@reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

@JioCare Hello @reliancejio i am not being able to make phone calls nor connect to the internet, i am in a place where i used to connect to the internet and make calls easily earlier and the problem arises in some days. My works is online and i am facing a lot of problems.

It's been more than 6 month after compaining about internet slow speed but not getting any improvements jio has a worst customer service. It's time to port. they dont have any concerns about customer complaints. Jio's users increase but not service in rural regions.@JioCare

@JioCare Twice in last 30-40 days I raised request for home delivery of sim. You team either doesn’t even call or called and were not keen to deliver. And request is closed with utter false reason. And my feedback just doesn’t matter 👎🏻. Poor !!

This network can not provide good service to their coustomers. Everytime you will get low speed or network issue. @reliancejio
