Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

@JioCare There is no voice clarity even of the network shows full coverage. Internet access is not possible while travelling by car or train it just keeps on buffering. Regular call drops.

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I've been trying to generate an eSIM since morning but I'm not receiving verification call from your end. I've tried dialing custoner care and connecting via chat support on the app but those dont go through either and disconnect mid-way. Can you help?
