@JioCare internet not working every day 5 times goes off 5 time in day Each time 1 hour goes off internet and mobile network tower is one point only when internet down Since 15 day still not resolved my complaint When i call customer care same line say our network team is working

@JioCare It's already been 28days and still I didn't get the refund. Worst service is being provided and no one looks into the issue to understand what it is. Everytime closing the request without checking it. Disconnection is the only option to do.

@JioCare Customer executive behaviour of Jio care is not acceptable as they misbehave during calls. Mr.Raj Sinha from executive side didn't reply exactly what I was asking.

@reliancejio Experiencing Third Class Internet Service. I have screen recording of 6 minutes which demonstrates poor service given by Jio. Even to open live chat for the complaint I have to used @airtelindia network (screen recording of good network) Shame on you Jio.
