    @JioCare @reliancejio very bad customer service. I applied for the SIM online on 8th Aug still it is not delivered. I ported to jio now i have nowhere to go. Pathetic service of Jio. Home delivery of your Jio SIM has been initiated for Order Reference Number NO00015IT7NL.

    @reliancejio @JioCare just had a word with CC executive and tried to admit my issue with network related to post paid sim. But the response was worst and not supportive att all.. No escalation matrix to escalate the network issue further...

    @JioCare Partially, Technician visit today and check problem but technician told us it's not facing any problem but I am facing lagging and in between suddenly blink red light after 15 mins back green light so please initiate route replacement for free of cost to asap.
