@JioCare it's been 7 days since I logged a complaint via app. I am unable to browse internet and requested a technician visit for same. After numerous complaints, tweets, and contacted area head authority ( +918076299437) yet no technician showed at my place. @DoT_India

@reliancejio HELP ME .. when are you laying fiber optic in our area? BHILAI NAGAR SECTOR 10. 490006. Spare us this torture from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence trust me, more than 10 houses are waiting to kick these idiots out. 15 days having taken money, no one shows up.

@JioCare Do not bother. We have disconnected jio and taken service from a local provider. Within 30 mins a new connection was given and line was started. For 3 days you guys have been misleading us.
