    @JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

    @JioCare @DoT_India So Sagar from @reliancejio has spoken to me and has promised will respond within a week's time from today with an update on the reasons and possibility of a solution for my internet speed issue which I have been facing for the last 6 months. I am currently hoping for the best.

    How @reliancejio fooling us with #jio5g #JioTrue5G. A Thread- 1) I had bought 5G phone with all 12 5G bands available in India. On 2 February 2023. 2) Than I had contacted @JioCare Customer Care for the process to start Jio 5g. 3) They told for fulfilling these 5 Criterias -

    @reliancejio How will the sim be activated if my aadhar is locked, your backend verification is an endless process and virtual id you don't recognise, so back to old ways, even 5g network would be slow....switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare OK thank you, Please help on that cause I already checked everything like area coverage ETC. As I am from Mumbai here is no issue of 5g coverage with I am having 5g compatible passed device by your website. Waiting for activation thanks.

    @reliancejio I had installed Jio Fiber on 6th Jan and now facing internet issues, the engineer who booked and took money Mr.Gaurav 96251 9645X is not replying and I am unable to connect to the internet. Is your team only limited to getting the connection with no customer service?

    @JioCare Jio has other issue.. Raised issue long back before one month, replaced sim card worth of Rs 50/- changed settings and but Internet very slow. Jio Team undone now, no response. Fiber is superb but when it resolved. Check my earlier DM.
