    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    @JioCare I prefer all communication regarding this issue to be in writing via email only. My case has been pending since 22 Jan 2026, and all required details and proofs have already been shared. Kindly provide a written update and resolution instead of requesting phone calls.

    @JioCare This is not the new Jio AirFiber connection I complained about. The connection you are referring to is my old one. My concern is regarding the new Jio AirFiber installation, which was repeatedly delayed by your representative. Please check and resolve the issue

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve been complaining about my Wi-Fi for months now. Every day I have to use the help option in the app. Every week, I have to call the local representative for a wi-fi connection issue. Horrible service. I think I will shift to @reliancejio now

    @JioCare It's in the same status since 11 Jun. Also if you notice the issue is not from 11 Jun. It's from 27th May. The previous ticket automatically closed without any notification or resolution or me providing any OTP to service engineer. Not sure y it takes 19-20 days to resolve issue
