I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

Manikantamadepalli (@Manikantajoseph) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Since Jio could not provide the service, I requested cancellation. However, I was told that the refund would take 21 days, even though the inability to provide the service was due to Jio's own infrastructure limitations.

Usha (@usha06) reported@JioCare What's the status of this complaint? The router needs to be replaced as its settings are changing every 3-4 days on its own and I am forced to do a full reset and configuring wifi repeatedly. I can't keep doing this.
