@JioCare 1/2 Hi, After getting frustrated with JIOfiber support. i am forced to write this tweet. SR No. SR00001DKN5F. I have taken new JIOfiber connection before that i had othe ISPs broadband connection. I never faced issue with connecting to my office network through VPN.

@JioCare #SR00001DKN5F 2/2 But with JIOFiber VPN is BLOCKED & not at all getting connected. JIO Support team are keep on giving me lame and illogical reason instead of resolving it. Even they don't know what is VPN. Kindly resolve my issue asap Or i will have to leave JIO.

@JioCare Dear Team, can you please check the transactions table in detail and confirm why you charged twice for August’2022. Jio team himself is taking weeks to understand the bill and clear the customer issue. Try to make simpler processes.
