    @jio_fiber is probably the worst Internet company interms of service. I raised a relocation request one week ago and still zero updates they keep changing the appointment date and escalation request is as useless as relocation request. terrible service @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very disappointed with JioSaavn Pro customer support.I wanted to cancel my auto-pay subscription, but instead of helping,the customer care executive simply advised me to watch a YouTube video. Customers deserve proper support, not excuses. If this issue is not resolved, @JioCare

    @JioCare I would like to cancel the JioAirFiber connection request. It’s extremely hard to get your support and your team does not exist. The appointments sent are never honoured.

    @JioCare @reliancejio still no recognition from your side . Shamelessly I need to write daily about how poor your customer care service. U can tell clearly that you will not make the refund, so I stop getting frustrated and stop writing daily.

    This is something really disturbing, from last 3 days the network is pathetic which we haven't faced before. The entire area seems like network shutdown after having jio tower in 100 mtrs from my residence. Really disappointed, plz do something @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare We are not complaining for fun we are the ones who are facing issues. You are not even addressing the actual issue and goes on saying to rest the network settings.

    JioAirFiber has been a disappointing experience. The service quality has been poor, and the customer support is even worse. I’m seriously considering switching to another service provider. Thanks for the worst service experiences. @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My sim card network number 9625727617 suddenly got off , i had visit jio store they said cyber branch has close this number, pleased give me proper information which cyber branch close sim, because cyber branch delhi said give proper name of police station
