    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    Agar 24 hours ke andar issue resolve nahi hua to mai officially Airtel me port request daal dunga. UPC code generate karne ki process bhi start kar raha ***. Itne time se recharge karne ke baad bhi basic internet service na milna bahut disappointing hai.#reliancejio

    @JioCare Me too! They cancelled my order NO0001D0EP1G on 27 April and no refund till date. Worst part is the customer support! An 'idhar dabao, udhar dabao' number and a chatbot replying on mail and SM.

    @JioCare i mean seriously, booked a jio home connection and paid for it and now your jio agent not receiving my call with delaying the installation. Im in a such a crucial moment, is it the standards of service U provide.

    And it’s the same. Just count the days 10:00 AM and wifi and mobile internet is out for entire day. Will get technical issue reply on this. How can someone be so brainless that u do all your maintenance in peak time. Shameful act. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
