  @JioCare Requested Jio helpline to cancel my fiber connection as I am vacating the premises next day. The support agent on the call raised a service request. But it shows resolution only by August 5th. I would not be available to return the router. Is this a #JioScam?

  @JioCare Part 4 @JioCare Later, your senior support team assured me that the issue would be resolved within 4 hours. Those 4 hours passed, but nothing changed. Today I called again and still received no satisfactory response—only more promises and no actual resolution.

  @JioCare @DoT_India Since more then 1 months, issue not resolved. Biggest fraud customer service, on the name of 5G network only scam with people, worst speed and unable to call to national cyber number from jio.

  My internet is not working for the last 14 days, I was in Nagpur from 15th July to 23rd July and now I am in Goa still not have network. I have tried every possible way to connect customer care but @reliancejio put AI to handle customer service What a pathetic service 🤦

  @JioCare @JioCare Read the tweet properly! This is not a service issue with my number. I am giving feedback on your unfair pricing structure. ₹899 for 90 days vs ₹200 for 30GB on JioFi makes no sense. Kindly route this feedback to your product team for review.
