@JioCare I have not received my set top box for two years . Switched to 999 plan - NO STB RAISED 10 + tickets - NO STB switched from PrePaid to POSTPAID - NO STB. What else do you want the customer to do . Very poor support. Alredy in DM'ED multiple times .No response.worst

@JioCare No alternate number, nithing. I am NOT a customer service guy to attend ur calls all the time, STILL I answered the call at Nov 30'22 morning and asked them to ring me between 5to6pm, u failed to call me again at the timeframe agreed.
