    @JioCare I had no issue with the other network on the same phone until yesterday. Moreover your claim of network accessibility hasn't yet been questioned here. How come I can access the internet from the same phone but cannot make & receive phone calls or send SMS?

    @i_am_venk @iRobinPro @JioCare It will not come bro on my other iPhone with physical sim is working well with Jio 5G also all my family members have got 5G on their iPhone except me because of this stupid company’s criteria, porting to airtel now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our internet connection is lost due to a wire damage. I called to customer support and they said it can be done on tomorrow as everyone left for the day. I can totally understand as it's a holiday but isn't there any provision for an exceptional situation?

    Can't believe the Jio network is so bad . Even the internet does not work properly. In 5 G one wats up call does not go and customer care response is pathetic...only thinking of getting richer day by day.@JioCare @reliancejio Now they will come and say sorry for the inconvenienc

    @JioCare Having ported my number from #vodafoneidea, having a sick & an harrowing experience. Unable to make & receive calls since the past 12 hours. #disappointed #reliancejio.Here is the complaint number SR00001GZ25J but 24 hours for a resolution is ridiculous!!
