    @JioCare this is 2 help those who are planning 2 choose JIO as their internet service provider. My 2yrs experience says that JIO got the worst customr support. My installation is due since 30th May & despite paying in advance nothing done in past 6days.Our job is at risk.

    @JioCare @JAYSINGHCKT I have raised the issue. My net is not working for 4 days now. Why aren't you resolving. Should I port? Don't ask to go to the @JioCare App. I have tried that multiple times. That is completely useless.

    Hi @JioCare I did a recharge today of Rs 399 from my number and received a confirmation of the same. However whenever I am trying to make a call, the operator is still saying there is no valid recharge. Customer care chatbot was no help
