    @JioCare @DoT_India So Sagar from @reliancejio has spoken to me and has promised will respond within a week's time from today with an update on the reasons and possibility of a solution for my internet speed issue which I have been facing for the last 6 months. I am currently hoping for the best.

    @JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

    @JioCare I didn’t get any solution till now did you treat the customer like this. I tried many times in Jiofiber customer, if I ask the same question simply they declined my call. This how did you treat your customers

    @reliancejio I m following up with jio car from last 3 month regarding poor speed. Of internet. Only one answer from them, I.e. We are working for batter connectivity. But how much time will you take? They can't rply. Why should we waste your time and money for this rply

    @JioCare Its of no use of complaning to Jio as they are least bothered about customer Complaints. I have made a Complaint to Jio on 24th March and the Complaint was closed without providing Resolution. I have already given my Port out request from Jio to Other Operator.

    Hey @JioCare wanted to convert from Jio prepaid to postpaid but was told in Jio store that it is not possible as my prepaid is in another circle unless I get a new sim & a new number. Planning to move out of Jio. No options..? Pretty bad service.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Customer has to visit to Jio office by spending precious petrol and doing the work which Jio Fiber team should do. How green energy will be successful in India when your own organisation employees don't care about your customers.

    @JioCare In most of the surrounding area in our locality is already covered by JioFiber. In fact I have seen one Box with OFC is connected. But whenever I apply for new connections your person said service is not available. How strange and frustrating.
