    Horrible service from @JioCare . Even I’m at home , they simply updated the request as door-locked. Service request is closing and opening another one, but not solving the problem.

    @JioCare Jio number - 912079648999. I have scheduled the engineer visit but no one has visited yet and there is no internet connection from the last 24 hrs. Really bad service.

    Absolutely ridiculous how a broken WiFi fiber complaint gets pushed to “ visit after 2 days,” but the moment it’s a new connection request, they magically show up the same day.Paying for downtime I didn’t even get? Unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio very poor customer service

    @JioCare Generic statements like “as per schedule” are not helpful. If this is not resolved today, I will escalate this issue further and file a formal complaint against Reliance Jio for service failure and delay. Waiting for a clear confirmation, not another generic response.
