I bought two SIM cards yesterday for iPad and second phone with self KYC and never saw a more streamlined process of getting a new number and SIM card.

And now engineer is not picking up call and replying to message. Jio service is very pathetic. He lied that time so that he don't have to fix it.

If the refund is not credited within the next 24 hours, I will proceed with formal escalation to @DoT_India for unresolved refund and service deficiency.
