    @JioCare Because of your poor service I have installed another fiber connection within 1 day from another company. I don't need jio fiber anymore and just want my money back. But for 13 days I had to suffer and lost lots of work.

    @JioCare For more than a month my mobile is disconnected. you insisted to visit the store even in pandemic giving address. All the stores are closed. Thanks for your stone age support🙏

    @JioCare Hi, i pplied for a esim, firstly after all the process there was no network in the esim. Now i dont have the option to add the data plan. Please guide me further. Have been struggling with it since a week.

    @manishmisra1980 @JioCare Jio is worse connection. These guys don't reply in a correct manner. They use to ask all the details and use to say, aapke yahan over use k karan net speed slow hai. So, I don't think so it is our work to solve it . @JioCare
