    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

That is why, about a month ago, I switched to an Airtel SIM; the network coverage has been good so far.

    The funny part is, Jio charges enough to provide a premium service, yet they can’t even keep their network running during a basic power cut. @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN My inverter works fine at home, but apparently Jio’s infrastructure has no proper backup. 201102 pincode

    @JioCare What DM reply? Your DM just sent the same generic 'in process' template with '0' ETA and NO one on site. Stop hiding behind fake DM replies to save face publicly. My internet is OFF since Aug 6th. Confirm an exact resolution time or stop auto-closing tickets. @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare No more false & misleading assurance pls kl 4 hrs mein start kar rahe the aap aaj tk nahi kar paye, causing immense haressment & torture since 10days mansik shoshan karte ho aap log payment le kar phasate ho. U hv yo face what u ppl do to innocent customer
