    For the past 3–4 months, there has been absolutely no network coverage at this location, especially in the evenings between 6 PM and 10 PM. When it rains, the network is unavailable even during the day. At+Po-Pathara dakshin,Ps-pipra,distt-supaul,bihar @reliancejio

    Jio wi-fi internet services are worst, I am fed-up and now I am repenting after shifting from Airtel to Jio.I have opted for 100 mbps but I don't think its more than 40 to 45 mbps. Buffering is a part of jio wifi .Very often breakdown happens.Its now a trouble for me. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your representative said me 2 month plan for 807 jio air fiber connection but i got only one month plan upon activation; also i requested for internet only plan but got set up box plan which i dont use, pleasse help me with getting internet only plan
