    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    After this tweet, @JioCare rescheduled the appointment one day prior to the original appointment of 4 days later. But it has postponed the appointment twice since evening. Pathetic service. A new connection takes a couple of hours but fixing an issue takes 4 days. JioFibre.

    Embarrassed to witness pathetic service from team @jio_fiber @JioCare. As we are losing internet, our set top box has been changed 2 times in 1 month and service technicians give only temporary relief for the problem to recur. Why should we pay if we don't get seamless internet?

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I recently ported my SIM to Jio after seeing so many ads for Gemini Pro. But your network is terrible. I'm not even getting 4G. You can't even provide reliable internet in a Tier 1 city like Chennai, & NIRF #1 campus, IIT Madras. Pathetic experience

    @JioCare I have purchased Jio thing 4 g pro tracker device from Amazon in March 26. It is not powering on and the device malfunctioned within two months of purchase.I complained to Jio things email team many times also provided them invoice, IMEI, but problem not resolved.
