    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio raised service request SR00001CYEUC yesterday. One guy called and informed he is coming to attend within 1 hour. Later on enquiry informed he will not come and some other guy will come. Nobody came or contacted till now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am forced to cancel due to not getting service. It's been 12 days since the connection went down. My claim is very straightforward, either fix my problem or cancel the connection with a full refund Jio fiber No. 3335642970 and arrange to refund 1,500/-

    Got Jio Fiber connection yesterday. Worst service. First the installation was delayed and most of the apps are not working. On phone as well as the Jio fiber Wifi. Already paid for 6 months plan and getting this issue on the first day itself.@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare

    Pathetic @reliancejio network is in Vesu area of Surat and funny thing is that @JioMart app doesn't open at all at this network. This app works better at other networks.

    @JioCare @Atmanirbharr Every 15 days same problem. With jio hot spot router wi fi. Again since last 2 days net very slow near pipla ,Nagpur 440037.
