I've raised complaints to customer helpline but they've said to keep WiFi in home. Iam one of the loyal customer to Jio and using Jio Sim since from 2016. So my journey of 6 years is coming to an end now. Feeling a lil hurt and Thank you for giving me your best service. @JioCare

@JioCare the day i took jiofiber connection network issue is coming your customer care is always unreachable as usual and in ujjain jio fiber office a peon is handling all complain no responsible person was thr ur company is doing fraud with customers return my 2500/-

@reliancejio @JioCare My service request number SR000015YWX2 is not resolved so far despite the repeated request to the concerned office at Dehradun. Please direct your subordinate office at Dehradun Uttrakhand for immediate action. Thanks
