I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

This is not a website issue, because the website is accessible without any problems through Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL networks. The issue occurs only when using your Jio network, where the website cannot be accessed.

I have tried to explain the issue but the customer service disconnected the call and and just received a call back and no voice. Again im trying to reach customer care waiting in lobby for more than 10 min. Pathetic
