@reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

@JioCare Hey! Obviously I didn’t do it knowingly. The least I can expect from a customer care is to take care of the issue. Obviously if there is an unsuccessful recharge then bank will not process the payment. What is your role here?

@reliancejio You should first fix network problems at some areas before expanding networks and starting premium services at other areas, if network problem continues then customers will switch to other subscribers and @reliancejio will lost their valuable customers.
