@JioCare Change of address. You Not able to relocate the jio fibre connection to my new residence in the Chennai Metropolitan with the same pincode.( Shifting of house within Choolaimedu, pincode-600094.) But denies refund of my deposit. Is this customer service.

@JioCare Even after so many days of following up, and messages, there is still no resolution and no sight of a resolution. I’m not sure what would it take to get my connection relocated.

@imsach1n I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

Hi All, I am requesting you all please don't use Jio Fiber. Because service is very 3rd class,I had submitted installation charges RS 1500 on 17.08 and today is 20.08 and am still waiting for installation of Jio Fiber. Jio Fiber service Id-299953839570 @JioCare @reliancejio
