@JioCare the level of customer service for jio fiber is worst compare to other service provider. 2day my fiber have network issue your cs team says it will take 24 hrs to resolve.. seriously it's weekend not in mood to work.

@JioCare Bought a new JioFiber connection on 9th Sep. Was promised installation in 2 days. No installation done, Jio rep not picking calls. No way to contact customer support. Pls resolve ASAP.

@JioCare I am from Bhopal. Jio customer service is pathetic. The toll number guides you to auto response and end up clueless. The Internet speed was good when installed, but it weeps now & then. Even calls to area services engineer is in vain because they in turn raise a ticket.
