  @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

  @JioCare Might be doing that soon. Tried talking to @ACTFibernet's customer care and received a lot of promises but no action, just like before. Also, I will be expected to pay for the time I didn't have access to internet as well. I don't think I will recommend ACT to others anymore.

  @JioCare this post was not regarding my current NO COVERAGE issue. Please cooperate with customers at least in this time of pandemic & stop harassing them with multiple ways to recharge. Be Gentle & send just 1 text message a day - No Voice Messages before every call and no multiple text.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I am disappointed with your service. I have registered for a new connection and the installation service is incomplete. Despite many follow ups through customer care, there's no resolution

  @JioCare No sms has been received regarding the same , it's been 4 days now and we have been calling everyday but there is no reply and effort from your side , we've been asking jio customer care to send an engineer but past 4 days they are unable to Please look into the matter. Thankyou
