    @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho raised SR00003C3RZN on 24 Jul. Engineer visit keeps getting scheduled but ticket closed w/o fix Reopen - same engineer → no‑show → reassigned again. Why this endless loop? Still unresolved after days. Very poor & unethical service. #CustomerSupportFail

    @JioCare your team is not at all responding on time or taking responsibility to resolve the issue. We need to follow up so many times but still no response and this is impacting my work a lot. Kindly suggest who can compensate it

    @JioCare I have shared the number in DM. It's been a week still it's not installed. Install it today , or else cancel my request. Airtel is already in queue to give me connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare my Jio Airfiber is not working since 4 days. I raised service request & I was told that it will be repaired by 25th, but no technician has come. I visited office but no reply. I tried to call to area manager for 25+ times since morning but he doesn't answer.

    @JioCare My refund it's 2+ months what is my fault for not getting refund. Pls release my refund by today & u keep doing postmortem not my issue. If you don't want to give my refund say it. I hate begging my own money. At least u guys have humanity left release it by today 🙏🙏

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. It's been over a week and the issue is still unresolved. No proper updates, no accountability, and customers are left without service. If this is not restored immediately, I'll be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and the telecom regulator.

    @JioCare Day 12 (since 14th Jul): A new service engineer had visited today completely clueless about the issue. He checked confirmed that the router which is having a loose component needs to be replaced and it shall be done free of charge. Has assured to comeback tomorrow.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My old Jio SIM is lost. It was registered on a handwritten domicile cert. Every time I request a duplicate SIM, the CAF gets rejected from the backend. Kindly check the exact rejection reason and help me recover my number.
