hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

@JioCare It is strange that a small issue is taking too much time to be resolved. The jio voice call function is not functioning since 17th of November and I've been complaining repeatedly every day but it is still not resolved till date & no engineer would care to visit.

@reliancejio @JioCare worst experience from jio store and jio customer care(triveni), when i had port my airtel to jio i had given adhar as proof and jio executive has done spelling mistake for which i am unable to convert to postpaid jio store and jio customer are not helping.
