Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

Jio customer care number 18008899999 can not be dialed how I believe that other no. will be dialed. If given no. problems can not be resolved by you please say to change the other service provider such as BSNL or AIRTEL.

When I asked the procedure to get a e sim on mail it took a lot of time to be answered and I have sent 32 mails and submitted all documents and still no reply
