    @JioCare worst customer services in Ahmedabad, one person called after so many days, my signals are poor, he was so rude and unprofessional as it it is my mistake ,TRULY regret getting Jio sim card, Even you Jio digital is always inconsistent, dont knowhow to make him understand

    @JioCare @reliancejio Every two weeks my Jio fiber connection goes down and after raising complaint/service request, unless we pay them bride, your service guys are not resolving the issue. I raised SR00001E6YTU, but now your service guys are asking me to change fiber connection

    @JioCare I have postpaid jiofiber plan. 10 days back there was issue in set up box remote that has been resolved. The engineer who resolved the issue asked me not to raise any complaint. When I will call them they will come and resolve the issue. I have called multiple times,

    @JioCare Absolutely Cheat and Fraud service from JIO. No real support, just keep looting consumers with fake promises. Can't give decent broadband and Jio talks about 5G. Nonsense.
