    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio service is extremely disappointing. No proper response, no clear updates, and no resolution to my issue. After this experience, I will never purchase any Jio product or service again. Very poor customer support.

    Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation 25 days ago. Connection was uninstalled, but never installed at the new location! Pathetic service. Fed up with the delay, I have now switched to Airtel Fiber. refund my ₹1200 immediately! @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare I appreciate you have opened the service request again. But I can see that the visit is scheduled on 9th that means my problem will not be solved for at least 8 days that is almost 1/3 of the billing period. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–14 Mbps in the morning, 2–10 Mbps in the afternoon, and just 500 Kbps–4 Mbps from 6 PM–10 PM. The issue is worst during peak hours. Please fix this network issue ASAP.

    @JioCare not understood what the JioFiber support team is hired for when they don't want to support and make customers as false. Entire May & June I got multiple service failure messages and those been rectified with a huge delay, in compensation not even have sorry to offer!

    A telecom provider telling customers to wait years for a fix is astonishing. Taking payments is immediate; solving problems is apparently optional. This is exactly how customer trust gets destroyed. @JioCare

    Jio's tower was closed again in the middle of the night 🚨 At night, when people need it the most, Jio network was completely shut down in our area. It seems that the DG was also shut down as soon as the power went out, due to which the entire tower went down and the internet and calling services came to a halt. People are facing a lot of trouble due to the disappearance of the network in the middle of the night. Whether someone needs to make an urgent call, work online, get an OTP or contact an emergency — everything gets affected. When customers do the full recharge on time every month, then at least basic network facility should be provided in return. But repeatedly closing the tower and turning off the DG is a very irresponsible attitude. We demand that Jio Customer Care⁠ and the concerned authorities find a permanent solution to this problem and take immediate action if the network is closed in this way at night. Please understand the plight of the general public. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
