    @jiocare For last about 15 days jio network in Gaya, Bihar has been so slow that it becomes very difficult to up/download any thing. Speed goes down to less than 2G. My mob is 8709409032. Please rectify this problem. (Vidya Sharma).

    Update: Still havnt gt a satisfctry rsponse frm @JioCare n d problem still persists. Thy r sayng I downgraded my plan last month so they havnt gvn me Amazon Prime this time, bt logically this time I've paid the entire amount. How can my previous plan affect my current plan?
