Yet, the customer is now being told that the connection will only be cancelled if they answer an “Escalation Team” call—otherwise, billing continues! This is unacceptable. Signal may work near the village outskirts, but it barely reaches homes, streets or neighbourhoods. Inside rooms, the SIM practically becomes useless
