    @JioCare Sorry, u cant do service, u just do business. Kindly let me know hw to cancel and get refund of deposit. Strange that ur people can give new connection to my neighbor and they cant relocate my connection. They give free advice to apply a new one.

    @JioCare what happened to your signals now... previous we faced lot of issues with airtel and that’s got better in my location... now its Jio turn... worse signal quality and calls are not connecting....

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI worst network and internet we are facing.. even jio customer care has no answer for it.. we have full network with LTE+ strength and videos buffer.. calls have disturbance... days have come fr JIO to get on down trend...

    It was enough. Previously, I have connected four devices to my Airtel Mi-Fi with excellent speed at any point of time but it is not, from past two weeks. I can't continue work from home with this worst speed. @JioCare can you call me tomorrow to port all my numbers(family plan).

    @Airtel_Presence I'm not sure how hard I can laugh. Fact is I'm unable to call Toll free number of @IndiaPostOffice through @airtelindia. However I could reach the same number through @reliancejio Wah Bhai Kya service hey.. do note I have balance as well but still not connected

    Forgot to say I am eagerly waiting to work as a volunteer in porting all #jiousers in my area to other network users and at least they will be happier and won't suffer for more than six months just like me @JioCare #willtryairtel @airtelindia any assurances for our area

    @rishabh_dua @JioCare @jio_fiber Their service personnel told me that they have outsourced to third party & the focus is to get new customers. I used Jio for almost 5 years & have to dx and get Airtel as they remained down for a week with zero accountability. Their local agents were rude as hell. Get Airtel.

    @bhikan797 @JioCare I am facing the same issue. They simply cite stupid reasons and close the ticket. Guess they are no longer able to maintain the network. Time to ditch @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare Forget 5G—even 4G barely works in our area. Calls frequently drop, mobile data is extremely slow, and the network quality is very poor despite paying for regular recharges.Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in our area as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio SR No.C00002JTAMYY. Service Enginer Manoj cms to collect devices after my request for disconnection. Says Set Up box serial nos does'nt match but ready to pick the router but no reciept. WEIRD. Did I manufacture this stuff at my home.Pathetic JIO. Happy to get Jio disconnected

    @JioCare After all the complaints there is no solution for it. Even after calling customer care 4-5 times there is no proper help. Instead customer executive disconnects the calls. Pathetic. Really shame. No response over X too. No solution at all.

    @JioCare Looks like you have been following same trend. When called to customer care we get nice replies of taking care of it but nothing happens. They ask there interaction feedback but who will take care of the actual issue

    @JioCare bad support from your Fiber technical team on disruption with engineers refusing to come and self cancelling putting the SR number on hold. Cant get connected to a phone agent as well. Bad service. Request SR00003AR1CD. Pls help. Will unfortunately disconnect
