I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

Umesh_Jagadal (@umeshjagadal) reported@JioCare This has become a trend from the last one month to open the ticket and close it after service resumes. One thing to note, everyday about 6 hrs the service is down and nobody cares find the root cause.
