    @reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

    @JioCare This is the 2nd time I’m reaching out as nothing has been done about the last complaint. What the hell is going on?!! If you people can’t solve the problem of the customers, just tell them atleast! Don’t waste their time and money!!

    Any idea how much time it takes to convert from my JIO prepaid connection to Post paid? I’m planning to travel to Leh Ladakh. Also can I change it in Himachal with my home network being Maharashtra? @JioCare

    .@JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

    @JioCare @JioCare How long does it take to activate one connection—1 month, 1 year, or a century? Check the full trail: only repeated scripted replies, no resolution. Despite payment, I’m still struggling. This is unacceptable and the worst service experience. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since Feb 18 (SR00002JGZYU). Zero engineer visits. Zero resolution. Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. This is a formal billing dispute. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights
