    As per my plan, Netflix is free but that also not working they have charged me 398 extra for what, we customers dependent on or given more preference to Reliance jio service sometime there will be network coverage.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Team @JioCare what is the use of reaching out to you or what is the use of your fiber? It's really frustrating it's been another 2 days and I see no permanent fix for this from you guys. I want 100% reimbursement for this month. Get your higher officials on this. Issue persists.
