@reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

@JioCare My last 5 calls in last month to your call centre was disconnected by agent. It seems your agent doesnt want to talk to customer anymore.. I'm sure I'm not alone. It's seems like a behavioral issue. I'm planning to covert to prepay. Can you assist with the process.

@reliancejio I have port my sim from BSNL to jio but free mnp of 399 is provided by jio but he took 300 rs but 399 is free jio 100 rs may be for prime 200 rs is not recharge he say that he recharge 399 how could it help please it fraud he doing

From one of the fastest network in Wardha, Maharashtra @JioCare is now lagging behind even @vodafone . Nil network in and around steel plant. The plant management was shifting to Jio, now they are having second thought. Even Vodafone is not good here.
