  @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

  @JioCare Very poor service from the Jio Fiber team, even after multiple calls and emails for connection issues no one bothers to call me back and solve my problem.They are more clever in selling new connections rather than serving or solving problems of their existing customers.

  Sad!!! @JioCare it’s been 5 days since my sim isn’t getting any network! The same thing happened with @airtelindia and they send me a new sim the same day! Shameful @reliancejio 😢😢😢😢

  @ViCustomerCare I'm trying to login to vi app from last 4 days unable yo receive the otp. Wtf is going on? Should I uninstall it & port my card to @reliancejio or @airtelindia ? Also recharged yesterday. Very disappointed. No data speed is well.

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 2 JIO FIBER connections at my home not working & ur call center person says cannot send technician widout customer doing trblshooting & b present in front of router. What a regressive way 2 handle poor quality of service.

  @JioCare hey , nowadays jio network speed has been reduced and not like before and I thought of purchasing jio fiber but in my pincode 620001 it wasn't available but they have planted the post, connection box and every other things before 6 months and still it wasn't ready.

  @JioCare Morning I spoke with customer care, he rescheduled today between 1pm to 3pm, now it is again rescheduled to 8pm. Wether i will get installation or not??? what is the issue??? Why it is keep changing??? How many escallations need to solve the basic issue.
