@reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very poor service in siliguri as your customers support team and ground staff both are unable to solve my problem of fiber cut out for the last 6 days. Till now there is not a single support from your end. Pathetic experience. @JioCare u r best..

@JioCare jio store at bhankrota jaipur Rajasthan, is charging rs 199 to issue me a new duplicate sim ??? They are also giving a sim with this sim Or asked me to take another product from store either mobile stand or earphone instead of sim? Is it a jio store policy???

@JioCare why was I denied port in request in pune as I am a gujarat resident. My addhar card is valid and I was still asked to provide local person for verification. I just started working in pune and I don't want to bother any of my friends. Very poor service and bs verification

@JioCare The engineer made false allegation that door was closed during his visit and put request on hold but actually he never made any visit. He never called for any appointment, and after 3 calls, customer care telling same excuse. No one is to provide any solution to the problem.
