I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

On the other, the quality of service keeps getting worse. I switched from @airtelindia hoping for a better experience, but I'm honestly fed up.
