@reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

@reliancejio jio mobile network sim data consume very fast. 2gb data consumed very fast, how it is possible. Jio cheated customer because they know that nobody can do anything to jio. Because govt. of india is supporting #jio very much.

@JioCare @reliancejio Poor service no internet in my area from last 30 Hours and no resolving has been provided... U guys take money for 3p days and provide the service for only 27-28 days... Thatswhy no one trust you as much as Airtel Vodafone has earned the trust.

@reliancejio We live in the era where planing for providing WiFi on the airplane on the air but @reliancejio can’t provide at the land . But city has Jio coverage but my area didn’t cs always telling provid service into phases hearing since oct21 the local service provider miss using @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence First i was told it’s purely a fiber connection now i am told it’s aluminium wire connection. I am really pissed with the service. If not resolved today i will call @JioCare and take their connection.
