    @JioCare @SurendraSi37993 @JioCare The issue is getting worse. Now the store is saying that I must purchase a new SIM card along with the duplicate SIM, which makes no sense. This feels like forced selling and overcharging. Please clarify the official policy and take strict action against such practices
