    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    @reliancejio @JioCare i would like to lodge a complaint for my JIO fiber. I have been facing issues for over a month and haven't got any support. Today I called the help line waited for over 7 min and the phone got disconnected. Kindly reply to provide you the concerns.

    @JioCare Every time I schedule an engineer visit for a specific slot, the engineer either does not arrive during that slot, visits before the scheduled time without coordination, or simply puts the service request on hold.
