Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

devesh gawade (@DeveshGawa36853) reported@abdulhafiz9326 I had a similar experience paid for a service but didn’t get the expected benefits. After switching to Jio, the service was much more reliable, especially for international roaming. You might want to try @JioCare next time

Zero resolution, no engineer ever showed up, endless IVR torture, repeated false promises, and still charging me. This is beyond pathetic. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Total scam.
