    @JioCare Dear sir not only i faced that problem my whole village suffering from that problem we complaint about that in koi point but no any answer we receive from jio point my village name Mirajgaon Tal karjat Dist Ahmednagar 414401

    @JioCare I got my jiofibre connection yesterday installed around 2pm. It worked for 15 mins nd is yet to work again. No engineer yet. I'm waiting, called so many times. This is the support you promise to your customers. Waiting for more than 24+ hours. Help?

    @guptarajendra51 @JioCare Sir waiting since October-2020 and they keep on saying “We understand”, “request under process” and so on… I wonder such a reputed company having this kind of pathetic customer service! @reliancejio should re-look into this.

    @JioCare Follow this thread to understand the exact issue. Aren't you ashamed of yourself to ask me the exact issue? I haven't got refund of my security deposit amount even after 3.5 months of cancelling my Jio internet connection. @reliancejio @cpgrams

    The biggest so called services providing to your customer is tremendous, just off the services of sending SMS on small recharge(smart recharge) this will more help to "increase" your custome base. Great job Mr.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ despite multiple cancellation requests,jiofiber is not initiating the process to force me into taking their service.please consider this as an official complaint against them

    @reliancejio @JioCare Installation for the New jio fiber for no. 3533553583 is still pending from 20th June. Poor service. unresponsive team leader 9382905009. @JioCare will you care.

    @JioCare Update as on 1722 Had a conversation on a Toll Free Jio Customer Care to know the status and guess what they have again reschedule the engineer visit! From three days @JioCare is just rescheduling the visit and telling me that they have highlighted the concern!
