  hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

  Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this! 😡❌

  @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber benefits issue reported on July 3 is STILL unresolved. I accidentally selected the wrong benefit and requested a reset to “Full Value Back Vouchers.” It has now been 60+ days with no resolution despite repeated assurances.

  @JioCare @reliancejio This is beyond unacceptable. You closed my service request claiming you couldn’t reach me, yet my SIM is STILL not delivered. 8+ days wasted due to your failure. I want my SIM delivered BEFORE 12 PM tomorrow—no more excuses, no more delays. Resolve this NOW.

  @JioCare This is the result of simply ignoring my request in the thread. I have been contacting you guys to activate eSim on my new Device as my Old device on which Jio eSim was there is dead and I am currently in USA, so only way to activate eSim is by help of you guys

  @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

  @JioCare JioFiber service became worst recently. In the past 10 days, this is the 3rd time I am facing internet connectivity issue. This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.
