    @reliancejio @JioCare I have raised a port request from VI to jio in myjio app thinking that ur service will be good enough. But still now i haven't recieved any message related to that. Can you please help on that. Or else only option left is to port to airtel. !urgent

    @JioCare I had requested for JioFiber installation & I had provided NOC & was assured that it will get done quickly. It's been over a month with ZERO response from Jio & Jio team is not picking up my calls. How am I supposed to live my life 'Jio Jee bharke' with such service?

    @SonaliM90357808 @raziiia @reliancejio I registered a complaint on 18th Sep and I got a reply that I'll get an update 25th Sep (!). I haven't received any update till date. After connecting to JIO's WhatsApp helpline multiple times, I was suggested to get a new handset!

    @JioCare currently an Airtel customer, I would like to port out. Do jio support esim for Samsung s20+ 5G, On jio website 5G model of s20+ is not shown as supported, just wanna confirm this. If there this is supported I will be porting out. Do let me know.

    Jio fibre not working from last one week. complaint before 5 days with service request number SR000016SPMW but till now issue not resolved. since its a prepaid service @reliancejio don’t bother. @JioCare respond at the time of Recharge only. Bad experience. @anmol_ambani
