@reliancejio This is unacceptable. At 1:58 PM today, your service engineer informed me that the tower serving my location has been dismantled. I agreed to relocation to the nearest tower or disconnection/dismantling and he agreed to visit today. At 2:01 PM @jiocare

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , started facing issues with my JioFiber connection and as per your technician recommendation, I have moved to JioAirFiber. But now, I am not able to cancel my existing JioFiber and your MyJio App literally sucks and asks to call the Customer Care number

@JioCare @JioCare What action you have taken to resolve network problem ?

@reliancejio @JioCare needs to provide an option to select between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands.Currently, there’s no way to manually choose the band, causing issues with devices that support only 2.4 GHz or only 5 GHz. Some smart/IoT devices simply fail to connect.

@JioCare @gauravvija43886 You guys are absolutely **** I made the post and you did not bother to respond also. Taking 5 days to issue esim and neither your support is better. Making false claims that you’re resolving my issue asap does not make your customer service better by any means.

@JioCare In my location, Jio has good network coverage, so not a coverage issue. Please check from your end for any recharge or activation-related issue with my number, instead of repeatedly sending the same message. This is only wasting time without resolving the issue. @reliancejio
