    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using 4G Jiofi dongle only with 1 Device connected. Have recharged 4G work from home pack. But very worst service and total waste of money. Jiofi is not giving speed to single connected devices? How could you proudly says it supports 5 connection? Worst

    @JioCare I have cancelled request for Jio fiber order no. NO0001DJ4VN2 on 20th May since the engineer on site said that it can’t be installed as there are already enough connections in the area and no place for a new one. Post that I have raised 2 service requests - SR000036CA0T

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @reliancegroup past 6 months I am facing this issue and nobody seems to be bothered by this.. I am getting an Internet speed of 1mbps for paying 1400/month.customer care team seems to be clueless and ask me wait for 4 hours and no one follows up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio still no recognition from your side . Shamelessly I need to write daily about how poor your customer care service. U can tell clearly that you will not make the refund, so I stop getting frustrated and stop writing daily.

    @JioCare most bad service for jio air fiber not ground support. Company only tell we are resolving your problem but on ground level company employees are not doing anything. Today completed 20 day but still not getting air fiber.

    @reliancejio please reintroduced 1GB/Day plan as there are some user who have less daily data consumption due to wifi connection and also improve your network quality and data service . You are taking plenty of money for which purpose?

    @JioCare More then 24 hours later only messages of service disruption. I want this escalated since haven’t had Internet connectivity almost since the day it was installed.
