seelam naresh (@naresh9368) reported@JioCare connection did not work. When I tried to contact the same representative, he blocked my number. I then contacted Jio Customer Care, and another representative visited my location. Instead of shifting the existing connection, I was advised to take a new Jio AirFiber connection.
