    @JioCare For two days there will be no network in the particular location. Can it be a normal situation here. Or this is the policy of our Jio Service Provider.

    Sadly @Airtel_Presence does not have service in my complex. They are far better in terms of service, options to customer and the quality of router! Took me 2 weeks to find out @JioCare doesn't not care about customers

    @JioCare What the hell you're talking about. Refer to my previous recharges done before it expired. I'm in dilemma whether or not to port out, hence postponed recharge. Jio's internet services are damn poor. Customer Care makes intelligent excuses, this's what I want to convey,..

    @JioCare Sorry none of these work and need a technician visit to my place ASAP. Speed has dropped to 56Mbps and repeated approaches to CC over chat, email and various other sources is getting on my nerve. It has been 2 days already I am facing this issue.
