@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

From last month @JioCare giving very bad service in my area. I called their service center 4-5 times but not any action taken by them. They are giving same reply every time that issue will resolved shortly. But after 1 month the issue is as it is. Pls take action @reliancejio.

Respected @DoT_India please do something about @JioCare @reliancejio . The data speed is too disgusting at my place. After several complaints also they are not taking the issue seriously and making customers fool by their as usual copy paste reply.

@JioCare Daily I am getting message that Jio fiber is available in your area but when I checked in Jio app they said coming soon to your area. This is happening from last 6 months. Please stop sending such messages if unable to provide service.
