@JioCare please terminate my Jio Fiber connection and process my refund. The network is pathetic and even at 150 Mbps, I’m not able to open basic websites. The app and team is completely useless, they only reset the router from the back end instead of in person checks.

Now a days @reliancejio @JioCare network speed is very worse even in 5G its time for switch to vi
