@JioCare For two days there will be no network in the particular location. Can it be a normal situation here. Or this is the policy of our Jio Service Provider.

All my family uses Jio, does an annual recharge and you just take the money and forget. Pathetic service. No real technical help being provided. Only lies and generic statements. @reliancejio @JioCare Give my money back, I shall port to another network then.

@JioCare I am not getting internet services at all inside my home(but getting internet services as soon as I come 20 to 30 meters away from my home) since last 7 days(before it was good). Informed to JIO Customer care but no any solution provided. Please resolve this issue

Y'day My @airtelindia SIM suddenly stopped showing network.Visited Store & that Guy ask me to change sim.I agreed & he asked me Rs 50 for that. I questioned the same but then realised the strategy. 326 Mn users * Rs 50 = Rs.16,300 Mn of extra income. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
