I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

Alphin (@alphin_thomas) reported@JioCare 3rd request - going the same path of the previous 2 tickets. Dropped an email & even spoke to @JioCare to cancel my connection for good. Engineer assigned within 30 minutes amd connection restored in 2 hrs from my call. So, next time go straight to cancel connection. Job done!
