  The WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT is from @JioCare I have been chasing for 2 days, escalated to the next level but everyone seems to be sleeping. Looks like there is so much INCOMPETENCY at @JioCare that no one can actually help, everyone just copy paste bot replies and DO NOTHING.

  @JioCare @JioCare Diagnostics done. All devices fail. LED: Solid Green. Past SR000031CACD tech confirmed router needs replacement. Stop stalling with links. I'm losing paid annual plan days. Generate a replacement SR today or face a formal legal complaint for deficiency in service.

  Jio Airfriber issue. Its been 4-5th time in last 3 months. No one is giving resolution. Customer care person are asking me to stop the service as they are unable to provide the solution @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio
