    @JioCare I want to consider the complaint of internet speed of @reliancejio 4G sim , it is very poor network , so fix it .

    @reliancejio My area from Bihar district katihar pin code is 854114 mobile tower is near but network is fear you are cheating all coustomer I pay 1 years recharge but I was mistaken me all coustomer port in airtel but many coustomer not port in airte because recharge already 3 month 1 years

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare . The team has asked me again my bank details which i had shared via email & via dm as well , however still same repeated message which i dont understand if there is an issue with my bank SBI end or Jio bank side ? in the jio website there is no options to edit bank

    Your support flow is completely broken @JioCare . In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled. Worst.

    @reliancejio @jiocare @reliancejio JioFiber order LR000016EYAC amt was paid on 31 Aug 26 Tried multiple times – MyJio app, Fiber helpline 1800-896-9999 and WhatsApp support have no cancellation option Please cancel the order immediately and process full refund to the original payment mode

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
