  @JioCare @jiocare @reliancejio SR - SR00003C181L Absolute malpractice by your field team! Fiber down for 3 days. Tickets are being repeatedly delayed with FALSE reasons. I NEVER requested any rescheduling. STop lying on backend logs to cover up SLA breaches and replace the ONT today.
