Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

And the technician provided an old used router. Now please clarify that an old used router you installed everywhere when someone apply for new one
