    Worst service by @JioCare After requesting a refund for my Jio Fiber connection because of lack of Jio port in my location, I get a time frame of 21 working days. They take payment in 5min, but for refund they need 21 days. Pathetic service. @airtelindia do u have port ??

    @JioCare After two days of registration my order id is (NO0000K38QVZ) to jiofibre connection today technician came to my place and denied to give connection saying there was a issue with pole .and telling me to call customer care and tell them to cancel my order .

    @sidbshrestha @JioCare @reliancejio fully agree to you, they provide best #PatheticService that too nation wide, in fact I complained few times to them, the reply coming from approx. 7 months is " we are upgrading network in your area, till the time pls bear with us "

    @JioCare I am very irritated with your Jio network I can't able to use any social media or video streaming app just because your service is very very poor in my locality. And whenever I call customer care they say it is temporary problem. but there is no improvement.#jio_fail
