Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

They seem to be interested only in installing new connections, but when it comes to after-sales service and customer support, the experience is practically zero. Complaints are not resolved on time.

My JioFiber has been down since today, and despite scheduling a home visit, your engineer is not answering calls and no one has arrived. Customers shouldn’t have to chase support for basic service. Resolve this ASAP.
