Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
