@JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

@JioCare not getting sufficient network here for every jio number. It was working finely before 3-4 months. Look into the matter.

@JioCare I am residing at main market area @ Ghagra bazar, Dist-Udalguri, Assam-784524, but your network shows inside my home only single stick and outside 2-3 sticks only even in town areas what to do? For this reason I opted Port my number(8011409989) to other network.

@reliancejio @reliancegroup Immensely disappointed. Tried Migrating from Airtel to Jio however you have a bunch of morons in your sales & customer support team. They charged 2500 INR and the installation is still not done, which was promised 3 days back.

@JioCare This is the 3rd day passed after contacting you and assured by you that service engineer will install ,still nobody came and still no news of installation. How your system works please let me know. Soon month will complete with more than 30 service request made by me .
