    @JioCare, My Jio AirFiber has been showing a blinking red light for the last 4 hours and there is no internet connectivity. Team confirmed that my device is working fine & the issue seems to be from the network side due to some technical work. Kindly resolve this at the earliest

    @JioCare @JioCare A technician visit has now been scheduled, but that does not address the 48+ hours of service loss. I expect a validity extension or appropriate compensation for the downtime on a prepaid service that I have already paid for.

    @JioCare hopeless jioair internet service at Guwahati. Despite several complaints they becomes unable to stop disruption of internet service.
