    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare JIO failed to provide internet connectivity even for 1 hour from installation till I the disconnection. Why would you not refund my deposit? For not providing any service plus lots of harassment? JIO's level of service initially is this, then future service is beyond imagination

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s so frustrating to see airtel is such a big company and at lower levels it is so mismanaged. As i shared someone cut my cable and airtel took 4 days to fix. Now someone removed the whole box from the tower. What should i do,opt for @reliancejio

    @RelainceSupport @reliancejio @reliancegroup SR00001C3EIP JioFibre issue. For last 3 days my internet is down, everyday JioCare says next 24 hrs engineer will visit. No engineer bothered to visit. What type of 24 hrs service is this, it's been more than 72 hrs for the issue

    @JioCare It has been almost 20 days since I raised the request for cancellation. You time lines is complete resolution of cancellation within 20-25 days (including refund). But not even the device has been picked up yet. And yes, I'm at the same location of installation.

    @JioCare I hope you understand the criticality and resolve the issue at the earliest. I have pinged the registered number and also the number of the engineer who was supposed to fix the issue. He has been delaying it despite several requests. @JioCare
