Very bad service by @JioCare . The sales person took the money and activated the service but no installation has been done yet. It’s been 9 days now and I am just chasing the sales person and customer support team. No solution given.

@JioCare even after multiple attempt your useless chatbot is saying unreachable even I’m on so called best network operator and residing in metro city. Don’t give excuse and refund my Jio fiber amount.
