    @JioCare Dear sir not only i faced that problem my whole village suffering from that problem we complaint about that in koi point but no any answer we receive from jio point my village name Mirajgaon Tal karjat Dist Ahmednagar 414401

    @JioCare Yes, same location. Your priority care team lies and blocks ivr code 9 so that I dont talk to your executive or can get complaint no Am i the only one using jio in our area? Can you check if everyone is gettin looted by jio in our area? You guys arent even giving basic speed

    @TRAI No action are taken by @reliancejio regarding network and internet connectivity. Their's careless attitude on fusing 3-4 locations under one tower, making all getting slow speed and network disturbances. It's been more than 8months I am suffering from this. No refund is given.

    Jio air fiber service is worst service which is provided in our area . If I call the jio agent they rejected my call like they don't want to install . I book a jio air fiber through mobile app and I don't even get call from jio agent even after 4 day. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare my internet service at Kolkata is down since yesterday, I raised the complaint yesterday but no service engineer has visited yet despite of raising multiple complaints... Very bad service
