I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

Rajesh Kumar (@rjkumar_shrma) reportedtata bye bye jio fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . I got wonderful service from @airtelindia Fiber. Now onwards I will not recharge Jio. I was 300MBPs customer and fully disappointed of jio services. I will not r charge my Jio account any more.
