@JioCare called 3 times. 2 times disconnected. 3rd time no solution. Poor experience and shoddy customer service. Cust service agent Refused to identify himself. Surprised & disappointed. Difficult to change service provider but will definitely try to switch now.

@JioCare Just check my March 22 bill...It is for 30th to 31st March, but full.month advance rental is deducted from my 3 month advance,paid at the time of new connection on 31st March. Is not it cheating with the customer?
