Whenever I reach out to customer care. Their only resolution is switch off and switch on the router and it will work fine. That's it. @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio receiving communications from the x handle only communication , not installing my connection or work on my complain an issue it is very bad experience in shameful.For the consumer so called reliance jio doesn't able to work on the one complaint and installation within two month
