Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

Customer support asked me to visit India for reactivation, which isn’t feasible right now. All my banking OTPs are linked to this number. Requesting a temporary activation. Please help.
