@JioCare your internet speed is degrading day by day in my area and I'm facing difficulties.I talked to your customer care agent, he just assured me that's not the case.Issues aren't fixed like this.Other operators like @Airtel_Presence are providing better internet services.

@JioCare When jio is busy doing 5G gimmick, jio 4g is running like a turtle. Here at my place jio runs with mere 30 - 40 KBPS, when you complain at jio care they always give the same excuse due to too many users in my area network is slow. WTH that's your issue.(1/2)

@reliancejio i have returned my gigafiber in december and till now no refund is initiated. I already register complain whose resolution will come till 4th march. But till no resolution is come. So what to do now. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

@reliancejio @JioCare I will never forgive myself for this reason that I am a Jio Postpaid Plus customer. It will haunt me for the rest of my entire goddamn life. I have ported my number from another provider. Now I'm feeling guilty. Strongly not recommended.
