    @JioCare internet not working every day 5 times goes off 5 time in day Each time 1 hour goes off internet and mobile network tower is one point only when internet down Since 15 day still not resolved my complaint When i call customer care same line say our network team is working

    @JioCare Service so bad that it compelled me to switch to Airtel. Jio losing a customer of 4 years- kudos to your customer support team. Extremely inefficient and clueless.

    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @reliancejio @JaikyYadav16

    @JioCare No customer care after buying WiFi connection, basically not working only 5 days been chasing But always getting response We are sending When will the person come May be planed for year 2028

    @JioCare My Internet connection was down for 5 days. I asked for compensation of the same your team has replied that there was no delay, even after I have shared your own sms communication on delay. Is this ethical, how much lies can we as customer take. This is bullying.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have been usnig jio fibre for last 3 4 yrs , but now i am facing issues regarding my router and in the name of resolution i am getting nothing, my request is on hold and not able to track it nor able to call customer care worst service

    @JioCare I had to go through all the frustration and struggle for 3 days to get a duplicate sim and the worst part i had to pay Rs 50 to get it... The faulty sim got dead due to fault at your end and i ended up paying for it... It's so #disappointing and #frustrating

    Hey Jio Platforms AirFiber, since morning I’m stuck in bot loops trying to reach a real support agent. No option on calls or MyJio app to speak to a human for actual issue resolution. This is frustrating. Please fix your customer support. #JioAirFiber @JioCare @reliancejio
