@JioCare You should not take money untill it is totally done from your end. It is like a trap. Get the money first and then make a customer wait. Worst customer service. No support from Toll free number, whatsapp chat nothing.

I tried calling appliate too who has given me a ticket with SLA of 39 days. So it means I have to wait for 39 days and until then my monthly plan of 999/- plus GST will expire. Never had such disappointing service from @reliancejio @JioCare
