I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

I complained on the customer number since 3 days. Written on X. But Jio team is afraid to give proof as to how they charged this ISD SMS

When I try to contact the jio support team they still says refund will be processed within 7 days. Really disappointed with the service.
