providing lame excuses time & again. I think it's better to switch to other network.

@JioCare Is this company opened only to recover money? Jio has no network and data speed for four months, but no listener. Customer care phone is not available and no one is listening in the local office. Jio is also complaining using Airtel's data. @reliancejio anyone

@JioCare why your customer service is so pathetic and always giving false promise. For new connection they came on first day itself and collected my money. Now for refund why you are taking this long time.
