Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

I visited at Service center, they said device has been 'mishandled' and charging pin is internally damaged. Phone was charging normally, no problem.
