    @JioCare Still receiving generic responses. We have no Internet since 5-May and the issue affects multiple residents in our apartment. Ironically, when I tried booking a new JioAirFiber connection from another number, a sales executive arrived within hours to our home 😕

    @JioCare The only fix is to do a complete reset of the router. They raised multiple complaint tickets, visited the local Jio center and were told a technician will visit but no one comes. The customer care only wants to close tickets and doesn't care about the problem itself.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @OfficialJioTV Sorry in Jorabagan Area Kolkata 700047, Maximum Jio customer facing same issue as our are Jio Service Manager convey the message. They should we are paying prepaid for the uninterrupted service. But from 17th May 2026

    Really pissed off with the service of @JioCare. Constantly following up for a new JioFiber connection but the installation has been getting delayed for the last 15 days.local WiFi is already messed up bcz of the rainy season and mobile data everyday is becoming frustrating now.
