@JioCare I have requested to cancel Jio Fiber postpaid connection on 16th December 2022. I called today again to check, surprisingly it was closed with some technical issues. They raised cancellation request again today. Can you please cancel my services, really appreciated.

@JioCare @JioMart_Support Complaint 6712577370 raised on 17 Dec regarding items received near to expiry date. Till now no resolution. Today got Call n lady told still 2 3 days more will take to resolve. Worst Service experience everytime.

@JioCare Your customer service is pathetic and rude! I told them n number of times that please send a Techinician over! We tried rebooting the device but it was not working but she is not ready to listen! If you cannot fix it, take it back. Will apply for a new connection from others

@JioCare When 5G service launch from that time 4G service is very slow like dumb Any websites not doing fast Before 6 months websites taken 2 seconds but now they taken 15 to 20 seconds JIO?
