@reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

Any idea how much time it takes to convert from my JIO prepaid connection to Post paid? I’m planning to travel to Leh Ladakh. Also can I change it in Himachal with my home network being Maharashtra? @JioCare

@reliancejio @jagograhakjago Jiomart is evading my refund since 5 Oct. Out of 20 complaint tickets latest one 6669327265.Unethical and unfair trade practices. They keep lying and sending bot replies. Worst experience in online buying. Govt must probe Jiomart. Something wrong.

Worst service @reliancejio @JioCare. They charged 10k for jio fibre and since then the technicians have been beating around the bush and not fixing the fibre. Order number: NO0000NCXXA4 The technicians in chennai are highly unprofessional
