    Any idea how much time it takes to convert from my JIO prepaid connection to Post paid? I’m planning to travel to Leh Ladakh. Also can I change it in Himachal with my home network being Maharashtra? @JioCare

    @JioCare This is the 2nd time I’m reaching out as nothing has been done about the last complaint. What the hell is going on?!! If you people can’t solve the problem of the customers, just tell them atleast! Don’t waste their time and money!!

    @reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio why is there Wi-Fi outage frequently in Chhattarpur New Delhi? On top of that your team take full day to solve this, even after that there is no resolution. When we raise complaint, they are giving slot for next day. Pathetic services.

    @JioCare Attention: Mr.Smit Your response again states that the matter has been “forwarded” and is being treated “On priority", but no timeline has been provided. This issue has already been pending for several months. Despite repeated written assurances and your personal commitment, no concrete resolution has been delivered till date. An open-ended assurance without accountability is not acceptable. Therefore, this is to place on record: 👉 I am allowing time till 30th April 2026 for Jio Fiber to resolve this matter positively, including refund of the due amount and a clear written closure. 👉 In case of failure to resolve by this date, I will proceed from 1st May onwards with formal escalation to: • DoT grievance portal • Consumer Commission • Other legal remedies available under law Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. No further reminders will be issued from my side. @TRAI @DoT_India #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare No updates again—no call, no assistance from Jio today. The total turnaround time for this escalation has now reached 1 month and 2 days. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This clearly reflects negligence, repeated fake updates.
