    It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@JioCare

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare we pay huge premium for your fibre plans like 500mbps. Still you cant manage to provide speeds upto atleast 480mbps. Then what is the use of continuing your services?! Logged service request atleast thrice. But each time you close it citing issue been resolved.

    @JioCare it's been two month but didn't get solution from jio team. They wrongly charged amount, I proved them but they are ready to accept. Should is disconnect #JioFiber Or continue service. They never call to customers to solve their problems.
