    @JioCare I NEED MY INTERNET TO BE RESTORED AND I NEED YALL TO CONTACT ME BEFORE 9 SINCE I I need to begin work using wifi. JIO wifi is a sad reality,which questions us why continue it,where we need to be behind y’all every 2 days for internet issues we face.WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

    Update: i have been connected to Jio 5G but no data only calling. Still cannot connect to Jio 4G. 5G network keeps dropping, so no network showing for the most part. Urgently help @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello.. My reliance number is out of service from few days..when i visited jio care office here, they told me that my number cannot be recovered due to some reasons..but i need my number urgently..kindly look into the matter asap.

    @JioNews @JioCare Unfortunately I'm not able to download any of the newspaper because of the irritating adds popups initally it was the best app. for reading & downloading newspapers now it has become the worst app. it's not letting us to click on download to get it downloaded

    @JioCare its been 4 days I had problem with wifi router. Technician changed it and now no internet from 4 days. Called customer care 10 times they just say your requst will be resolved earliest, but don't know when? Requested for disconnection but it also don't work for me.Tired

    @reliancejio I am a Reliance Jio Fiber and my office boss Arup Banerjee has treated me very badly One person was forcibly taken regination and one person was held hostage and that picture was posted. This is very bad behavior which makes our mental thoughts go in other direction
