It's been more than 45 days from payment to jio fiber net connection. Their r not in a position to give net connection to my home. Is jio doesn't have proper management to resolve these kind of issues. My service I'd 299368854557. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioMart_Support

@reliancejio @JioCare I faced this problem not only in Kolluru, I also visited Tenali jio Digital for the same Sim card replacement, they are not responding properly and politeness with customers and also demanded more money for the small charges

@JioCare i had done payment for my jio fibre connection n the technician was supposed to come in morning then he said he will come in afternoon after that he switched off his phone. Such a poor service by Jio Vijaywada. fooling people.

@motorolaindia Yes and here is my answer to troubleshoot: Have good network coverage of @reliancejio I am receiving other otps such as sbi, nexo etc, Smsing is working fine. I have updated version of @Google messeges I do not have any blocker or something.
