    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare Harshit, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

    @JioCare Your technicians are doing there analysis via call, last 3 days service for scheduled no response and now you are telling me for the 3rd time that I need to wait for another day, I won't be rescheduling anything from my end, please first give me the reason of the delay.
