    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5g is launched In my city Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) i am using Realme 9 5g phone but I tried in many places there is no 5g network It always says coming soon but in my friends mobile they are getting 5g network with 100-200mbps speed

    @JioCare The wire and the pole from which connection to my Jio Broadband Number +917805355701 is connected has been broken and torn apart overnight. I am not able to make a complaint from my phone; hence writing it out here. Please treat this priority. SINGRAULI MP @reliancejio

    @JioCare @trai Finally internet connection is restored after 27 hours. It's the JIO outage, so why shouldn't the expiry date for my existing plan be extended by one day?

    WiFi issue not resolved since 4 days, complaints closed every few hours. Issue is beyond engineer's understanding. Called customer care 5 times today but no help, they just keep creating new requests. SR00001GLJVT. Resolve issue and refund my money! @JioCare @reliancejio
