    @reliancejio its been a month without seamless 4G/5G in Durgapur. No updates, no fix. If it’s an outage, say it. If not, resolve it. When will stable internet return?

    @JioCare No technician has visited yet. Please do not keep giving repeated assurances. If my issue will be resolved today, confirm it clearly. Otherwise, disconnect my connection. This has already taken too long.
