@reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

@TanaysinghT @TelecomTalk Glad to hear that. But @reliancejio is a #True4G network. If you travel a lot across highways, hill stations etc. do you get uninterrupted coverage?

Day-10 of no service. Kept on saying engineer visit is scheduled today, but eventually by end of the day no service person visits. I don't think the engineer will ever visit my premises! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I will keep posting the count everyday from now on.

@JioCare I had raised a complaint(SR000018CRP5) for internet connection issue and even after 24 hours there is no resolution. Your customer service doesn’t even provide a timing of the technician arrival. Can you kindly provide support.
