    @reliancejio @JioCare today I am calling in jio call center about I am without usage off data pack zero 1.5 GB data finished but I am calling to call center one off the person who unstifid and no sloved my problem . Without using data how can I finished .

    @JioCare Recharged my prepaid number with you ₹401 plan that offers Disney Hotstar 1 year VIP subscription but only mobile plan is activated & hotstar subscription is still expired. Not sure why but customer care seems not to be aware of the same

    @JioCare ur customer support are unable to resolve my query and 99% time they disconnect the call and I get same message to rate service. There is no option to rate -1 . I’m regretting port in to jio now. Thank you for the lesson. Shared details via DM, email . What else require

    @JioCare Very poor customer support and the services. I have raised a complaint regarding connectivity issue on 17th June still no solution was provided. Really fed up with the way you guys are addressing on it.
