    @reliancejio @JioCare my wife have Jio prepaid sim she travelled to Japan with me ,her Jio number is not able to latch, I believe without any IR Pack as well atleast her number should be able to latch and should be able to receive messages? Can u please help asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Such a disappointment dealing with you for SR00001BWX9H. Appointment fixed as per slot available on myjio app for 1-3 pm to install STB. No one called still and its rescheduling automatically. HOW? Ridiculous service from Jio.
