    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    @reliancejio I am from Delhi... The capital of India.. and such an awful mobile 4g network in my region since January 2021 proves what progress u bring for nation.. i have called thousands of time in ur customer care but they cut the call even before talking.. bought 2100 + 150 plan. #jio

    Many of them facing slow internet connection with jio. If u wanna make it fast, make a phone call with anyone and stay connected and use the internet. It is getting fast. @JioCare please fix this issue ASAP. @reliancejio

    @JioCare ur team is unable to solve my call network issues since 3 weeks. So I have applied for new sim which got rejected because I have made some spelling correction in my name. How dumb ur verification process is. Y dnt u just verify the Aadhaar number.

    @JioCare Totally unprofessional . Why you are not agreeing to the point that you don't give option to the customer to downgrade the plan . Never seen such thing happening before . Totally unethical .

    @JioCare @reliancejio recharge done on my number 9175000325 & 7020300539 with 150 rs 30 days 30 GB plan recharge again rs 10 having extra balance of rs 7rs but not able to make calls or send SMS.look into the matter.provide solution asap.
