@JioCare Paid for new connection on 18Oct. As on today several schedules skipped by Jio. I am fed up answering work from home person s. Worst management by Jio.Staff are just enjoying. No control.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am a year old customer and amazon prime membership has expired and i need to pay for that now. However if I cancel this and if i take a new connection i get another 1 year free. This is apparently very funny why cant Jio extend the offer for another year ?

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare As expected, nothing has been done till now (expect lip service). Neither I get a call nor someone visited our office to sort this issue. Your team is wasting time instead of looking into the client's inconvenience. Pathetic Service. Will never recommend.
