@JioCare Paid ₹2221.46 for JioAirFiber (Order ID: NO0001CMRLA6) on April 1. No installation done, order still shows “installation pending”. Unable to cancel – IVR blocked, only auto email replies. Filing consumer complaint now. Need immediate cancellation and refund.
