    @JioCare @DoT_India So Sagar from @reliancejio has spoken to me and has promised will respond within a week's time from today with an update on the reasons and possibility of a solution for my internet speed issue which I have been facing for the last 6 months.     @JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

    @reliancejio Last week informed your support team and as usual they said - issue is reported by many users from your area and we will resolve your issue in 2-3 days! Before 2 years one said that Jio is planning to build new tower in our area! Yet to complete! Stop making us fool!
