    @JioCare @reliancejio My internet was down for 18 days and has been restored today after REQUESTING the engineer to connect the cable back again. It took him 10 mins so do this. Please add 18 days of no service back to my account and extend my prepaid plan by 18 days. DMs don’t work with ur company

    If this is how premium AirFiber service works, then customers deserve refunds for the downtime and false promises. Stop delaying and either replace the faulty setup immediately or provide a real resolution now. @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare Also, please clarify the status of the ₹1,500 security/caution deposit paid at the time of installation and confirm when it will be refunded. I request a fair resolution, including a refund of the unused plan amount and the applicable security deposit. @JM_Scindia @DoT_India
