It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@JioCare

Hi @JioCare For the past few days I have been receiving emails about getting a new jio connection but I do not use jio network at all. Kindly check your database and rectify any errors that might suggest the same. Of all places, a connection in Pulwama.Whereas I reside in Assam.

@JioCare I'm in a village in Uttar Pradesh, Jaluan District Here is Population of Village will be more than 5000+ But Jio Network is Extremely Poor. It is very difficult to make single call inside village. Need Tower Installation. If you need space I'll provide in free of cost.

I knew there was something fishy going on when he called me back asking me to send a message to 1900 saying ‘CANCEL <78******00>’. I realised that, that message would cancel my porting request to @reliancejio and on his next call I gave him a mindful and he hung up. (3/5)

Indoor Network coverage of Jio turned worst nowadays. Even Network speed also dropped down. Jio seems not interested in addressing the customer concerns. So I decided to opt out from jio. Thanks Jio for your support this many days. @reliancejio @JioCare #Jiodowndown
