    @JioCare My Jio #7742539573 is still blocked! Cyber complaint (Ack: 33107260185785) is officially CLOSED by UP Police. Shared all closure proofs & NOC with Care, but no response yet. Business is suffering badly. Pls escalate & unblock immediately. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since last 2 months frequent getting Jio Airfiber connections error don't know what kind of services are provided by Jio .don't know why they are charging payment if they can't provide service Jio fiber No 2035407667...and jiocare not responding properly ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejioCare Your representative has now called me and clearly refused installation at my address, stating that JioAirFiber cannot be installed here. I have already paid ₹2,222. Please either install the connection or cancel my order and refund the full amount

    @JioCare System restrictions" won't fix a physically severed cable outside my house. The wire was cut into two during electricity work. Diagnostics and IVR bots cannot fix a physical break—only a field engineer with a splicing tool can. My work is completely blocked today.

    @JioCare My question is why my previous request closed without installation. What guarantee is there this request will not be closed without installing. How long you want me to raise complaint like this. What is the deadline you are having now . Why there is no action taken .

    Jio is worst service I have ever received, from last two weeks it's network is worst then ever everyday I have to turn on aeroplane mode to reset the networks If this is your service then Why the f you take a good amount for recharge @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    25 days without a working JioFiber connection, and still no engineer has visited despite repeated complaints. This is completely unacceptable. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare — please resolve this issue immediately and arrange an engineer visit. #JioFiber #Jio
