  hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

  @JioCare @reliancejio There’s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @reliancejio @JioCare, the network quality in Kankroli, Rajsamand is absolutely terrible. You claim to have seamless 5G coverage across India, but here in the city, even 4G doesn't work properly. Extremely disappointed with this poor service. Please look into this and resolve it
