  @JioCare Issue persists. I want to discontinue the service. Visited Jio store and spoke with agent but they said it can be done online. Your IVR service does not give the option saying engineer visit is pending which is ever pending. Just disconnect the service.

  @reliancejio @JioCare from last 7 days internet is not working and 3 times complain raised #3BDUL1 no proper response from #jio no resolution as of now. I have not installed it for showcase it was my mistake to choose #bloody_jio. I should not recharge it for next 90 days.
