Yesterday I did a mistake . I recharged my @reliancejio @JioCare number . Last month i recharged my alternate number because i was facing network issues in Jio. I thought the company has worked in our locality during to improve network strength . But sorry , I was wrong .

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I just called the Jio Fiber customer support team from my Jio mobile number and on asking to speed up resolution or initiate refund, the call was disconnected from the agents end. This is such a pathetic customer support experience.

@JioCare @reliancejio I must say, whenever I call jio fiber toll free number to register a complaint. It stuck at sending me jio fiber registration link. This is really insane. This is series blunder and nad service by jio.

There is some serious problem in receiving OTPs on the @reliancejio network. The OTPs never arrive, and even it does, it expires. I wouldn't have pointed if it was one institution but I noticed this problem across several of them. Are you doing something about it, Jio?
