    @JioCare Req. SR0001cpt2x. Which was raised on Friday for engineer visit for 6 aug between 11 am and 2 pm. So far nobody has approached. I have also called customer care twice, they say will escalate but no use. My daughter online tution is getting disturbed. Please sort this.

    So my daily data got 100% exhausted and i don't get a single alert and it's been happening for 3 days now. In name of chat support there is no support just rubbish by AI and when called 198 it disconnected in 1 second. WTF is @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare doing about this?

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup In my area the Jio network is down by 6 days, we have given the complaint so many times, but nobody is responding. Please help here to get this resolved. Jio is bringing 5g that doesn't mean 4g network becomes worst. #location M.G.Road, Katihar-854105
