    @JioCare @reliancejio My FTTX order ID: EO000000WDEW & work order: 7019673526 was not installed in our premise/location but I had received mail's and messages as FTTX STANDARD CONSUMER connection is completed. Now Jio Team forcing me to cancel the existing work order.

    R u people also sick of @JioCare I get the message of visit by technician with time & date, the next day ‘it’s delayed for technical reasons’ and later it’s cancelled. Time and again it’s happening with me. Very poor management by @reliancejio who thinks clients to be idle fools

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I am having issue with my jio fiber internet connection from last four days, I have reached to customer service care for multiple times still my issue is not resolved. Service provider is delaying the visit to solve the problem

    My @jio optical fiber is broken. Called customer care 15 times & they're just rescheduling Engineer visit by every 2 hrs. 48 hrs passed by no Engineer visit nothing. WORST SERVICE. Pathetic! Nevr in my life I'll recommend Jio Fiber 2 anyone. @JioCare Gonna install @airtelindia

    @JioCare How many weeks you required for solving a problem. Worst service ever. I need proper deadline. Or else refund my money. You guys don't open your mouth regarding refund atleast you should have proper service team.
