    @JioCare For two days there will be no network in the particular location. Can it be a normal situation here. Or this is the policy of our Jio Service Provider.

    @reliancejio One of the worst service I have ever seen. I have installed jio fiber connection few days ago. But I am facing issue for internet service. I had called with customer service but no one is taking responsibility all are diverting me from one side to another side.

    Thanks @reliancejio for an amazing service by your employee. He was home in 10 minutes from my calling and made sure the connection was setup in one hour despite just having gotten off work. Kudos to Abdul Jabbar!! Pls give him some love! JF ID: 299368461600

    @JioCare For my Jio mobile number 9076425972 today once again, form 2 Pm last 4 hrs I am facing network outrage issue. It seems no one actually care about my complaint since Jan 2021 I am notifying network outrage issue but no solution yet.

    @JioCare Actually you don't have any manner. There is no value of your customer for Jio. Totally Fraud Commitments. You are saying we have reffered your issue while you don't have my Request number. Please stop making fool. 96 Hrs has been be passed you didn't installed my connection.

    @JioCare Same Jio fiber wifi network(Home). Trying to browse files on mobile which is connected to same wifi SSID. The FTP server option which was enabled earlier is not there anymore with the new Router update. Please enable that option again.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio there is lot of issues going on network, when I gets call, it disconnects in 1 second automatically. When I am calling someone I am can here calling ring but actually call doesn't reach to destination. Please help, it very tough time for us.
