    @JioCare am unable to access Amazon Prime even though I have a Rs.999 subscription? Have complained earlier and was assured of a solution within 24 to 48 hours. It is now 96+ hours and the problem remains unresolved??

    @reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

    My jio number stopped working all of sudden and saying it doesn’t exist when someone calls, checked with customer care and they say it doesn’t exist in their records. How’s this possible @reliancejio ? What nonsense is this ?

    @JioCare Have already done the same few days back and got a reply to contact customer care. The response has been pathetic. For reference the region is Mangalore, Karnataka.

    @JioCare I had visited jio center nd jio store bunts hostel Mangalore 2 port my jio existing sim to postpaid and it was very bad experience I hd frm ur store and jio office.They not even allowed me in nd not even listen to my query they made security guard to ask with me.

    @reliancejio this is worst, I think I’ve to move to further to customer court if incase the issue doesn’t get resolved by tomorrow or day after. Been sceptical about this since it was my main sim linked to everything.

    @PMOIndia @reliancejio , this happened during Government audit itseems, so good photo in a ID proof would avoid these situations, this is a serious issue which needs instant action.

    @motorolaindia Yes and here is my answer to troubleshoot: Have good network coverage of @reliancejio I am receiving other otps such as sbi, nexo etc, Smsing is working fine. I have updated version of @Google messeges I do not have any blocker or something.
