    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    wth is wrong with JIO4G internet and 1st of all they dont accept complaints no matter how many times you call complaint number they will just tell you the data usage like seriously and i dont even use data most of the days they send msgs of data usage @reliancejio @JioCare

    @AkashMAmbani Despite multiple emails, the Jio network issue is still unresolved. In Duwari Village, Rewa (MP) and Krishna Kunj, Rewa City, there is almost no network or internet connectivity. Please resolve this issue urgently. @JioCare #Jio #NetworkIssue #Rewa @GovernorMP

    Hi @JioCare, #JioCare #JioCustomerSupport I've been using my Jio mobile number for over 10 years, but it was deactivated while I'm working in Jordan. It's linked to my banking and other important services. I kindly request your help in finding a way to reactivate it.

    @JioCare @JioCare My account is active and network signals are strong, but I am not receiving OTPs or SMS from any app, including WhatsApp and PhonePe. This is a complete SMS block. Please check my number's backend SMS services and fix this immediately.

    @JioCare on of the worst network and service. Did mistake by porting from @airtelindia to Jio. Don't use Jio

    @rishabh_dua @JioCare @jio_fiber Their service personnel told me that they have outsourced to third party & the focus is to get new customers. I used Jio for almost 5 years & have to dx and get Airtel as they remained down for a week with zero accountability. Their local agents were rude as hell. Get Airtel.
