Any idea how much time it takes to convert from my JIO prepaid connection to Post paid? I’m planning to travel to Leh Ladakh. Also can I change it in Himachal with my home network being Maharashtra? @JioCare

@reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

Hii @reliancejio @JioCare I have done a mistake while doing a recharge of Rs555. I have entered a wrong digit at 10th place of my mobile number. My jio recharge is over and I am not able to reach even customer care also. Kindly help me to figure out this issue.

@JioCare Hi Please do not let the trust go from jio. I know the network enhancement is a huge process and it takes long time.And just letting the customer know that there is weak coverage in the area and will try to improve in the future is not the right thing that I want to know.
