    @jio @JioCare @reliancejio extreme worst data speed at my location (pin 444403)...if you people not able to resolve then refund our money back...please dont do fake commitments...6 months passed but still network issues not resolved..network team slept off..

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofi I had complaint an issue in August regarding recharge benefit. and I have been continuously following with your Manager Mr Bansode but he is ignoring me from 4months.although I was doing WHF and I am totally disappointed with your services.#jioislie

    @JioCare stopped answering my calls. I have already contacted Jio Customer Care multiple times and raised complaints, but no proper resolution has been provided so far. I am extremely frustrated because I have been paying for a service that has not been properly installed or delivered

    @JioCare @reliancejio team it's going to be a week tomorrow after the issue started, still no respite. Is there a lack of service engineers on the ground in Chennai ? How much longer are we supposed to wait for ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain
