    @airtelindia Bad service ever i am getting only two signal at my area whereas my family members are getting full signal they are using jio and airtel. I don't know what happen with my sim i am not getting 5g signal. otherwise i have to port my sim to jio provider @reliancejio

    @JioCare DM is not working, Please check network recent issue. Otherwise PORT is the last option @airtelindia . 851116 (Pin code) Recently (since 4 days) network got interrupted in heavy rain, still not working. All Jio users are in trouble in township. @reliancejio

    @JioCare When can I expect the installation? I would like a specific date and don't want any false hopes. It has already been 3 days since my KYC was completed. Please let me know the installation date, or cancel my order if it cannot be scheduled.

    @lawandnation @JioCare Airtel is no better. They have deliberately made the process of reaching customer care extremely complicated.

    @ashuvemulapalli I faced an issue with @reliancejio +91-4035048820 | Postpaid @JIOAIRFIBERIN Plus internet connection. I paid an amount of ₹800. However, my problem still remains unresolved. Despite raising multiple complaints, the Jio staff in Ramanthapur did not respond.

    The service provided by @jio_fiber @reliancejio is horrible. The support is very template based.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejiocare This is absolutely unacceptable service! Yesterday, I was given one engineer’s number and today I have been given another engineer’s number. But the reality is — not a single engineer has bothered to call me. And when I’m trying to call them myself, they don’t even pick up the phone! After making me wait for 3–4 days, you finally share an engineer’s contact number, only for that person to completely ignore my calls. Will the engineer actually visit the site or not? Will my issue be resolved or not? Nobody has the basic courtesy to even communicate! Is this what Jio calls customer service? Extremely poor service, zero communication and absolutely no accountability. If you cannot provide a basic installation/service, then stop wasting customers’ time and give a clear answer instead of sending random numbers. I need a proper resolution, not another engineer’s number who won’t even answer the phone

    @reliancejio @JioMart_Support The customer facilities at your store need attention. The shopping baskets are broken, and the lift for taking large trolleys upstairs is also not working. Please look into this and fix it soon
