    @JioCare It was supposed to resolved within 24 hours and its been more that 26hrs now. I think I should go for local service providers who are just a call away and even they resolve everything within 1-2 hours.

    @JioCare from today July month started that means 6months you never did follow-up about my concern, least bothered about customers about refunding the security deposit (jio postpaid 199plan).

Complaint no -10095289 I hope that @JioCare will give me service at our place Atleast they didn't gave any fake promise.And gave proper service.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio my #jiofiber is not working since last 2 days. One of the worst service i am experiencing. Complaints is being closed without even resolving the issue. Whenever I am calling to customer care they are creating a new complain. SR num- SR000015JYI3
