@reliancejio I switched my physical sim to eSim on 6th July and boarded flight to Malaysia & my eSim didn’t got any network. When contacted Jio Store, asking me to be India for thumb impression. Doesn't @JioCare have any solution to activate eSim out of India?

25 days after the first complaint you are yet to address the issue. On top of it you make it impossible to port out to @reliancejio. But I am determined to port all numbers out of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. If you can't solve a problem in 25 days, you never can.
