@JioCare How the do I activate my upcoming plan for JioFi? The app just 'shows' my plans. It doesn't give an option to "activate" the upcoming plan.Please help. Also, how can I talk to some HUMAN at the customer care?

@reliancejio @JioCare I was applied Gio fiber connection on 11th,May and your team confirmed it was installed by 48hour max but now on today it's 20th and almost 9days to go but instalation not done, your team members are not picking the phone I m help less provide no concern person at Jaipur
