I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

vignesh - Tekno Prints, Covai Space (@covai21) reported@JioCare I personally visited JioFiber office, they sent 2 persons to my house, checked and said cable fault, need to replace the cable, they are contract employees, so if I pay extra money they are ready to replace the cable, do I need to pay extra like pribe for solving my problem?
