    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    @JioCare I need a prompt resolution, it has been more than 10 days now, as per the representative I was supposed to receive a reference number within 3-4 days. Am I supposed to visit the store again and again to know the status. As they don’t even bother to pickup the call.

    I am taken jio fiber connection on dt 12/07/2026 at 9:30 ambut there is installation not done till time very pathetic service going on @JioCare

    @JioCare thanks for disconnecting my service now narahega baas na baje gi basuri. main issue of 7072/-go missing just talk twice to your no ans. was unless you pay we can't do any thing in short you pay bill 706-&forgat 7072/- v.good congratulation

    @AkashMAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Someone has pulled out/disconnected my Jio connection, and my internet is completely down. Today is the 2nd semi-final, and I urgently need my connection working. Please arrange immediate assistance and restore the service as soon as possible.

    @JioCare I request an immediate review by a senior authority and a fair resolution. If this matter continues to remain unresolved despite repeated follow-ups and submission of all required details, I will be constrained to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance forum
