    Paying for Jio "Unlimited 5G" in Kolkata, but 90% of the time there's zero 5G coverage. The speed is so tragic I can’t even hold a basic Google Meet or Zoom call without it freezing. Whenever I call 198, the automated voice says: "We understand you are facing slow internet speed, this is a temporary issue..." I’ve been hearing this exact "temporary" slogan for 2-3 years now. What exactly does "temporary" mean to you guys? @reliancejio @JioCare Fix your network.

    @JioCare If someone doesn’t pay on time, your don’t understand so why should a customer do the same. I request to discontinue my connection and refund me the security deposit. Take your setup box etc, they are useless.

    NEVER EVER BUY THIS PILE OF CRAP @JioCare. GARBAG. ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE. @reliancejio IS ONLY FOOLING FOR A DAY WITH NO HELP. ALL WORK ON HALT BECAUSE OF THIS TRASH WIFI.

    The worst part of Indian telecom industry is that it almost got monopolised by 2 giants @airtelindia and @reliancejio Both give the worst internet services and charge you more. I am using both. Worst part is we can't do anything about this despite daylight looting from them🙄🙄

    @JioCare Request ID raised yesterday for internet issue of Jio Air Fiber. Id number SR00002LKXMU. Visit was scheduled from 3-4 PM, Now received msg that it's delayed. If you cannot solve it on time then better collect your box and discontinue my connection

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @JioCare why it is that jio doesn't bother for its customer. They will give time for resolution and than keep on changing time and date. Why they are not accountable to consumer. They have taken consumers to ride with no voice of consumer .
