  hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

  @JioCare @reliancejio last 3-4 days jio network complete down . Internet speed down facing call drop. Area pin code 767030 at - samara . Already complaint regarding this but reply form jio care via 198 @AkashMAmbani we pay 4g but net speed below 50kbps.

  @JioCare Wow what service the technician instead of attending to complaints says it's not in his line of duty and did not turn up. It should not be Jio but Jao. Lousy service and employees they don't care as they feel there is no other choice for people. In India you can get away easily.

I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request. Is this the standard level of customer service from Jio, or is this only in Kochi? Very disappointing for someone trying to become a new Jio customer. Attaching the SMS for your reference.
