    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Billing problem with Jio fiber no. 8079635562. Have postpaid plan of Rs.699, started on 27th July. I have got a bill for Rs.957 for the period 27th to 31st July for 5 days. All my mails are getting vague responses. Not clear what has been done. How do i escalate further on this?

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi why reliance team book the fiber when not able to install in time.Its second time jiofiber fails the commitment of installation. From last 5 moth no service provided. Only sms updates in dates.

    @JioCare Any update on when this will be resolved? Since morning all you guys are saying that ull are ‘working to fix’ the issue. Dont ull have a good team to fix the issues at the earliest?

    @JioCare again internet speed very poor speed come in KB and indoor network coverage also very poor difficult in call without good speed i am unable do my office work.. please provide 10 to 12 mb speed in my area but your always say our team working but no solution MR0000Y1JRZU

    Jio fiber engineer came and check and said I will come after an hour now waiting for him from last 8hours. 5 half days of my office same issue today #Jio @JioCare @AmbaniTina @reliancegroup #MukeshAmbani #jiofiber sucks very poor service i will loose my job understand plz
