    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    @JioCare: Extremely disappointing experience with @reliancejio. The JioFiber service person (Sivakumar) was rude and explicitly told us that he would not install the connection, asked us to cancel the booking, and said, “I won’t be able to do anything about it.”

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team worst experience. Jio home connection not yet installed. PLEASE CANCEL. as per sale team it will be done in one day.. but now no response. sales people are Fraud. Why to make fake promises big not done. FRAUD Alert..

    @JioCare Hello jio is making fool there are no customer care no. All are virtual no.,I received service request daye 11 august funny thing aso it take 5 days to install.for you i had disconnected airtel and now you are.making fool. Please return our money 1100 so i would care my self.

    @JioCare Technician Himanshu keeps calling and giving new time commitments, but still hasn’t come to resolve the issue. This is extremely poor service and support. Please ask your team to de-install all the equipment, as I no longer wish to continue your service.

    @JioCare Unacceptable service by @RelianceJio My JioAirFiber order (ID: NO0001F2P4RS) was marked as "ACTIVATED" today without ANY physical installation or hardware setup at my home in Jaisalmer. Technician calling for OTP without doing the job. Is this how you treat customers?
