    @reliancejio @JioCare @ShieldVoC i recharged at 9 pm for 6 gb.. And after 2 mns it showed the balance as 3.6 gb.. When i checked in history it showed 1 gb data used between 7 to 8 pm.. Either its technical issue or youbare cheating customers. I hv faced it many times

    @ShripalSolank18 @JioCare @HathwayBrdband Sorry to say but JIO FIBER OS WORST AT HANDLING THR CUSTOMERS. Seriously I have been struggling since 15 days for relocation request and no body cares. I called customer service 100 times and I get the same answer that tomorrow the agent gonna visit ur place and fix it..

    hey @reliancejio how fast you can port #Airtel number to jio. @Airtel_Presence don't care about customers anymore. Since one week I am getting 2G network and @airtelindia is not doing anything.

    @Sabu79996900 @JioCare They do nothing except giving false assurances. I had made complaint to jio care 9n 6th November 2021. Their staff was laying cables for jio fibre but they said they can't do anything for jio mobile. They ask to send dm so that their image is not affected. Jio does nothing

    Jio broadband isn’t able to deliver resolution of customer issues in 24 hours as committed. We had lodged a complaint vide number SR000015RLU3. @reliancejio
