    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare India top cheater company failed to full filled their commitments and fail to give facilities as per jio fibre plan because field engineer not interested to follow rules and commitments of support team .

    @JioCare What if the engineer refuses to fix the issue again? This has already happened—previously, the ticket was simply closed after two days without restoring my service, or the engineer refused to proceed. If the connection is eventually restored

    @JioCare FYI....I had already submitted these documents, when I started your jio fiber service. After this much escalation, nobody contacted me. Till today, your jio fiber service is down. Hence, I have installed Airtel Xtreme Fiber in my house. Thanks

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio No update has been received yet, It seems "As Soon As Possible" or "Earliest" is forever. 9 days of non stop complaining about an issues falling on deaf ears. I am sure its going to be Mukesh & Akash Ambani who will personally come and resolve my issue.

    @reliancejio Never expected such poor service from Jio. 50+ hours without JioFiber (Ref: SR00002NIZJC). Technician visit was confirmed for 10 AM yesterday, but no one visited. Later, I received an incorrect OTP-related message. Extremely disappointing. Please resolve urgently.
