    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    @JioCare Any luck in delivering the sim today atleast? In India, its good to pay extra for the new sim from physical store. Lesson learnt. Though its new sim by same company and its illegal to charge diff. recharge amt. to customer. But again, its India.. zero customer centric laws.

    @JioCare Hi your international roaming team doesn't have any idea. I have clearly stated to multiple team members and they have no understanding of the situation. They keep asking to do foolish things. It is a big hassle when no senior technical team understands it or calls us on same number or alternative number. Orange, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Riverside county don't get connected to your partner network company, be it Verizon Wireless or T-Mobile. Very unfortunate. I have almost four different Jio connections and none of them work. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your Jio Fiber customer service is extremely disappointing and unresponsive. Despite repeated follow-ups, no proper resolution has been provided. If this is the level of service, it raises serious concerns about your commitment to customers

    @JioCare And how many times do I have to tell you that Jio never send any sms , only have the order reference on the app and since that day I have been making complaints to your team and you are shamelessly refusing to register the same
