@shubhamHarit4 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

@Nikhil_1b Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@JioCare Finally after 16 emails, 5 DM and a wait of over a WEEK my issue isn't resolved hence quitting jio fibre. Thanks to these useless BOTs of jio customer care, KIMAYA SHETKAR, YASMEEN, SURAJ SHILKAR, SURAVI ROY,ROHINI & PRAKASH. keep it up JIO and your useless team.
