    Jio still providing Poor services to customers we are paying for 4g services and they providing us 2g services with very very slow internet and bad coverage @JioCare

Not even bothered to inform customers about service down. We could have made an alternate arrangement as our Childers are going through online final exams Jio fibre gone

    @JioCare been following up for a refund on my surrendered connection for over 2 months now. Can someone with authority to resolve this get back to me? All I get from your customer care is a bunch of crap and asking details again and again.

    @JioCare is the worst broadband to take new connection. I have paid 4.5k for new connection on 8th feb & didn't get any response afterwards. When tried to call the agent blocked my number. It's been more than 2 weeks but no response. Didn't expect this kind of experience.
