    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    New Jio Airfibre activation was carried out on 22 August 2026. The activation person worked on the connection from approximately 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.Immediately after activation, I started experiencing serious speed and stability issues. @reliancejio @JioCare @Mukesh_ambani_

    @JioCare still no resolution for my network and internet issue in my area. I have been calling customer care since 3days. If you can’t fix the issue refund my recharge money which i paid 2days back. I will port to airtel

    How to smartly fool the public, you should learn from @JioCare , nowadays have you observed for some period in a day they make their 5G network disappear, on every day 3 to 4 times. They are thinking that they are not watched by @TRAI

    It has been a pathetic experience with JioFiber despite paying for the highest plan. The connection is not working since 3rd August, multiple service requests have been raised which are closed without any technical visit. The connection was taken for a WFH @reliancejio @JioCare

    Option 1 — Best default @reliancejio @reliancejioindia My JioFiber internet connection has been facing frequent network/connectivity issues. The service is very slow and unstable, making it difficult to use the internet properly. Please look into this issue and resolve it
