Engineer Mohd Ahmed he said his boss is forcing him to visit the area. Is this how customer issues are handled? Absolutely unprofessional. #PoorService

Aasim (@halfdedcomic) reported@JioCare This is honestly ridiculous now. Every complaint gets the same robotic response and zero actual action. My internet has been unstable for 5 days and your “relevant team” seems to exist only in messages. If no one is going to act, at least share the Darbhanga local team’s contact number so I can deal with this directly.

I clearly said that other 1200/- was not refunded into the bank account , 1624/- was refunded and credited into the bank account. Also I send all screenshots of debit and credit history.
