    @reliancejio i have still not received my security deposit as you mentioned 500 rs is to be deposited. It's pathetic that services are so slow as slow as 2 months for just depositing small amount.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre I took a trial plan on may 2022 and took a 8month plan after it . And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

    @JioCare Earliest means after 5 days? And till then what shall i do....i have already recharged it for 28 days and 5 day will be gone in this issue are you going to extend the validaty till the the issue is not resolved and ticket is closed

    Dear, @JioCare I have a base plan of ₹2999 which provides 2.5 GB per day data. I also have an add on data pack of 75 GB. But upon using data from my add on pack of 75 GB was deducted instead of base plan. Customer care executive ignore my issue and didn't provide me solution.

    @JioCare Engineer is saying this Service Request is to be closed & request for relocation is to be done in Myjio App. But he can't close thr Service Request. It has been 2 days without internet service. Pls resolve.

    @reliancejio Please don't use jio upi and jio payments bank. I have not get my amount of 17.11.2021 till. No body has listen my problem. Care and mail all is fail. I am very disappointed to lose my hard earned money.....
