Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. I am also a shareholder and not very happy with the way these issues are being managed.
