    Any idea how much time it takes to convert from my JIO prepaid connection to Post paid? I’m planning to travel to Leh Ladakh. Also can I change it in Himachal with my home network being Maharashtra? @JioCare

    @JioCare what is the problem with the network. Please get it fixed. Can't even play a vedio on youtube on 144p. Please look into the matter and get it fixed asap

    @reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why are you people making mockery on installing new jiofiber connection either you guys have got lot of money or your executives dont want to work. He came and straightly said it cannot be installed due wiring issue. Arey bhai dekh toh lo possibilities.

    @JioCare @JioCare they visited and asking to watch JIOCINEMA for matches, I told them repeatedly ...I want start sports but they do not understand and left my home...no solution provided as of 08Apr10.46am

    @JioCare Called 1800 896 9999 for JioFiber customer care but only IVR message and no personal interaction. My issue remains unresolved. Thinking of switching to another provider soon.

    @JioCare KINDLY NOTE It's not me who wants to disconnect but the connection has already been disconnected on 31st March because your customer care advisor didn't understand what I was telling her!!

    @JioCare My jio fiber not working for last 7days. No one is responding engineer rescheduling the appointment for 7 days.. engineer suggested to surrender jio router.@jiocare Kolkata please resolve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare My jio connection has stopped working on 2.04.23 and it's been 7 days , study and all other crucial works have stopped. no one is responding and rescheduling the appointment of technician for last one week . Please resolve my issue ASAP.
