    @JioCare For two days there will be no network in the particular location. Can it be a normal situation here. Or this is the policy of our Jio Service Provider.

    @JioCare worst service your team assured me to solve my ISD activation issue till today but has not been able to solve it and want REFUND!!!! It is fraud that they are charging fees but not providing services. @GoI_MeitY @TRAI

    @JioCare Recently i have a done recharge of ₹499 plan having benefits with calling and internet of 56days validity but international roaming pack is activated in the account. After contacting the customer care multiple for correcting the plan they didnt provide any resolution.

    @JioCare I don’t understand when will this soon happen…. It’s already 3 days and still you engineer is visiting the place and this is not out of city … if you people are going to fix it please let me know will check for an alternative… it has been n number of calls to customer care
