    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    Extremely frustrating network issue with @JioCare @reliancejio! From the last 6-7 days, the network completely drops every 5-10 mins for about 10-20 secs. Facing this on ALL Jio connections. If this isn't resolved, we are porting out all. Location: Datta Nagar, Ghansoli - 400701

    Super the worst service in India. I am using prepaid no of jio but now I am going to port to another telecom. I am using jio but the speed is like 2G. Disgusting services. Neither their customer care response nor their local Jio office employees. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, You are the worst internet service provider. I installed a new JioFiber connection on 2nd July worked only till 5th July. Since then, it's been completely dead. Multiple technicians have visited, but no one has been able to fix the issue. Thread
