Why not the operator refund the money to me I surely port to bsnl which is giving stable internet and network nowadays.

It’s been 3 days without internet because of an optical fiber issue, and still no resolution. For a company as big as Jio, not being able to repair a fiber line for 72+ hours is unacceptable.
