    @JioCare Hi Team, Thanks for the support. The relocation request has been fulfilled successfully but it took 17 for the completion. 17 days without the service which is more than half of a month. Hope this doesn't gets repeated in future. Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your JIO fiber customer care and your field service team both have a horrible apathy for distressed customers. First, converse to what you keep bragging about...there is no simple way to simply Open an issue ticket with your JIOApp.

    Nor there is any warning while u apply referral voucher tht ur prime membership will b revoked. Non-transparent policies – wish u were customer friendly. I am on 999 & never downgraded my plan. The only mistake I did was referred my friends 2 JioFiber. 2/2 @reliancejio @JioCare
