    The problem with @reliancejio fibre is that when it works, it works but God forbid and it fails, it is living hell. I have been living with out internet for the past two days and they just don’t know what is going on. It is impossible to speak to a human being. 1/2

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing jio fiber service issue at my location from last 7 days and no service executive responding. My question is if we are paying for half yearly subscription then almost 30 day we are not get service who will responsible for that.

    @JioCare last 14 days you are pacify me. But issue not resolved. Better solved issue without further investigation as I hav complain sevral times . By mail call and here too

    @SuryaS1978 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @Adarsh32253026 The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @BM_Madhusudhan Brother, better switch to @reliancejio don’t waste your time here! I too have experienced many difficulties when I was with them, and than since the day I switched to Jio I have never been disappointed! @JioCare will help you port..

    @JioCare I visited many times in jio store but they told me without ekyc we didn't process your sim replacement and told me recently policy was changed without fingerprint scan we aren't able to issue. I visited Lucknow, Jagatpur (Raebareli), & Unchahar (Raebareli) Jio stores.

    @JioCare None of you understand my concerns Extremely poor show by Jio. can't resolve issues pending for more than 10 days when it's an active subscription .What will you do after rolling out 5 G.??
