@JioCare jio fiber is a pathetic wifi option to go for. Even after having a 150mbps plan slow speed remains constant. The agents will disconnect your chat no proper response until i filed a complaint in National consumer helpline. They don’t even check your Dms @ambani 🤬🤬

@JioCare But when I request for cancellation they said it cannot be cancelled for one month and refuse to refund the amount. b4 taking the connection they promised if you are not satisfied with service, I can cancel any time & they will refund balance amount. Order Number NO0000LG3KCU 3/3

@JioCare I recharged my mobile on 25th April 2022 for amount 719. this UPI transaction went failed , .. ICICI customer care confirms that money has been routed to JIO for this transaction .. JIO claims on no transaction on this date .. I have JIO reference number with me ..
