Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Repeated complaints brought no solution. After cancellation, I’m told to wait 10–12 days for my refund. Unacceptable!

WFH, business & household work are badly affected. Extremely disappointing. Pls intervene and restore the connection urgently.
