Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

I have a video showing the 5G ODC and machines are already installed at the Moti Rafudad (361170) tower. Just tell your network team to come and fit the antenna! Multiple SRNs have been raised but nothing is resolved. This is complete negligence. Fix this permanently immediately

With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.
