    @JioCare reply says Jio calls because customers "could be facing some difficulty" in recharging. If Jio is genuinely concerned about customers facing difficulties, why isn't there an easy IVR option to connect directly with a human customer care executive when actually need assistance?

    @JioCare @JioCare More than 24 hours have passed since you stated that a Service Request was raised, but I have still received no call, SMS, engineer details, or installation update. Please share the Service Request number, current escalation status, and a confirmed installation date.

    Unacceptable service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Brand new JioFiber connection (only 10 days old) and the internet is already down for the second time. What’s the point of raising tickets if the reliability isn't there? Fix Service Request SR00003AOXT5 immediately. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Everything I have done. But the problem is still not resolved. Jio services are not satisfactory. After my subscription completes I will surrender my connection.
