I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Been 2+ years, they don't have a tower here and still haven't got any update on this. But coz Jio is usually one bar or X,I am complelety dependent on Airtel Wifi and one days that is down,I am unreachable
