    @JioCare Your Jio Fiber service is down for the last 4 days odd and just sending messages to reinstate the service in next 12 hours...is this a new way of earning money by fleecing Customers every month with service failures for a few days..Sickening to Trust Jio.

    @JioCare Does it really take a week for you to fix it? That’s the reason people are leaving jio and moving to airtel. Pathetic service.

    @both_best101 @JioCare Worst customer service. Even i faced this.. Support keeps sending scripted replies every time, citing some so-called DOT regulations instead of actually resolving the issue.

    @JioCare Already have checked and this is the worst reply. You are Sharing youtube video on how to redeem voucher. That is well know to me. Have u read issue details and 4 day conversation? You all atleast read issue then reply ..or just say Resolution is not possible or just say NO. Hell

    @JioCare I appreciate you have opened the service request again. But I can see that the visit is scheduled on 9th that means my problem will not be solved for at least 8 days that is almost 1/3 of the billing period. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @JioCare I get this reply evry time frm the customer care but there is no ETA. No responsibility. I don't even know why it's taking so much time. If installation is taking this much time then god help jio customer if there is some issue. I m thinking to cancel my request.

    @JioCare shubham/vidhi/others you guys keep msging you are working on will update on my SR. So my service request number is SR000037QIWB. I will receive an update by 2026-06-07T21:23:39. Pls give me in detail update and not just word UPDATE pls. I am waiting here or in DM🤨

    @reliancejio Despite raising complaints multiple times, no action has been taken. We are only receiving assurances while the network issue continues. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare

    @JioCare As of now, the voucher is not available in my MyJio app. Please credit all the five vouchers as I am waiting for this else I’ll convert my Jio Fibre to Airtel because they are giving better resolution and support.
