    @NirajDaga6 @JioCare @reliancejio Same problem, they will send the same msg everyday. Engineer will visit your premises asap but no one will come or contact, once you have made the payment to them you don’t matter, they are more worried about the next customer they can scam

    @reliancejio @JioCare my old jio is not working properly, I want to buy new jio phone, I already have jio sim, but the problem is in stores they are not giving offer to my already existing jio sim, they are saying that for new sim only the offer is applicable.

    @JioCare @dumbinfidel @paapabutterfly Friendly warning pl do not go with Jiofiber, they will keep calling you till you make the payment then completely disappear. One week gone 11600 Rs gone no connection and nobody to contact. Just search Twitter you will find many many people facing the same issue

    @JioCare trust me Jio after sales service is pathetic no one is ready to resolve our issue … fruad trying to get maximum amount from customer and Jio outlets are worst

    @JioCare your customer care lines always put us on hold and then disconnects.. cannot reach anyone and complain about issue. My jio fiber connection keeps disconnecting randomly. Even STB keeps freezing while watching TV. Not expected such service levels. Do I need to rethink??

    @JioCare worst service experience I am contacting JioFibre daily for the Relocation of my device and I am getting answers that it will be done today or next day .today service engineer comes home he gets a message that your work order has been canceled so I can't relocate.
