    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio All connections are same good till you buy. Now I don't have a way to surrender my connection. There is a whatsapp number where I message Call Me I get a callback from the support real person.

    @reliancejio JioFiber complaint registered on 31 Aug for the fiber cable disconnected between the distribution point and my home. Still unresolved after several days. This is a basic connectivity issue. Please escalate to the senior field team and restore connection immediately.

    @JioCare you have been saying this since last 4 days. Nothing has happened. Jab payse lene hote hai to 40 baar phone karwate hai aur jab service ki bari hai toh ek call bhi nahi aya. I will make sure I go to @jagograhakjago and also remove your sims and services. Patheic @reliancejio
