  @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

  @JioCare I am a very old user of Jio fibre..Facing issue with Jio fiber service everyday..your technicians suggested to change the router..but when I try to complain regarding this matter and spoke to the customer care they were so reluctant and non cooperative..

  @JioCare My jiofiber connection, +911813585647 is not working since 8 aug 9 am. I have made 20 calls. Raised 3 service requests. But none of technicians arrived. Do let me know what else to do for resuming the services.

  @JioCare @reliancejio if you are not able to elaborate your network coverage then why u r making customer fool??? I complained with regard to network/slow internet speed issue on 2nd August 2k26 but not yet this issue resolved.

  @JioCare The problem is with your services that's why the engineers have also stopped visiting my house and just reschedule the service request. Please wake up and accept the reality.
