@jio @JioCare @reliancejio extreme worst data speed at my location (pin 444403)...if you people not able to resolve then refund our money back...please dont do fake commitments...6 months passed but still network issues not resolved..network team slept off..

@JioCare I had requested for JioFiber installation & I had provided NOC & was assured that it will get done quickly. It's been over a month with ZERO response from Jio & Jio team is not picking up my calls. How am I supposed to live my life 'Jio Jee bharke' with such service?

@SonaliM90357808 @raziiia @reliancejio I registered a complaint on 18th Sep and I got a reply that I'll get an update 25th Sep (!). I haven't received any update till date. After connecting to JIO's WhatsApp helpline multiple times, I was suggested to get a new handset!

@JioCare currently an Airtel customer, I would like to port out. Do jio support esim for Samsung s20+ 5G, On jio website 5G model of s20+ is not shown as supported, just wanna confirm this. If there this is supported I will be porting out. Do let me know.

Jio fibre not working from last one week. complaint before 5 days with service request number SR000016SPMW but till now issue not resolved. since its a prepaid service @reliancejio don’t bother. @JioCare respond at the time of Recharge only. Bad experience. @anmol_ambani
