  @SherawatPriya @JioCare I fully agree with you But Jio SIM doesn't work on basic Features Phone That's the disadvantage And all my family members use basic phones They only need for calls I personally use Jio SIM

  @reliancejio @JioCare There's a technical glitches since yesterday. When calling on Jio to Jio, the call automatically hangs up after 2-4 rings in Bihar circle. Please fix the issue asap. 🙏

  @JioCare I ordered a new post paid online but ur sales executive declined to deliver postpaid saying he can only delivered pre paid. He was rude and insisted i close request else i'll b harassed by multiple calls. Asked him 2 close saying unable 2 deliver but he refused. Pl help
