  @JioCare I have sent a dm, and now you’ll just say yes we have a service ticket. As someone who works with a lot of tickets let me try to simplify this to you. Opening a service ticket does not mean the task is done, in-fact it’s when the support request needs to be answered.

  @reliancejio in our are (Location: Bahari, Barpeta district, Assam, Pin -781302) after the powercut the network automatically shifts to 4g and we couldn't able to use any data even in 4g. This is how Jio is running and looting us. @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio really pathetic service. You collect payment upfront for Jio fibre, then deny service saying installation is not possible and make us wait for months for the refund.
