    @JioCare My father asked for Jio Fiber connection to be removed within trial period as he was not satisfied but S. Debnath,ur employee,delayed the collection of the box by 60 days so that only 500Rs. is refunded and not the whole amount. False report submitted”customer unavailable”

    @JioCare What is this .... it's been so long and yet no engineer has arrived to fix my problem....what do you want me to do now? Should I shift to other internet service provider...or will you fix my issue asap?

    Last month, I returned 2 routers & 1 set top box of my old JioFiber conns. to ur engineer Manish (7827945733) but no refund has been done yet for the security amount I paid for the devices. Cust care refused to lodge a complaint & refund my payment. Pls help @reliancejio @JioCare
