If u complaint for net speed ur sevice provider will reply sir our speed is good but many people using same app at same time thats way, and lastly wait for weeks we will resolve this. So at the time of recharge can I also told them to wait for next week.@JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare highly disappointed of the service provided by your organization. I was told on 15th that my connection would be installed but due to technical error my request cannot be proceeded. Again today on 17th the same thing happened!

.... as well as Remarks from my BHIM App but @JioCare is not accepting that I have done my payment. Payment Date: 7th Nov 2020. Still struggling to get my refund back. If this is the customer service of @reliancejio. I don't think it should in the list of strongest brand.
