    @JioCare For two days there will be no network in the particular location. Can it be a normal situation here. Or this is the policy of our Jio Service Provider.

    @RelianceJioCare Service request no. SR000013I23X. I live in Rishikesh (Uttarakhand). Not able to browse internet on my jio fibre since 25th Dec mrng. Till now I haven’t received any call/service from Engineer despite assurance given by jiocare. Pathetic after sales service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare m from Bhopal and m using your network since last 2 year but now from some months your service is pathetic have to face 6-7 cl drop daily @TRAI plz improve ur service its really frustrating, net speed is really 0.7 Mbps wht the hell is this

    @reliancejio net speed too much slow and not more than 2 signal bar available all the time. Even though problem facing in incoming and outgoing call.

    @JioCare @amazonIN I personally feel that this issue cannot be fixed until your software technical team gets involved ! I believe the 3rd party call API service call between Jio and Amazon is failing due to some issue or not happening at all due to some conflict.

    @JioCare Using jiofiber services. Not able to use stb to view From the past 4 hours. It’s asking for WIFI password. I m adding it but going nowhere thereafter. There is no other option in that screen.Tried to call support but fail, no one available. Got hold 1 time bt didn’t work

    @reliancejio I have moved to Bengaluru for my higher studies. I’m not getting a single bar signal to even call someone and I have recharged my number for one year. I am pretty pissed off as this is my only number. If you cannot resolve then kindly refund my money back.
