    @JioCare Dear sir not only i faced that problem my whole village suffering from that problem we complaint about that in koi point but no any answer we receive from jio point my village name Mirajgaon Tal karjat Dist Ahmednagar 414401

    @JioCare I have my Jio Fiber Account with Jio Number 912235024112. I had incorrectly clicked on pay advance option and made incorrect annual payment of Rs 14145. I never wanted to make advance payment as I have opted for monthly paymemt therefore urge you to reverse the same.

    @JioCare What compensation will Jio provide for the time and money I have lost? I made the payment long ago, yet my Jio AirFiber installation has still not been completed. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect an immediate resolution."

    @JioCare I have cancelled request for Jio fiber order no. NO0001DJ4VN2 on 20th May since the engineer on site said that it can’t be installed as there are already enough connections in the area and no place for a new one. Post that I have raised 2 service requests - SR000036CA0T
