@reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

@JioCare @reliancejio @jiotvplus Hi my internet speed is down for atleast 10 days. Basically it's fluctuating alot. Also my previous complaint of frequent disconnection isn't resolved. Please look into. Also WHY their is no complain ID given if I contact the coustomer care.

I think I will transfer Airtel's SIM to Jio. The service is bad. I can't activate Hello Tune on my Airtel number. I have written a complaint to Airtel for this. Butt has not received any reply yet. So I think I will port Airtel to Jio. @airtelindia @reliancejio

New tactic from @JioCare to dodge complaint from customer with data speed. They blame your device has some problem... While their rival @airtelindia gives me 5-8mbps speed on same device at same location. Such an irony that jio self proclaims it to be the fastest network lol.
