    @JioCare @jio_fiber Past whole week Internet is down. Technician did hard reset. Worked temp. Down again. Router is green. Jio app diagnostics says everything fine. Jio care on App doesn’t work. Premium profile. Stop fooling people! after call of paying 3 months advance.

    @JioCare @GoI_MeitY do you guys even ask for accountability or it's just facade, is govt doing something about customer satisfaction or it's just monopoly market where these giants are given freehand to loot the people.

    @JioCare Are u fool or what Already told u ,what prompt heard when call not connected ,calling number 198 and others too all calls same issue it's not connected While internet not run on LTE mode how can able to surf any website Data is showing on of LTE but call and internet not work

    There is no network at all in Dandisahi, Mallikapur,Dasharathpur block of Jajpur district. Thousands are facing serious issues without internet and calling options. Please look into the matter urgently @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Engg visited, spent 1-2 hours roughly, internet works, after he went off, its again gone, when called them back they said, we are looking into it and its been 1-2 hours since then no body turned back and issue remains the same. Incompetent Engg or worst services by #JIOFIBRE

    Hey @JioCare , facing network problem at night since 3 days at around 7pm to 11 pm , i don't know what is happening solve this ,i have doing every steps of restart etc .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the cost care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

    Total mockery of support by @JioCare! Sudhanshu asks 4 details ALREADY shared in DM multiple times, and then goes completely silent again. Stop running from the issue. Either resolve the relocation or refund my advance payment today! @reliancejio @TRAI #JioAirFiber #Ahmedabad

    @JioCare Its already 8 days till now no connection was installed and not received the phone calls from yesterday afternoon. If u cant provide the servicea to customer what's the use.
