Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

@JioCare I believe u should stop providing new connections. I have raised multiple complaints that my IP Centrex is not working. I get a mail daily that the tech is visiting but nobody ever calls/visits and the ticket gets automatically closed. Indian enterprises deserve better

The jio fiber connection in my office is down since 4 days. Service request number (SR00001B4S3I) was immediately generated by me. The next day tech person came and said the wire needs to be changed so I will come again at 5 PM on 24-05-22.. (1/3) @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

@JioCare I discontinued my Jiofiber connection and submitted the device on 7th March 2022. Till now I have not received the refund.I have called and mailed multiple times but the problem is not yet solved. My registered no is 8777814852 and jiofiber service id is 301129930386.
