    @JioCare internet not working every day 5 times goes off 5 time in day Each time 1 hour goes off internet and mobile network tower is one point only when internet down Since 15 day still not resolved my complaint When i call customer care same line say our network team is working

    @JioCare the customer service support has not been able to respond to my continuous requests for my jio extender support. I have been told that it's not their purview and they cannot do anything. It's disappointing that services are not availed post buying a jio product.
