    It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio are you on ventilator in our location. We are suffering from poor internet in Mirzapur city Budhenath location. When all service were free then we were getting much better internet. @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am a jio customer since it was in the testing phase alot has changed. I have seen the decrease in speed from 56mbps to <2mbps over the time. I have tried contacting the customer care but of no use. I'm in good network area but the speed remains the same.

    @reliancejio What happened with your 4G Service in Ratnagiri? Network is strong, There is 4G/VoLTE on screen but deta speed is like GPRS.
