    @JioCare I am facing internet discontinuing issue from last four days. Even they scheduled engineer visit and after every three hours they change the name. Hence no one visit till now. It's pathetic that Jio provide this type of service which pressure me to shift with Airtel.

    @JioCare This a 4G network? The net is so poor that even Google Speed Test can't run. Pages are not loading, network keeps fluctuating, and the experience is terrible right after porting into Jio.Fix the network issue in my area urgently. Cordinates-25.604806,85.069403

    @JioCare No you are wrong it's you strategy after some time recharge wil expire and you willl say for recharge .......your costomer excutives makes tooo much cl for recharge but network is very bakwas.........

    @JioCare Since yesterday, I've been receiving the same message that rest assured engineers will visit at your premises between the given time frame, but the visits keep getting postponed. If this is the quality of service, I would like the WiFi services to a different provider.

    Absolutely unacceptable service from @reliancejio . My JioAirFiber has been non-operational since Saturday, 23rd May, and despite multiple complaints, calls, and reschedules, the issue still remains unresolved. What’s worse? Jio keeps assigning the SAME engineer who openly says he no longer works for Jio. Yet the company continues to assign him repeatedly instead of actually fixing the issue. This level of incompetence, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers is pathetic. Customers pay for reliable service, not endless excuses and fake service assignments. Do better, Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare issue public notification2larger consumer base if it is affected bt no u will just write com templates&that2 nt even read wat customer is asking. It's been more than 19 hours jio airfiber is completely down,it's complete outage.who is accountable for this @JM_Scindia 2/2

    “I used a Jio SIM before, but I didn’t recharge it for a long time because I shifted from India to Dubai. I was still able to use GPay, but suddenly the network disappeared and now it says the number is invalid I’m unable to recharge or use the SIM. Please help fix this @JioCare
