Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

I keep getting told the issue will be resolved and that the team is working on it, but it has been six or seven months and the team is *still* just working on it. Is our money worthless?

Anish Abraham (@wolfden13x) reported@palav_ashish @JioCare Why aren't they changing the router. And is the engineer capable of checking if the right bandwidth 5g is selected on the router. I had similar issues with airtel had to get them to replace the router to finally resolve network lag.

I've recharged with an annual plan, but the internet speed is less than 2G. Its not just today, its been happening since a month or so. Its like cheating your own subscribers.
