hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

Their technical have already take back the device and after informing 10 to 20 times to airtel they keep calling me to pickup the device. I don't know what is happening bit @airtelindia is now taking his customer response so lightly. I will recommend everyone to use @reliancejio

@JioCare I need urgent help. I have booked BB shifting new location in Velachery, Chennai but my requests are simply closed with note "technical issues". The call center guys are simply consoling not resolving. My request # CO0000UAR3D2, jio # 04479669455. waiting for an update.
