    @JioCare Regret switching to your service.Customer care number is usually busy.Internet issues since last 3 days & service TAT is 3 days wait again? Are you kidding me!I opted for an annual plan.Please let me know if you can cancel my subscription and refund my balance. Pathetic

    @reliancejio First of all improve the 4G connectivity.. even we cannot make calls in our area Coll getdisconnected very frequently even they Wi-Fi calling doesn't work properly
