    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    I'm in @ViCustomerCare unlimited local/national call pack. But if you call (18605000101) this phone number, the charge is being deducted. Again, When calling from @JioCare, no charge is being levied on the same number. #Vi service is not very good.

    @JioCare @JioCare Providing connection is very easy for any service provider but giving service to maintain the connection is what counts and @JioFibre failed to do so.After around 7-8 days of no service, finally shifted to another service provider.#disappointing

    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently changed my number from Vodafone to Jio, facing network issues in Jio, went to near by store (Thudiyalur, CBE) to check for details but they are not providing proper response, ask me to call someone else to know the issue, worst store experience.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia So I received a call from the so called guy Ashu Kumar asking me to provide the happy code to close my complain I informed them that my problem hasn’t been solved so they replied with that if i dont provide the code they will close the complain. Threat?

    @reliancejio I have done twice recharge by mistake at same time so I called to Jio customer care for my issue. JIO executive stated that refund is not possible and JIO will not refund if customer has done any recharge by mistake. I think is not a correct way.
