    @reliancejio Last week informed your support team and as usual they said - issue is reported by many users from your area and we will resolve your issue in 2-3 days! Before 2 years one said that Jio is planning to build new tower in our area! Yet to complete! Stop making us fool!

    @JioCare @DoT_India So Sagar from @reliancejio has spoken to me and has promised will respond within a week's time from today with an update on the reasons and possibility of a solution for my internet speed issue which I have been facing for the last 6 months. I am currently hoping for the best.

    @JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

    @JioCare I never received any call or reschedule msg from @reliancejio @JioCare ya but I got information that if it’s not uninstalled before 6th they will charge me 1000₹. my Internet disconnect two days back but still I have to pay if not router not pick up by 6th. #cheater #ScamAlert

    @JioCare In DM you said it will take more 14 days and already 20 days are passed. Is this the kind of service @reliancejio provides? You promise users that we will get refund in 15 days and you are asking for 35 days time in total. Is it what you call as "Hassle free refund" @JioCare
