    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    @Airtel_Presence ur network is so pathetic here.. can't even make a call. So much call drops and forget about internet. Not even 2G. 🤬🤬 Planning to switch @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @jio_fiber, I can hear navigation click sounds on my Jio Set-Top Box, but there is no audio playback when streaming videos or movies. I tried reporting this via MyJio, but couldn't find an option for this specific issue. Please arrange technical support assistance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Broadband connection was closed on June 1st week. After much followup, technician visited on 12th June, took the modem and Bank details. It has been 1.5 months since and no refund of security deposit. No one responding on mails either. Amazing scam service!

    @JioCare @reliancejio The incompetence is staggering. I raise service requests (like SR00003C7YZD), and they just sit "On hold". When I call the assigned technician, he flat-out refuses to do a home visit. How are you running an internet business when your ground team refuses to do their jobs?

    @reliancejio JioFiber has been down for 3 days. I’ve already raised a complaint, but no engineer has visited and there’s been zero update or feedback. This is extremely poor service. Please resolve this urgently.
