    @JioCare UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000JOHY8J is scheduled on 03-03-2022 : 17:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion....

As I didn't asked postpaid connection. Why its taking too long to stop the service. Only generating service request SR00001945EH SR0000194F7W

    @JioCare The above is the message I received yesterday, but till this time, the issue is not resolved. Every time call, I get commitment saying that it will be done today. But you guys are not amending on same. This is truly unacceptable.

    @JioCare Tired of your predrafted responses. You guys asked for 24 hours to fix my internet, and 240 hours later you still haven't fixed my connection. Because of you guys I have had to prolong my stay at my friend's place to do my work. Will never ever recommend Jio Fiber to anyone!

    @JioCare I remember registering long back but never got a callback. I will wait for week and see if you would really reach out or not. No point in waiting beyond one week. Really disappointed as most of main ISP are providing service in my area except #jio #jiofibet #broadband
