    @LiveFromALounge @JioCare Ain't sure about the @JioCare but the service and MyJio is quite pathetic and useless. My mobile data balance has kinda evaporated even without using it. I just received the message that 90% of the data has exhausted even though I was using JioFi.

    @JioCare Issue persist on any incoming or outgoing number. At the same time there is no issue with my another Airtel number. My problem is that I have annually prepaid in advance for Rs 4197 on my Jio number and I am not getting the services.

    @reliancejio Don't Purchase any Connection from JIO. There will be no support of Customer Care after you purchase the product. No connection of Internet from last 4 hours and there is no support of CC over the email, chat or Call.

    @JioCare I really wanted to try JIO and checked with your customer service team more than 5 times.I tried last year and this year before renewal but I get response that JIO fiber is not available in your area and when I asked how much time it will take to come in my area they had no idea
