    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    @JioCare Service request was cancelled by your company without even calling me or showing up. I am getting text messages for service request being completed and asking me how was my experience. Literally not even a single call from anyone in whole Jio company. @JioCare

    @JioCare Are you deliberately delaying the resolution? Every time we book a technician the same individual. who previously demanded unauthorized payment is being assigned again. He has clearly stated that he will not resolve the issue and will continue to place the request on hold.

    @raghav_chadha @JioCare We don't stay in India, we have to do unnecessary recharge to remain active of the sim From 3 months I haven't recharge and they deactivate my number and now saying come to India to reactivate your sim, wtf is going on in India and their rules.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber issue is not resolved yet. Neither the new internet connection is installed nor the refund of INR 1200 provided to me which was given at the time of booking this connection on 7 March 2026.
