    @JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI why no resolution has been provided even after several reminders about pathetic network, call dropping, blank calls, dead internet. Customer care is bad as jio network no response to any issue.

    @JioCare I got a whatsapp by Jio themselves - "we are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since *15-12-2022 10:01 AM*, due to which services for your JioFiber Service ID ***3122* may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by *15-12-2022 02:01 PM*. We apologise..."

    @reliancejio Why you people are harassing the customer if he wishes to close the connection permanently. Your team is not closing my fiber connection when I have given a request 2 times. SR00001FWQWJ & SR00001FZSDX. Immediately cancel my connection and issue refund.

    Well i think jio's technician remotely resolved my problem without visiting my house, Is this a new technology @reliancejio ? Being a jio fiber customer I bought problems with money. @TRAI

    @reliancejio you are not the only network which is migrating to 5G. It is the worst experience one can get as a customer. Visited jio offices multiple times yet no solution. No business person should opt for this pathetic network. Least concern among the management.

    @reliancejio whoever is listening. Never go for Jio. I will recommend anyone who is even considering to go for Jio, please opt for any network other than Jio. It is just a matter of time when you face any kind of issue, and they will be least concerned. @airtelindia
