Let's talk about how @JioCare works. We have changed our house, had to surrender the old Jio connection and take a new one. The customer care said, once we deposit the old instruments, we can get refund of security deposit & hv the landline number transferred. Begins the ordeal.

@JioCare was not able to connect on the network, this is really frustrating that you associate gave me the wrong info, when i spoke to the other person she asked me to do an IR pack which i understand, but the wrong information provided to me is unacceptable.rqst you help.2/2

So I switched to jio fiber so that I could experience good internet speed and have connection stability which was lacking in my local internet service provider. It's been two days now that jio fiber isn't working @reliancejio @JioCare (Thread)

@JioCare #1 Pathetic response to service call at Jio Fiber May pls note the chronology 14th May service request raised for discontinuing the connection as being transferred to other city 15th May recd call , have requested to collect the set-top box by 19th as I've to vacate
