@JioCare my OFC connection is not working for 5 days. Contacted Cust care every day and received a SMS in the morning that my problem was resolved. The concerned manager also not picking up my calls. I want to surrender the connection. Kindly help

@JioCare @reliancejio When I visited Jio office in my area. Representatives are making us wait for an hour and nobody is ready to take onus and get the issue resolved. Didn't expected this kind of behavior from a company like Reliance.
