@JioCare Where is the engineer promised today. Now the it is scheduled for Tuesday. Do we look like we are desparate for Jio and cannot survive. Cancel my services right now as the call center numbers are not helpful either. @reliancejio such pathetic services from Jio. Shyaaa 😡

@JioCare Service id: SR000017OZRW, Number: 335577690. It has been verified by the officials who installed that the bands are faulty but no resolution is provided. Been without a broadband from 2 days and counting.

@JioCare Great Jio. You don't provide customers to register a complaint in a viable manner, no number to reach out to, and when done through social media, copy+paste message to DM details, but nothing after that. Still companies with such lousy customers service keep growing @reliancejio
