    @JioCare It is just a lie, I hace sent clear screenshot not links, plus I had reached our customer care, just cancel my connection give my refund. This is so painful inspite fraud transaction from your sales guy, no action, you got my both number still no call yet. @narendramodi

    There is widespread internet disruption in my village. This is what digital devide looks like, if it were in urban areas, network issue would have been fixed within 2-3 hour but since it is a rural area no one is paying attention to it. @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI

    I attempted to port my Airtel SIM to @JioCare due to network issues in my area. I had also raised a SIM home delivery request on the Jio website but have not yet received any updates or delivery. This duopoly has created a state of time.

    @reliancejio Why is your team not helping customers when we are facing a genuine issue? I have already contacted your customer support/executive, but my problem is still not resolved. If customers are facing network issues, your team should take responsibility @JioCare

    2 of 2 @JioCare has pathetic service, they decide wat time slot to provide for engineer visit & my availability is none of their concern. The call agents talk like they know everything, in reality they're clueless. 3 days intrnt blackout in today's smart homes is sad @reliancejio

    @reliancejio what is this ? Without an IR pack, you are not giving network, now when I recharged of ₹2800 , still 15/24 hours there are no network? Is this for what we are paying this much amount? Even if I don’t get my important calls and messages?
