    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @JioCare Future date is NOT acceptable. Original installation was scheduled 1 July 2026 1PM-2:30PM. Agent promised 72 hours. Today is 5 July. Please provide EXACT date and time TODAY or process full refund of Rs 2221.46. CPGRAMS complaint already filed.

    Disgusting service provided by @JioCare Relocation ticket raised CO0001T65RTR, got cancelled and SR created SR00003A03VV- marked as resolved stating customer not giving appointment. Raised new relocation ticket CO0001T9S95H for 09 July. No internet since 28th June.

    @JioCare you have hired bunch of liers in your support team. I have been facing internet issues on my JioAirfibre connection and when I called your team then they were denying to send technician to check the issues saying connection looking good at their end

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Since 7 June, I have faced repeated outages, missed engineer visits, and auto-closed tickets. Now the full bill has been generated while my reimbursement request is still pending. Is this your idea of customer service?

    @JioCare No is 1777961735 numurous calls,they say it will be resolved shortly, nothing happens&registered complaint twice only( SR00002M6XQG) & closed it without engineer visit .U don't have idea how much loss I have suffered due to non connectivity in6days.Height of exploitation
