  I can't even post my complaint about jio on X my network is that much worse.i have switched from Airtel to jio due to jio is my fav sim but @JioCare backstabbed me and providing me less than 15 kb/s internet even BSNL gives fast internet in my area

  @JioCare I received a message saying it was rescheduled to March 5 between 20:15–22:15. It’s now 23:10 and no one has called or shown up. No updates, no communication. This kind of service is unacceptable. Please assist me in cancelling my JioAirFiber plan immediately.

  @talk2anuradha I recently switched to @ViCustomerCare recently from @reliancejio due to non availability of Unlimited data packs with Jio and existing data packs are too expensive. Vi needs to work on expanding their network coverage because no doubt Jio ticks that box. Hope they bring UL pack.
