@reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

Both times disconnected on its own after selecting there all IVR options to connect with some HUMAN support. Totally disgusting experience, its been more than half an hour jiofiber services are not working here and i paid 3 months rental to them such a shame @JioCare @reliancejio

@Aryanjain_22 @reliancejio This is the worst broadband service provider. I have had the same issue and it continually persists even as I write. To top it their technicians are even worse. @reliancejio fix these issues else you will lose customers.

@reliancejio #jiofiber. Your fiber cables in H block, Ansal Villa Farms, Satbari Chattarpur, New Delhi are broken 3 days. Fiber net not working. Can not complain as 1800 number not accessible from Airtel mobile. Pls DM for personal details. At least 50 customers are effected .
