  @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

  @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

  @reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Stay away from Jio at all costs. Once they take your money, it will be you only who will get exhausted. I have faced this during my connection cancellation as well. Raise a consumer forum complaint

  @JioCare I applied for Jio Air fibre on aug 5 with order number NO0001F10WME. No eng visited and it was never installed. There was no option to follow up too. I got a different service provider in the end.

  Jio Customer Care promised my pending refund would be credited within 24 hours, but there is still no refund or update. This is unacceptable after repeated delays. Please process my refund immediately and share the transaction details @JioCare
