    @JioCare Dear sir not only i faced that problem my whole village suffering from that problem we complaint about that in koi point but no any answer we receive from jio point my village name Mirajgaon Tal karjat Dist Ahmednagar 414401

    Hello dear @JioCare sorry to say that your internet speed is very poor day by day. Whenever I complain to you, your only answer is that the technical team is working but till now there is no improvement.i am tired of jio now. Please take it seriously.

    Hi @JioCare, i have cancelled my trial period of jio fiber 10 days back but still No one has come to take back both devices. Just daily get messages of postpone of appointments. Please help me with this so that i can get my deposit quickly. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Why we can not connect to any person in customer care at 1991, such a pathetic service. I recharged with Rs 61 for 6 GB data money deducted but did not get any data. Did yesterday still not reflecting on my jio account. I'm trying to connect with jio since yesterday. No response

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today I purchased a Jio Keypad phone with a new sim on offer of one year recharge and I want use this sim on my smartphone. But shopkeeper said use this new sim after 25 days in another mobile otherwise your sim will get blocked. Please help on this matter.
