They treat it like a security risk and gov already putted a heavy tax on crypto about 30% . Ambani know we even not buy a 10 rupees thing without any reason . They focus on cheap.

My bank account are locked nor I can able to ring anyone nor able to do any transactions on mobile! Continue its showing sim failed.

Sebi only ensure that people not lose their assets in crypto currency because it's fluctuates. They support it but in controlled manner not in hurry that people usually do for money.
