    @JioCare Very poor service from @JioCare. After transferring from Bareilly to Gorakhpur, local rep Manish (+91 8115809695) suggested switching from Jio Fiber to Jio Air and said old connection would be merged. Still receiving bills for both and service not working properly. No

    @JioCare @reliancejio I opted for Jio trusting its network capability. Now a days I started regretting. Jio has gone to dogs. Horrible. Please shut it down, don’t rob us. I have 2.5 GB per day. But cannot use 1% of it. Foolishly I have taken yearly plan.

    @JioCare @jioairfiber @reliancejio My AirFiber connection is down for last three days. Inspite of paying for the month I did not use it, it doesnt work after paying advance rent. How are people supposed to work during the outage days? Any compensation for work days lost?

    @AvinawR69584 @reliancejio @JioCare I have also raised several complaints related to my Wi-Fi router over the past 5 months, but unfortunately no proper resolution was provided. Eventually, I decided it would be better to discontinue the service.

    @JioCare if you mean it, have provision to submit issue ticket and direct customer support number reachable within few seconds both are missing now in update jio App and we are left at the mercy of BOT
