    @JioCare Instead of fixing your own shortcomings, you are busy explaining phone settings to me in DM,telling me to put the SIM in Slot 1,as if I were a child. The fact is, the SIM in Slot 2 actually performs better than your network does; this proves that both slots are fine,

    @JioCare I am requesting a full refund of my ₹1,200. I am completely unable to reach your support team. When I try calling the Jio AirFiber customer care number, an automated system states that since I am no longer an active customer, I cannot speak with an executive.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its been 12 days,there is very much lag and call disconnections in my area. I have tried contacting local Jio Store but they are simply telling to wait for another day. It was my bad decision to switch to Jio from Airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioStb No Wi-Fi since morning. Hours of downtime, zero communication, zero accountability. And now there’s a World Cup match on and the internet is STILL down. What exactly are we paying for? Absolutely unacceptable service. Fix this mess immediately. #WifiDown #WorldCup

    @JioCare hi again the service engineer has not yet came and my issue is not resolved. and its time already night and my issue is not going to get resolved today. what the worst Customer care @jio have.
