    @JioCare I have shared the screenshot and you can clearly see that there is no option to reschedule or call or track service request since the service engineer is not assigned till now how can I track or call the service engineer do not give prototype reply.

    I’ve lost all trust in @ViCustomerCare A loyal overseas customer with a dead SIM, conflicting answers from customer care,Vi Store n WhatsApp, still no solution. The only options are fly to IND or transfer my no. Now I know Y people are prefer @airtelindia and @reliancejio over Vi

    @SAMTHEBESTEST_ Bhai Ranbir, please ask @JioCare and @reliancejio about my Fiber WiFi issue. They’ve screwed up my last 6-month plan it still hasn’t been activated. I’ve been following up with them for the last 2 months with zero resolution.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Needed extension only after restoring not some after 30 days . As renewal is due soon . This regular from jio outages for several days . Last time also no extension given for outage for days by jio What if renew and again there outage for 30days
