@JioCare Pathetic @JioCare It's now almost 54hrs since connection issue, 48hrs since ticket raised on MyJio app still no one has serviced it. Again asking why should I pay for almost 3 days of downtime? You better add money into my account amounting to 10%, for 10% downtime in one month.

@JioCare Hi team, tired of following up with you on contact centre /service engineers/ sales guy since one month of trial period on JIO fibre. No one is resolving issues, pls check on priority. SR0000191smj,SR0000191SN2, SR0000192ITM,SR0000194MHG, all SRs closed with no solution.
