  @reliancejio @JioCare SRO0003EN2T(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

  @JioCare This shows a serious lack of coordination and accountability. I need a clear resolution within 24 hours—either complete the installation or provide a clear refund/cancellation solution. Failing this, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer Court channels.

  @reliancejio What exactly is so difficult about processing a refund? You failed to provide the Wi-Fi service in my area, yet you’re still holding my money. No service, no refund, and endless delay — absolutely frustrating. Stop wasting my time and REFUND MY MONEY NOW.

  @BSNL_GJ Your network is very poor at my area, otherwise I definitely port my SIM from @reliancejio to BSNL. JIO and BSNL both are same here. Manorath residency,sayli road, Silvassa 396230
