    @Neend_Ki_Rani @reliancejio Nice, same here I am also going to port to Airtel. Jio promised 5G plan with unlimited data. No proper update regarding the jio fibre installation. Too bad product, service and their team too.

    @JioCare @reliancejio you have given great training to just reply template to the complaints and resolve the tickets, check last 3 months SR, MR, grievance mail, Consumer complaint, you will come to know, but unfortunately Reliance/Jio doing fraud and given training to support this

    it has been 48hrs since internet services got disrupted in Anna Colony ( Besantnagar Chennai) and there is sign of its restoration Multiple calls to Jio are of no use . JIO IS THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE AND INCAPABLE SERVICE PROVIDER @JioCare
