    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio the least you could have done, in case of any technical issue is to inform the customer. If you cannot help, kindly refund the payment which was done for 6months in advance. Extremely disappointed!

    @JioCare You truly want to get the things right and I truly need internet for work. I am using hotspot! Your people did not get me a connection yesterday as told by you support people. Kudos! 13 days after payment and still no connection. Amazing Service! Order: NO0000KWRAD8

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare customer care advisior Ms. Priyanka even said she's doing work from home and hence cannot connect to anyone or ask anyone else for help. Is this the kind of people you are appointing for customer's help? She said it will happen soon.
