    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    @JioCare Hello JioCare, This is extremely frustrating. First, my installation was delayed, and now I have received a notification stating that my connection has been put on hold due to a wiring issue. On top of that, the order status is no longer visible.

    @JioCare I applied for change of ownership for one of sim to my son which is pending from last 9 days; your customer care representative do not have any clue, no mobile signal from last 7 days; very pathetic service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare "I have been facing serious issues with Jio for over a month now—calls drop constantly, and the internet never stabilizes. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, no improvement has been made. This is unacceptable—please address this issue immediately." 😶

    @JioCare @TRAI : Jio doesn't care for customers just wanted to make money by false promises and never ever turn back. Paid for 300mbps but only get 40mbps. They never bother. Pathetic experience

    @JioCare You are assigning different executives and they are seeking different informations frm the other person who already asked me to give some data to look into the matter..still there is no solution @JioCare.My work is mostly online and that is getting hampered..this is problematic.
