What the hell is wrong with hu @reliancejio @JioCare.My TV set top is not working frm last 5-6 days. I m calling ur customer care again and again but they r not taking any action for the resolution of the issue.. I have already raised complaints several times but no resolution.

@JioCare Service request ID is Your service request number is SR00001AMH2I. You will receive an update by 26/04/2022 12:09. So far issue is not yet fixed. This is ridiculous.
