    @JioCare This is the 2nd time I’m reaching out as nothing has been done about the last complaint. What the hell is going on?!! If you people can’t solve the problem of the customers, just tell them atleast! Don’t waste their time and money!!

    @reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

    Any idea how much time it takes to convert from my JIO prepaid connection to Post paid? I’m planning to travel to Leh Ladakh. Also can I change it in Himachal with my home network being Maharashtra? @JioCare

    The worst customer service is jio. I have complained atleast 5 times in customer care but no proper response was neither any engineer visited to resolve the issue even after 48 hrs. The complaint no was SR0000CV7UQ. Most stupid service @reliancejio @JioCare .

    @JioCare I got jio fibre connection in month of June and selected 300 Mbps plan,was told If I pay for 3 months then I will get 1 month free so 4 months in total but I received a bill yesterday for 114 rs, for landline which is free and we never use it, bad service

    Worst service ever by @JioCare @reliancejio. They don't pick up devices over multiple days after service request. Rarely register un-installation request and when they do their engineer doesn't come. #consumer harrasment. They eat up device security from consumer @jagograhakjago
