I am sorry to say that at present time the 4G data is worst than 2G. Jio is cheating the of customers . If Jio is will not improve their services then there is no options except to switch over to other network.@JioCare

@JioCare Hi Tejas. We were contacted by Mansarover HL @Shoyabquereshi and within 2 hours he sorted our issue for connection. Thanks to him.Much Appreciated. But please let customers know the exact time of providing connection for Jiofibre if there is no box left.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Finally I have to resort to writing here as no response anywhere. Call center is extremely pathetic and clueless to resolve anything. they simply disconnect and are rude. Connection speed has become low, no bills, incomplete plans and no reply for emails.
