  hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   Hi @JioCare, I am facing disruption in internet service from 1 PM today on my Jio Fiber. I switched from Airtel to Jio recently but the service of Jio just sucks. It's so pathetic.
