    @JioCare Wanted to disconnect my Jio number which is not use from last 5 years but after several attempt your customer care representative asking IMEI number and last recharge. Several call made but your customer care representative intentionally disconnected call. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio the worst installation experience one could ever have. The problem is we spend crores on the brand and not even a fraction in providing good customer experience. And on top of that the area manager Mr Saket tells me that we can't provide you one month extra free

    @JioCare I requested to cancel jio fiber connection. First time they suspend without resolution. Yesterday representative says generated but didn't get request I'd in SMS or myjio app. Representative was unprofessional. Please do needful
