I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.

Last two service request raised for net disconnection. Temporarily solution and again my internet has been disconnected due to construction, No reply?
