    @reliancejio Your network performance is getting worst day by day in my area from last 7-8 months. I had called customer care atleast 6-7 times they only said that "we appreciate your patience, give us more 2-3 months to fix issue". Everytime i call CC they give same statement.

    @JioCare what is the problem with the network. Please get it fixed. Can't even play a vedio on youtube on 144p. Please look into the matter and get it fixed asap

    Any idea how much time it takes to convert from my JIO prepaid connection to Post paid? I’m planning to travel to Leh Ladakh. Also can I change it in Himachal with my home network being Maharashtra? @JioCare

    @JioCare Engineer is appointed for tomorrow. It will be 48 hours by that time, wifi not working. Are you getting my issue? And resolution time is showing for today by 10am. I am not getting this thing. 48 hours does a big company like jio require to resolve any issue?

    @JioCare What is wrong with Jio Internet since last few days,The internet speed is as slow as dead.The rate of the recharge bhas increased so much but as in return such bad service is unacceptable.Plz look into this matter seriously

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber service engineer asking for bribe for a quick fix at my location is just pathetic on moral grounds it’s been more then 24 hours and I have no wifi and no tv. And I am not even form Mumbai.Please look into this ASAP. And to be honest awful tele care

    @JioCare Thankfully I have been able to connect to jio customer care. They have scheduled a technical person visit soon. If it does not get resolved I will get back to you. Thanks for a prompt response.

    @JioCare I was given wrong information in call at 2:30PM that Technician will come and fix the problem at 5PM on Feb, 6th 2022, but no one came till now. I had to call CC now, CC exceuive who answered now given one new TAT as Feb, 8th 2022. Why CC team don't have right info?
