    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    After installation no ghost/shadow wud ever cpme to attend to problems. I hv to struggle daily as no mechanic turns up to repair the @JioCare ..wifi does not come in all corners of even same room❗Another room has no wifi absolutely. @PMOIndia Nothing works.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airfiberjio What kind of service is this? After relocating my Jio AirFiber connection, there is NO option to contact support or add the new address. Customers are simply left stuck with no proper resolution channel. SR Number: SR000039RR7B Fix it ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber internet services down since yesterday & the Co. only flashes message "will be restored at 10.52 pm" & repeats it every 6/8 hrs with time change but retaining the "0.52" in the end. Wow what hi-tech but no resolution or response!!!
