I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

My fibre is not working since 16 Apr 26 and they have scheduled engineering visit for 24 Apr 26, every time customer care says visit is scheduled. What about this 7 days gap of no internet ?
