    @JioCare I have already had to cancel one subscription of Jio STB due to the same poor service from your engineers. Do take cognizance. The ground team is mind numbingly lazy and show zero accountability

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice The dealership head never ever picks my phone. The other guy at dealership switches off his phone. Even after raising complaints three times @JioCare , absolutely zero response. Either refund my money or get the job done ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been over a month since the network in my area became very weak. I've contacted customer care multiple times but haven't received any solution. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I'll have to port my number to @airtelindia

    28-May came and went. No engineer. No installation. No update. No explanation. I raised complaint after complaint. Every response was identical: "Your issue has been escalated." Apparently, escalation is the only service being delivered on time. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has been down in my area for 3+ days with no proper resolution or compensation from support. Extremely poor service experience and lack of accountability. Airtel Fiber has been far more reliable in comparison.

    @JioCare So @JioCare how many business days you make your customers wait for refund after cancellation of any service? Irony here is that I’m yet to avail one but still waiting for more than 25 business days. Unacceptable!
