    2/ @reliancejio @JioCare No one contacts me for collection of equipment and the service requests are closed automatically. Can this be looked into on priority basis? You guys call 3times for new connection but no response to collect and refund the amount after so many attempts.

    @reliancejio Very bad response from jio employees .. Not satisfied with services… jio fiber because when you have problem then Technician take time to reach you more than 10 days. On other hand Airtel fixes problems within 4 to 5 days ..

    @JioCare How much time does it take for granted to the expected in this case. Solve the issue i have already sent you a tweet about this attachment of my screenshot. Please have a report for the result of a priority as a quick note. Change your shift to another method for solving.

    @reliancejio the internet service in Silchar Assam area including others was supposed to be suspended till 12 pm, every other network providers have resumed service after 12 pm but jio is still not working even after one and half hour of the stipulated time.Any special direction?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have disconnected the prepaid jiofiber connection almost 4 months back. Have raised 6 service request now for collection of equipment and refund of payment. But to no avail.

    @JioCare These guys don't even understand what and how to provide services. They themself are raising complaints and I am getting to hear from their engineers saying relocation is not their problem and call the support agent again and again @reliancejio @JioCare
