@JioCare @DoT_India So Sagar from @reliancejio has spoken to me and has promised will respond within a week's time from today with an update on the reasons and possibility of a solution for my internet speed issue which I have been facing for the last 6 months. I am currently hoping for the best.

@JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

@TRAI @reliancejio I have change my Jio number port to another mobile operator but Reliance Jio not given a port request 6 Digit code. I hope TRAI take strict action on my complaint against Jio porting policy and also take strict action against on Jio Company .

@IshanGroup Internet is down since last 3 days and you have a system where if complaint is registered then I can’t escalate it or contact you again. Worst service provider i have ever seen. Waiting for @reliancejio to roll out fiber service in my area.

@JioCare do you have any new rule stating "if you don't recharge for two months, your number will be discontinued" ? Because I just received a call saying my number will be out of service from tomorrow. But I'm using 2 jio numbers and alternatively recharge for 3 months each.
