Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

So service executive removed connection 2 and 3 from box and directly gave connection to connection 1. Today same issue raised by connection 2(1/n)

The feedback was for @SonyLIV to enhance their systems for Ease-of-use. I really hope somebody understands the feedback given in pain English, and they escalate.

Jio confirmed on Dec 13 that the refund was initiated and promised within 7 days. Still nothing @JioCare @jio_fiber
