    @reliancejio While the number of subscribers may be increasing, Jio customer service really sucks! My phone was disconnected 3 days ago for no valid reason and it has still not been reactivated. To make matters worse, I have already prepaid for the services. Truly frustrated in Mumbai...

    @JioCare I personally message to you that your jio service is worse service in the enitre world. I always got buffer and no network why this happens every time even I paid 3 month plan. I tell you that I will port my no in Airtel sim your service is truly very annoying.

    @JioCare @reliancejio hey jio still getting very poor speed at 25.4475322, 78.5490626 (Jhansi).Just getting max speed 200 kbps.While till a month ago i was easily getting speeds till 5-6 mbps daily.Please improve your network asap or else i will switch my network.

    I have received confirmation msg from @JioCare Still is denying the req received. "We have received recharge request for your Jio number/Service ID 9552636040 Transaction ID : AMZ614840161. Please keep this transaction ID for future reference".
