If you take this much of time to resolve the complaint then whats the point to use jio fiber. I can use bsnl fiber service.

Pulkit Bhageria (@xpbbuoyx) reported@JioCare If it takes you more than 48 hours to assign an engineer and then another 24 hours for the engineer to arrive then either you seriously need to relook at your complaint resolution TAT policy or I should look at moving away from Jio.
