Harshavardhan Reddy Vogulam (@lazymlguy) reported@JioCare. I raised a support request, and an engineer visit was scheduled. Instead of resolving the issue, the engineer called me asking for money, claiming he isn't a Jio employee and won't fix it . Is this an authorized practice, or is Jio allowing customers to be exploited?

Improve the network or take away ur dabba . And I called the customer support and waited for more than 6 minutes each time but no response .
