    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    Hello @JioCare , @reliancejio @reliancejiohelp It’s been 2 days of repeated follow-ups with JioCare. Payment is already made, yet my JioFiber connection is still not restored. I’ve reached out plenty of times with no resolution. Such a pathetic and disappointing service.

    @JioCare Hi, it’s been 2 more days since your assurance of an Engineer Visit, but there is still no update on installation or refund. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel it and process my full refund immediately. I’ve already waited since 17 August.
