Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

And the past 2 instances of issue in previous months also stemmed after rains. Kindly send technician. Else take back the router and refund. I will look for a different service provider.
