    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    @JioCare My jio fiber working fine until a stupid jio fiber technician came to repair my neighbour's jio fiber, when I asked him, he told me that in order to repair other jio fiber he has removed my jio fiber wire from the box on the pole and now I have to raise a service request

    @JioCare Why your internet speed is so slow in Navi Mumbai I'm just complaint last 2 months they said my technical team is working on it, but my problem is not resolved till now, if i raise a UPC then again and again your advisor is calling so what to do .??

    @JioCare It's ok, I don't wanna escalate things, since ours is a small town in Manipur. The problem was that, I had been contacting Airtel Xstream for connection since August, they told me it will be possible by September, but till now they didn't give new connection in our area.

    @JioCare After my Daily Data gets iver my add on does not start but it shows that the add on data is active. I want immediate help from jio customer care. I've tried contacting the 199 number but they're of no use.
