    @JioCare internet not working every day 5 times goes off 5 time in day Each time 1 hour goes off internet and mobile network tower is one point only when internet down Since 15 day still not resolved my complaint When i call customer care same line say our network team is working

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 4rh time internet is not working. Same set of steps helping in nothing. Only Google sites are working urls are not working. Same URLs are working using mobile data and not when connected via JioFiber wifi. Service request no SR00003CJO5B raised

    @JioCare Since morning WiFi not working. This is 31st July return filing due date how to file returns?@reliancejio @TRAI it has become so repetitive. Please take action.

    @JioCare Since 18 May 2026, my internet has been unusably slow. Multiple complaints were closed without fixing the issue. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube barely work. Please stop closing complaints and arrange a field engineer visit. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY

    @JioCare , can apettle authority number or any exclation number , i order jio connection post that service manager behaving rude(do whatever you want) and not lifting the call more than 10 calls i have made , no reply and ivr call as only one option. Order number :- NO0001EUVV9M

    It's been over a month since I surrendered my #JioFiber connection. The router & STB were collected, yet my security deposit is still pending. @JioCare keeps giving the same generic assurances with no resolution. Process my refund immediately, or I'll escalate this to @TRAI
