@reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

@JioCare the data speed is extremely slow in Bangur Nagar. Contacted the customer care they are only giving vague estimates. It's been almost a week since this issue started.

@ShadabHusain07 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare I am not sure why you are taking more than 10 days for installation. I am giving you enough time to installation. If you cannot provide the connection before 15-Nov-2021, please cancel the order. I don't have time to follow up with jio. After 15th, I will not entertain anyone.

@JioCare It's already rolled out to near locality with 250meter. Representive came and we applied twice, both the times it got refunded. I heard that there is a local issue to enter our locality. So I want to confirm whether this is true or not?

@JioCare Hi I am not receiving any messages on my jio mobile number due to which i m facing hell lot of problems,I guess the sms settings are all fine as I am receiving mszes on my alternate sim in the same mobile . Please help fast .It's very urgent .
