    @reliancejio Your data speed is so ridiculous that even a simple 50kbps speed doesn't come. And what kind of chatter do you have about India's no.1Network.If you can't provide good network and good data speed, make it clear to customers that we can see other option.

    Ported my number from Airtel to @reliancejio it's been 4 days and I've not been able to make or receive a call. Data not working either despite the phone showing network. Utterly disappointed. Wish I could go back to Airtel. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioMart very disappointed to see that I can't buy jiofi m2 wireless router from anywhere (out of stock). Network is major problem while Working from home . The jio store at pincode 465441 is empty only has 2 sim card packet. Please provide me solution Asap!

    .@JioCare I think we need better support and organised execution from #jio. I got several emails/msg abt failed payment charged my account twice and u say can't reverse the 2nd transaction, extremely insenstive nd unprofessional, refund the amount .@jagograhakjago .@rsprasad
