Jii care is not interested to solve any complaints...Several times complaint on jio care number but always same single replies that allow us an opportunity to solve the issue, after that no any responses...Very poor network and poor customer care @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio They call me now and then to know the address to deliver me the postpaid sims, then they get to know that im already on Jio prepaid, so they disconnect it right then, without talking. Too bad behaviour by Jio employees. Worst after sales!

@JioCare @infokar same problem here. me with group of 10 peoples tried to Port out to other network also because of this network problem but these @JioCare called us and promised to give us the best network. it's already been 2 years and still we need to go on the terrace for that best network.

@reliancejio Because of Jio all companies offering cheap rates.Other wise everyone would be using 2gb per month data. And per call change on all network.And long distance charges.
