    @DoT_India Thaks @DoT_India for quick response and action and now Jio was forced to provide me setupBox on 18th April (pre-Payment done for 1st-30th April service) But money was paid for 30 days of service and I get 12 days or service for full amount. Hi @JioCare , I need partial refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fibre services are not working since 48 hours. Called 7 times to the customer care opened multiple service SR00001AI553 but issue still not resolve till yet. Now I am switching to airtel as Jiofibre provide worst broadband services in after sales.

    @JioCare Please i beg you to install towers near Dahanukar Colony Area of Kothrud... @ViCustomerCare has network in this area but their service is so poor that is as good as not working. And I am not a billionaire rich to afford @airtelindia

    @JioCare i have a serious issue of dnd just got a call form yes bank credit card department from +91 96536 79629 this number stating me to buy credit card i m not their customers take my complaint for dnd immediately also take appropriate action

    @JioCare Guys, it's more than 15 days since I got my SD refunded and I'm asking about the remaining. This Clearly says u people don't have a track of what's the issue has been. And I get reply from random agents, I don't know whether u guys maintain proper cases or not.

    @JioCare Hi, I m UK and my number got deactivated for not recharging for a quite long time .When I called your cc they asked me to visit Jio office and show my id proof. This is seriously a worst experience and answer I have got from your frontline agent. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio: paid for jiofiber connection last week on Wednesday. Haven't received the connection yet. Service people give the reply, "within 2 hours", since the last 4 days

    @JioCare I said my recharge expired without using your service because connection was not working due to technical issue occured at your end and you not resolved the issue in 20 days. And now getting message to recharge before getting discontinue. Tell me when will you resolve the issue.
