    @JioCare Whole town is facing the internet issue. In evening, it becomes worse. Kindly check the data connectivity issue at your end.

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is extremely frustrating! Despite repeated complaints, the network and internet connectivity remain TERRIBLE. Messages don’t send, calls are affected, and internet becomes unusable. How long are customers expected to tolerate this? Please fix this

    Hello @JioCare , my Jio Airfiber installation has not been done because they are saying that the internet network here is not good and I am not getting the speed, I have been told that your booking will be cancelled and my payment will be returned, hence you are requested to return my payment to me soon, thank you. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jiocare your support service executives are cheat and giving wrong info to customer. Plus, you keep customer on hold and disconnect and not let reconnect for 30 minutes to dissuade. Pathetic.. pls connect and help resolve
