Sometimes I feel ashamed to use @JioCare services. And @reliancejio should be ashamed. Even if the network is fine or not, but for recharge, calls are made from time to time and that too from numbers like users.Looks like a real person has called.

Very disappointing service from Jio.I took jiofibre connection on 12th July 22 (plan of Rs 999).Paid Rs 3536 for 3months.But I was not provided setup box for accessing the OTT platforms.Since then raised several complaints, no resolution provided to date @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Am facing the network issue past many days & not only myself total residents having Jio connection R complaining the same problem of no network or calls dropped or net slow or rarely working. But DATA IS EZHAUSTED ON DAILY BASIS WITHOUT ANY SERVICE TO SURF THE NET. CHECK LOCATION
