@reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

We are without connection since the past days. @JioCare must provide swift service as opposed to mere apologies for inconvenience. Such apologies do not restore connection and reflect the blatant ignorance of the service providers.

@JioCare My current plan is 399+100 so as per the current situation i want to downgrade my plan to 399+ gst. But under the section of change plan i am not getting the option of 399+gst Only the option to upgrade is comming that is for 399+200. Please help me to downgrade my plan.

@JioCare need your help. You dealer sold the fiber connection to me 6 months back saying he will add the next customer as my referral so I can get 12 month free connection. I took the 6 month plan paid the money .
