  @JioCare Please check your records. I received an SMS on 21st Aug cancelling my order. Since then I am waiting for my refund. See below message: “Service request no SR00003FNPDZ has been raised in your account. You will receive an update for this request by 2026-09-03T17:25:07”.

  @JioCare The technician assign (9231422752 orde NO0001FAPKJY ) is now being extremely rude . After 10+ calls today, he told me: "Don't call me,I won't answer your calls." 14 days with NO device, No internet with false solution,and now customer harassment! Action needed now! @reliancejio
