    @JioCare @reliancejio jio services are too poor compared to there plan. Charging for 4g but can't play a video online. Worst service by jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio struggling to add my spouse phone number to postpaid family plan. Outlet, Cust support not responding either, even myjio app feedback doesn't work. Expect better service with increased tarrifs...disappointing experience 😕

    @JioCare Denominations JIO has changed not me. 151 now it is 181. Previously it never happened. I used recharge in advance. How can a new pack start when existing pack is still valid ?
