It was enough. Previously, I have connected four devices to my Airtel Mi-Fi with excellent speed at any point of time but it is not, from past two weeks. I can't continue work from home with this worst speed. @JioCare can you call me tomorrow to port all my numbers(family plan).

@JioCare what happened to your signals now... previous we faced lot of issues with airtel and that’s got better in my location... now its Jio turn... worse signal quality and calls are not connecting....

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I had a problem from last month that every time I call other than jio numbers ..it was ringing only 10 to 15 seconds instead of 30 seconds..

@JioCare we suffer very poor network connection in Kaza Village of Guntur District. The lat/long in decimal are 16.3891 & 80.5380, it doesn't make any sense using JIO paying for 4G connections. Kindly look into the issue or have to shift to another network @reliancejio

Earlier there was no problem in paying rs 1 n 1.5 per minute for normal n land line calls respectively ..but all of a sudden 6 Paise seems a very big deal..so isn’t @reliancejio responsible for this as well I mean letting the telecom users realise their value of money😄 #FunFact

@JioCare is the worst. I was pretty keen on getting Jio Fibre but have had such a negative experience with the customer care I wont recommend JIO to anyone anymore. On call, email, DM or whatsapp they all are trained to give automated monotonous replies. so annoying.
